【特別策劃——疫后轉型⑥】從央企電商聯合戰疫看數字化轉型價值

中央企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)電(dian)(dian)子商(shang)務(wu)(wu)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)盟(以下簡稱“聯(lian)(lian)(lian)盟”)成(cheng)立于2017年(nian)7月,是由國家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網等(deng)14家(jia)中央企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)所屬電(dian)(dian)商(shang)平臺(tai)共(gong)同(tong)發起成(cheng)立的行業(ye)(ye)(ye)性組(zu)織。目前,聯(lian)(lian)(lian)盟已(yi)組(zu)建(jian)了(le)(le)31省(sheng)地(di)方工委會(hui),成(cheng)員單位210家(jia),覆蓋(gai)能(neng)源、通信、制(zhi)造、軍工等(deng)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)。兩年(nian)多來,聯(lian)(lian)(lian)盟圍繞電(dian)(dian)子商(shang)務(wu)(wu)協同(tong)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)、模式創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)、技術創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)和(he)渠道創(chuang)新(xin)(xin),建(jian)立了(le)(le)數據共(gong)享、聚攏采購、聯(lian)(lian)(lian)合營銷三(san)大(da)合作機制(zhi),形成(cheng)了(le)(le)跨界融合新(xin)(xin)平臺(tai),在服務(wu)(wu)中央企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)數字(zi)化轉型升級、促(cu)進產業(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈協同(tong)發展、服務(wu)(wu)“一帶一路”建(jian)設等(deng)方面取得(de)了(le)(le)顯著成(cheng)效。

新冠肺炎疫情(qing)發生以來(lai),聯盟(meng)堅決(jue)貫徹落實習近平總書記重要指示批示精神,在國務院(yuan)國資委的指導下,第(di)一時間發起(qi)“擔使(shi)命、戰(zhan)疫情(qing)”聯合行動(dong)倡議,推動(dong)建(jian)立成員單位聯防(fang)聯控機(ji)制,保應急防(fang)護物(wu)資供(gong)應,開發上線(xian)企(qi)業復(fu)工復(fu)產(chan)供(gong)需(xu)對接平臺,精準匹配打通供(gong)應鏈堵(du)點,在關(guan)鍵時期助推相關(guan)中央企(qi)業服務不(bu)斷線(xian)、生產(chan)不(bu)掉鏈,在堅決(jue)打贏(ying)疫情(qing)防(fang)控的人民戰(zhan)爭、總體戰(zhan)、阻(zu)擊戰(zhan)中彰顯了央企(qi)責任擔當和骨干力量。

全方面打響聯合戰疫

從發(fa)起倡議聯合作(zuo)戰、到搭(da)建廣泛的供需對接平臺,央企電商矩陣全方位出(chu)擊,成為抗疫戰線上一支中堅力量(liang)。
