中國電科高軌衛星用新型儲能電池系統實現自主可控

隨著航天工程技術快速發展,航天器有效載荷不斷增加、需求功率不斷增大,迫切需要長壽命、高可靠、輕量化、小型化的新一代蓄電池。我國高軌衛星儲能電池技術落后,難以滿足型號發展需要,亟需開展相關領域技術攻關,解決核心技術受制于人問題。

中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科所屬第18研究所經過多(duo)年(nian)研究,攻克了(le)鋰離子蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)應用(yong)于(yu)高(gao)(gao)軌(gui)(gui)衛(wei)星的系列技術難(nan)題,取(qu)得多(duo)項創新(xin)成果:一是(shi)突破(po)長(chang)壽(shou)(shou)命電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)設計、一致性篩選、壽(shou)(shou)命建模與評價技術,掌握長(chang)壽(shou)(shou)命電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極制(zhi)備成套(tao)工(gong)藝,大幅提升(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)使用(yong)壽(shou)(shou)命,研制(zhi)的鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)全充、全放循(xun)環(huan)壽(shou)(shou)命超過3000次,完全滿足高(gao)(gao)軌(gui)(gui)衛(wei)星15年(nian)的壽(shou)(shou)命需要(yao)(yao)。二是(shi)針對(dui)太(tai)空(kong)環(huan)境特(te)殊要(yao)(yao)求,發明(ming)新(xin)型絕(jue)緣密封結構(gou),解(jie)決薄壁殼(ke)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子束(shu)焊接難(nan)題,滿足機(ji)械振動、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液腐蝕、真空(kong)負壓(ya)、輻射老化(hua)和(he)多(duo)相絕(jue)緣等復雜條件下,蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的穩定(ding)性和(he)可(ke)靠(kao)性要(yao)(yao)求。三是(shi)創新(xin)設計3并套(tao)筒式(shi)結構(gou),解(jie)決蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)產品(pin)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱一體化(hua)技術難(nan)題,減小了(le)產品(pin)安裝體積、功率回路(lu)路(lu)徑和(he)輸出阻抗,降(jiang)低了(le)整機(ji)溫度梯度和(he)系統(tong)短路(lu)風(feng)險(xian)。四是(shi)發明(ming)自(zi)主(zhu)均(jun)(jun)衡(heng)矩陣補償技術,可(ke)根據單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)與平均(jun)(jun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)比較關系,對(dui)單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進(jin)行補償分(fen)流(liu),解(jie)決了(le)因電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)自(zi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)致的性能離散問題,提升(sheng)了(le)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在軌(gui)(gui)工(gong)作的自(zi)主(zhu)管控水平。


項(xiang)目(mu)授權(quan)發明專利5項(xiang),發表論文10篇,獲國防(fang)科技(ji)進步一等(deng)獎1項(xiang),形成核心技(ji)術秘密2項(xiang),創造直接經濟效益3.6億元以(yi)上。項(xiang)目(mu)成果先后在北斗導航衛(wei)星(xing)、“DFH-3B”衛(wei)星(xing)平(ping)臺(tai)等(deng)應用(yong),解決(jue)了長(chang)壽命高軌衛(wei)星(xing)用(yong)高性(xing)能儲能電池長(chang)期依賴進口(kou)的(de)問(wen)題,為我國實現關鍵(jian)航天產品(pin)“自主(zhu)可控、穩定運行(xing)”作出了重要貢(gong)獻。
