隨著航天工程技術快速發展,航天器有效載荷不斷增加、需求功率不斷增大,迫切需要長壽命、高可靠、輕量化、小型化的新一代蓄電池。我國高軌衛星儲能電池技術落后,難以滿足型號發展需要,亟需開展相關領域技術攻關,解決核心技術受制于人問題。
中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)科所屬(shu)第18研(yan)究所經過(guo)多(duo)年(nian)研(yan)究,攻克(ke)了(le)(le)鋰離子(zi)(zi)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)應用(yong)于高(gao)軌衛星的(de)(de)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)技術難題(ti),取得(de)多(duo)項創(chuang)新(xin)成果:一是(shi)(shi)突破長壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)設計(ji)、一致性(xing)篩選、壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)建模與評價技術,掌(zhang)握長壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極制(zhi)備(bei)成套工藝(yi),大幅提(ti)升電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)使用(yong)壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming),研(yan)制(zhi)的(de)(de)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)全充、全放循環(huan)壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)超過(guo)3000次,完(wan)全滿(man)足高(gao)軌衛星15年(nian)的(de)(de)壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)需(xu)要。二(er)是(shi)(shi)針對太(tai)空環(huan)境特殊要求,發(fa)明新(xin)型絕緣(yuan)密封結構,解決薄壁殼體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)束焊(han)接難題(ti),滿(man)足機(ji)械振(zhen)動、電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液腐蝕、真空負(fu)壓、輻射老化和(he)多(duo)相絕緣(yuan)等(deng)復雜條件下(xia),蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)穩定性(xing)和(he)可(ke)靠性(xing)要求。三是(shi)(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)設計(ji)3并(bing)套筒式結構,解決蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)產(chan)品機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)一體(ti)(ti)化技術難題(ti),減小了(le)(le)產(chan)品安(an)裝體(ti)(ti)積、功率回路路徑和(he)輸出(chu)阻抗,降低了(le)(le)整機(ji)溫度(du)梯度(du)和(he)系(xi)(xi)統短路風險(xian)。四是(shi)(shi)發(fa)明自(zi)主均衡矩(ju)陣(zhen)補(bu)償技術,可(ke)根(gen)據單體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓與平(ping)均電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓比較(jiao)關系(xi)(xi),對單體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)進(jin)行補(bu)償分流,解決了(le)(le)因電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)自(zi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)導致的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)離散問題(ti),提(ti)升了(le)(le)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)在軌工作(zuo)的(de)(de)自(zi)主管控水平(ping)。

項目授權發明專利5項,發表論(lun)文10篇,獲國防科技進步一等獎1項,形(xing)成核心技術秘(mi)密(mi)2項,創造(zao)直接(jie)經濟效益3.6億元以上(shang)。項目成果先后在北(bei)斗導航(hang)衛星、“DFH-3B”衛星平臺等應用,解(jie)決了長壽命(ming)高軌衛星用高性能(neng)儲能(neng)電池長期依賴(lai)進口(kou)的問題,為我國實(shi)現關鍵航(hang)天產(chan)品“自(zi)主可控、穩定運(yun)行”作出(chu)了重要貢(gong)獻。
