近年來,在以(yi)習近平同(tong)志為核心的(de)黨中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央堅(jian)強領(ling)導下,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)東方(fang)電氣(qi)集團有限公司(下稱(cheng)“東方(fang)電氣(qi)”)深入學習貫(guan)徹習近平新時代中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色社會主義(yi)外(wai)交(jiao)思(si)想,緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞服務國(guo)(guo)家總(zong)體外(wai)交(jiao)戰(zhan)略和(he)東方(fang)電氣(qi)改革(ge)發(fa)展工(gong)作,持(chi)續(xu)加強傳播能力建(jian)設(she),對外(wai)講(jiang)好裝(zhuang)備制造的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)故事,為“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)裝(zhuang)備、裝(zhuang)備世(shi)界”,持(chi)續(xu)提(ti)升(sheng)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)的(de)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)影響(xiang)力做出了積極貢獻。在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)非論壇上,東方(fang)電氣(qi)簽署了埃及(ji)漢納(na)維6×1100MW潔(jie)凈煤燃(ran)燒項(xiang)目總(zong)承(cheng)包合同(tong),這是非洲(zhou)最大的(de)清潔(jie)燃(ran)煤電站項(xiang)目,是我(wo)們講(jiang)好中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)故事,攜手推動全球能源(yuan)合作的(de)生(sheng)動體現。

走出去、講出去、走進去

三是堅(jian)持“走進去”,通(tong)過履行社(she)會(hui)責任(ren)“講好中國故事”。在(zai)(zai)參與“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)路”建設的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),東方電氣(qi)扎實履行社(she)會(hui)責任(ren),注(zhu)重文化融合,促進民心相通(tong),在(zai)(zai)帶(dai)動當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)就業、環境保護(hu)、社(she)區公益(yi)活動、民生工程(cheng)建設和教育文化交流等方面發揮了(le)(le)積極(ji)作用。在(zai)(zai)承(cheng)建老撾南芒河水電站(zhan)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)時(shi),放養魚苗(miao)保護(hu)生態,打井(jing)修路解決當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)旱季缺水問題(ti),并(bing)為(wei)當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)民眾免費提供醫療服務。在(zai)(zai)執行波黑(hei)斯(si)坦納瑞火電項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)時(shi),帶(dai)動附近居民開(kai)餐館(guan)、開(kai)旅館(guan)、開(kai)咖啡店,極(ji)大(da)地(di)(di)拉動了(le)(le)當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)就業,提升了(le)(le)當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)城(cheng)市化水平(ping),減輕了(le)(le)內戰(zhan)帶(dai)給當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)民眾內心的(de)(de)(de)創傷。在(zai)(zai)承(cheng)建埃塞吉布3水電站(zhan)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)時(shi),針對當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)學校極(ji)其簡陋的(de)(de)(de)現狀,專(zhuan)程(cheng)從中國給孩子們帶(dai)去書本、球(qiu)拍和零食,同時(shi)帶(dai)動了(le)(le)當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)經濟發展,推動當(dang)(dang)地(di)(di)民眾實現了(le)(le)從“一(yi)(yi)(yi)日(ri)一(yi)(yi)(yi)餐”到(dao)“一(yi)(yi)(yi)日(ri)三餐”,切實解決民生問題(ti)。
當前企業海外傳播中存在的問題
一是站位不(bu)(bu)(bu)高,頂(ding)層(ceng)(ceng)設(she)計不(bu)(bu)(bu)足。很多企業(ye)還沒有(you)(you)深(shen)刻(ke)認(ren)識(shi)到在(zai)外國(guo)(guo)(guo)民眾眼中(zhong)(zhong),走出國(guo)(guo)(guo)門的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)企業(ye)就是“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)故事(shi)(shi)”的(de)(de)(de)鮮活素材,沒有(you)(you)深(shen)刻(ke)認(ren)識(shi)到中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)企業(ye)所(suo)生產的(de)(de)(de)產品和(he)提(ti)供的(de)(de)(de)服務是外國(guo)(guo)(guo)民眾了解中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要窗口,更沒有(you)(you)站在(zai)維護(hu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家形(xing)象(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)高度來思考企業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)生產經營。包括東方(fang)電氣(qi)在(zai)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)諸多企業(ye),還沒有(you)(you)做好(hao)加強對(dui)外傳播、講好(hao)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)故事(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)層(ceng)(ceng)設(she)計,對(dui)外傳播能(neng)力有(you)(you)限,還局限在(zai)推廣產品和(he)拓展市(shi)場方(fang)面,整體形(xing)象(xiang)和(he)品牌傳播不(bu)(bu)(bu)夠。
二是(shi)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)意味濃厚(hou),傳(chuan)播(bo)意識不夠(gou)。我國(guo)企業(ye)在海(hai)外形象(xiang)展(zhan)示(shi)中(zhong),還有(you)濃厚(hou)的傳(chuan)統(tong)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)思想(xiang),偏重于聚焦國(guo)家戰略(lve)、重大議題或嚴肅性議題,習慣于采用宏大敘事方式“打官(guan)腔”。未能適應西方人(ren)(ren)的思維模式,忽視平等(deng)姿態的交流,缺乏對(dui)普通(tong)人(ren)(ren)日常生活的關照(zhao),造成(cheng)(cheng)很多對(dui)外宣(xuan)傳(chuan)“不食人(ren)(ren)間煙(yan)火(huo)”,無法與國(guo)外公眾形成(cheng)(cheng)共鳴(ming),部分宣(xuan)傳(chuan)甚至(zhi)造成(cheng)(cheng)文化沖突(tu)。
三是(shi)主要(yao)使用傳統(tong)媒(mei)體(ti),未(wei)建立新(xin)媒(mei)體(ti)傳播陣地。對外傳播的受(shou)眾(zhong)早已習慣了(le)以互(hu)聯網(wang)為(wei)載(zai)體(ti)的互(hu)動式的溝通方式,而我(wo)國的眾(zhong)多企業依然在采取灌輸式的宣傳方式,傳播載(zai)體(ti)匱乏(fa),與(yu)國外媒(mei)體(ti)溝通合作經(jing)驗不(bu)足,在臉(lian)書(Facebook)、領英(Linkedin)等互(hu)聯網(wang)平臺與(yu)目標受(shou)眾(zhong)的交流極為(wei)貧乏(fa),在不(bu)少外國民(min)眾(zhong)心目中形(xing)成了(le)刻板保守的印象(xiang)。
四是專業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)匱乏,缺少(shao)講(jiang)故事(shi)的(de)(de)高手。因語言不(bu)同、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)差異而造成的(de)(de)“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)折扣”是中國企(qi)業(ye)對外(wai)(wai)傳(chuan)播中出現“傳(chuan)而不(bu)通(tong)、通(tong)而無(wu)效”尷尬(ga)局面的(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)重要原因。在(zai)這個(ge)過程中,需要理論功底深厚、深諳(an)中外(wai)(wai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)、熟悉企(qi)業(ye)經營、能(neng)夠通(tong)過講(jiang)故事(shi)來抓(zhua)住(zhu)世界民眾的(de)(de)心的(de)(de)優秀國際新(xin)聞傳(chuan)播人(ren)才(cai)(cai),由于(yu)歷史(shi)的(de)(de)原因,這恰(qia)恰(qia)是中國企(qi)業(ye),特別是我們(men)裝備制造業(ye)的(de)(de)短板。
裝備制造企業如何講好中國故事
一(yi)(yi)是(shi)要樹立高度的(de)(de)文化(hua)自(zi)信(xin)(xin)。講好中(zhong)國(guo)故事(shi),需要堅持道(dao)路(lu)自(zi)信(xin)(xin)、理論自(zi)信(xin)(xin)、制度自(zi)信(xin)(xin),但(dan)最重要的(de)(de)是(shi),要有高度的(de)(de)文化(hua)自(zi)信(xin)(xin),弘揚(yang)中(zhong)國(guo)優秀文化(hua)中(zhong)精、氣、神。中(zhong)央(yang)企業在帶動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)國(guo)制造、中(zhong)國(guo)技術“走出(chu)去(qu)”的(de)(de)過程中(zhong),更要注(zhu)重帶動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)國(guo)故事(shi)、中(zhong)國(guo)理念(nian)、中(zhong)國(guo)文化(hua)“走出(chu)去(qu)”,要把(ba)中(zhong)國(guo)愿同(tong)“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)”沿線(xian)國(guo)家和地區(qu)共享(xiang)發展機(ji)遇、實現共同(tong)繁榮的(de)(de)理念(nian)、決心和行動(dong)(dong)有效(xiao)傳遞出(chu)去(qu)。
二(er)是要(yao)遵循國(guo)際(ji)傳(chuan)播規律。要(yao)學會(hui)傾聽(ting)(ting),理解(jie)受眾(zhong)意圖,激發對(dui)方聽(ting)(ting)我講的(de)興(xing)趣,然(ran)(ran)后才能有(you)針(zhen)對(dui)性地(di)講,更好(hao)地(di)與對(dui)方互(hu)動(dong)(dong),不能急吼(hou)(hou)吼(hou)(hou)、氣鼓(gu)(gu)鼓(gu)(gu)地(di)講,而是要(yao)和(he)風細雨地(di)講。要(yao)提高站位,超越(yue)中西方對(dui)抗的(de)觀點(dian),避免陷入(ru)中西二(er)元對(dui)立及“老大、老二(er)”陷阱,如試圖證明中國(guo)模式(shi)優于美國(guo)模式(shi),只能招致(zhi)更多攻擊(ji)和(he)反感,或(huo)只盯(ding)強者(zhe),老是想(xiang)著迎頭反擊(ji),往往圖一時(shi)之快,卻得(de)罪了周(zhou)邊(bian),嚇怕了弱(ruo)者(zhe),正中不懷好(hao)意者(zhe)下懷。企業要(yao)講好(hao)“一帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一路(lu)(lu)”故事,要(yao)聽(ting)(ting)聽(ting)(ting)沿線(xian)國(guo)家的(de)需要(yao)、期(qi)待(dai),然(ran)(ran)后深入(ru)研究如何滿足這些需要(yao)、期(qi)待(dai),用自己(ji)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)產(chan)品和(he)服務表(biao)明“一帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一路(lu)(lu)”倡議(yi)是時(shi)代(dai)發展的(de)必然(ran)(ran),是世(shi)界所期(qi)待(dai)。同時(shi),要(yao)著重強調“一帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一路(lu)(lu)”作為合(he)作倡議(yi)所提供的(de)國(guo)際(ji)公共產(chan)品對(dui)世(shi)界的(de)貢獻,例如光印度就有(you)2億多人(ren)至今還沒用上電,廣袤的(de)非洲(zhou)基礎設施(shi)極其薄弱(ruo),而“一帶(dai)(dai)(dai)一路(lu)(lu)”推(tui)動(dong)(dong)的(de)互(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)通,就能幫助解(jie)決這一現(xian)實(shi)問(wen)題(ti)。
三是要著重(zhong)體(ti)現(xian)時代(dai)主題。講(jiang)(jiang)好中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)故(gu)事,除了(le)(le)要傳播現(xian)實存在的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經營狀(zhuang)態外(wai),還需要用歷(li)史的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)眼光講(jiang)(jiang)述中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)企(qi)業(ye),特別是要講(jiang)(jiang)述國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)有企(qi)業(ye)如何(he)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)創(chuang)新驅動(dong)(dong)、深化改(gai)革做(zuo)強做(zuo)優做(zuo)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史,突出(chu)時代(dai)主題。2014年6月(yue)5日(ri),習近平主席(xi)在中(zhong)阿合作論壇(tan)第(di)六屆部長級會議開(kai)幕式講(jiang)(jiang)話中(zhong),講(jiang)(jiang)了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)個約旦(dan)商人(ren)穆罕奈德與中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)姑娘喜結連理(li)并(bing)在中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)安家創(chuang)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)故(gu)事。浙江電(dian)視(shi)臺國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)頻道(dao)根據(ju)這個故(gu)事,制作了(le)(le)紀錄片《穆罕奈德的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)夢(meng)》,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)跟拍記錄他在國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)商貿城(cheng)市義烏的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)業(ye)歷(li)程和情(qing)感經歷(li),生(sheng)(sheng)動(dong)(dong)反映了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)個普(pu)通(tong)(tong)阿拉(la)伯青年如何(he)把(ba)自(zi)(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)夢(meng)想(xiang)融(rong)入中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)人(ren)民追求幸福(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)夢(meng)想(xiang)中(zhong)。片中(zhong)不但(dan)出(chu)現(xian)了(le)(le)繁華(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)都市,也出(chu)現(xian)了(le)(le)普(pu)通(tong)(tong)城(cheng)鎮的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溝溝壑壑,不但(dan)提(ti)到了(le)(le)阿拉(la)伯人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)日(ri)常起居規則,也說明了(le)(le)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)家庭倫理(li)道(dao)德。這個故(gu)事以普(pu)通(tong)(tong)小人(ren)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)故(gu)事為切入點,折射出(chu)了(le)(le)“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)夢(meng)”“世界夢(meng)”等宏大時代(dai)主題,契合“一(yi)(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)(yi)路”倡(chang)議的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新時代(dai)背(bei)景。中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)企(qi)業(ye)在外(wai)開(kai)展業(ye)務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程,要有意識地把(ba)自(zi)(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)業(ye)務融(rong)入到大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時代(dai)背(bei)景中(zhong),融(rong)入到外(wai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)民眾的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)普(pu)通(tong)(tong)生(sheng)(sheng)活中(zhong)去(qu)。
