【抗擊疫情 央企行動?】6戶中央企業承諾:
保障疫情防控,欠費不停機、不停電、不停氣!

連日來,中央企業按照國務院國資委黨委要求,做好疫情防控公共服務支撐保障。三大電信央企、兩大電網和華潤集團,公開承諾疫情防控期間欠費不停機、不停電、不停氣,保障居民正常生活,并推出方便用戶足不出戶辦理業務的“云服務”等19項便民服務舉措。
1.三大電信央企:為116.95萬人次免停機,足不出戶即能辦理各項業務
疫情防控期間,中國電信、中國聯通、中國移動三大電信運營商推出免停機、緩停機等服務,保障疫情防控一線人員及疫情高發區用戶的正常通信,積極協助政府相關部門免費發送疫情公益短信,累計為116.95萬人次免停機、為17.48億人次緩停機,累計推出10項在線服務等便民舉措。
①中國電信:截至2月2日12點,中國電信為21個省份防控指揮、醫療等重要人員累計開通47.7萬號特定免停機服務,其中包含各省77個醫療隊1000余名人員號碼,免停機期限隨疫情防控進展動態調整;累計已為6.2億戶各類手機、固話、寬帶,政企專線、天翼云等用戶開通相應緩停機服務,期限截至2月9日。在此基礎上,中國電信還推出3項免費服務:一是為全國疫情防治相關工作單位免費開通可發起100方會議、不限次數和時長的“天翼云會議”,二是免費為各地防疫熱線提供來電名片服務保證第一時間快速接通,三是向全網用戶免費提供天翼超高清、天翼云VR、天翼云游戲產品。

②中國聯通:截(jie)至(zhi)2月1日(ri),中(zhong)國(guo)聯通(tong)(tong)共對29省(區、市)2.979億(yi)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)實施暫緩(huan)停機,期限至(zhi)2月9日(ri),全力保障防(fang)疫抗災(zai)重點(dian)地區用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)信需求(qiu);對645名赴湖(hu)北醫(yi)(yi)護(hu)(hu)人(ren)(ren)員中(zhong)的聯通(tong)(tong)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)每人(ren)(ren)贈(zeng)(zeng)送(song)(song)520元話費、合計(ji)贈(zeng)(zeng)送(song)(song)33.59萬(wan)元,并實施免停機服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),24個(ge)省分公司還為赴湖(hu)北醫(yi)(yi)護(hu)(hu)人(ren)(ren)員直(zhi)接(jie)減免在鄂期間通(tong)(tong)信費;對湖(hu)北用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)贈(zeng)(zeng)送(song)(song)定(ding)向(xiang)流量149431戶(hu)(hu)、視頻(pin)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)7天會員126187戶(hu)(hu)。針對疫情(qing),中(zhong)國(guo)聯通(tong)(tong)推(tui)出3項便民服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu):一是提供全國(guo)異地業務(wu)(wu)(wu)辦(ban)理服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)、減少人(ren)(ren)員流動(dong)(dong),1月20至(zhi)29日(ri),線(xian)上手(shou)機、網廳(ting)查詢(xun)14.5億(yi)次,辦(ban)理業務(wu)(wu)(wu)510萬(wan)筆、繳費3118.7萬(wan)筆;二是免費推(tui)出疫情(qing)應急指揮調(diao)度,通(tong)(tong)過IPTV機頂盒推(tui)動(dong)(dong)防(fang)疫工作部署直(zhi)接(jie)進村進社(she)區,支(zhi)撐遠程會議4500余場次;三(san)是開展IPTV及5G沃視頻(pin)免費觀影活動(dong)(dong),1月20日(ri)至(zhi)2月1日(ri),全國(guo)4052萬(wan)家(jia)庭、1.33億(yi)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)使用(yong)IPTV,每日(ri)直(zhi)播時(shi)長1.53億(yi)小(xiao)時(shi)、影視劇點(dian)播時(shi)長0.96億(yi)小(xiao)時(shi)。

③中國移動:截至2月2日中午,減免參與疫情防控的6535名醫護人員的通信費,為68.6萬名防疫指揮人員、一線醫護人員等開通免停機服務;為8.3億各類手機、寬帶、政企等客戶開通延期停機或緊急復機服務,期限至2月9日。中國移動已在內地31省啟動疫情防控通信保障服務,在全國投入應急保障人員30520人次、10086熱線服務客戶代表15000名、應急車輛8214輛次,免費發送超過80億條公益短信,目前又持續優化、推出4項線上服務舉措:一是整合完善便民服務專區,提供線上繳費查詢、業務辦理和水、電、氣等生活繳費服務,以全方位生活服務降低用戶外出感染風險,1月份為1.57億用戶辦理線上服務;二是自覺履行社會責任,提供疫情信息、防控知識查詢服務;三是面向各級政府、醫療機構、交通運輸等單位免費提供指揮調度、遠程會診、遠程會議、醫療信息宣傳、信息發送等服務;四是面向全國個人用戶開展多項特色新業務免費體驗活動。

2.兩大電力央企:77萬用戶欠費不停電!全力保障全國人民安全可靠用電

國(guo)家電(dian)網、南方電(dian)網兩大(da)(da)央企緊急行動,廣大(da)(da)員(yuan)工加強設備(bei)維(wei)護、特巡(xun)線路,確保人民(min)群眾用電(dian)安(an)全(quan)供應。針(zhen)對(dui)疫情防控一(yi)線,兩大(da)(da)電(dian)網企業采取“欠費不(bu)停電(dian)”等舉(ju)措(cuo),并在全(quan)國(guo)各地(di)開(kai)通24項(xiang)網上服務,全(quan)力以赴(fu)確保全(quan)國(guo)人民(min)安(an)全(quan)可靠用電(dian)。

     ①國家電網:77萬用戶欠費不停電,重點保障1.59萬疫情防控重點單位用電

截至2月1日,國家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)(gong)司各單位(wei)共投(tou)入保(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)人員(yuan)82892人、車輛20103臺(tai)(tai)、應急發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)車1045臺(tai)(tai)、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機3334臺(tai)(tai),為2314家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)定點(dian)醫院、6888家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)發(fa)熱門診、1357家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)防控(kong)(kong)用(yong)(yong)品(pin)(pin)生產(chan)(chan)企(qi)業、5048家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)其它重要用(yong)(yong)戶保(bao)障(zhang)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正常,沒有(you)發(fa)生停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。國網(wang)湖(hu)北公(gong)(gong)司出動(dong)保(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)人員(yuan)1701人、車輛636臺(tai)(tai)、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)車61臺(tai)(tai),為全(quan)(quan)省153家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)定點(dian)醫院、562家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)發(fa)熱門診、94家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)防控(kong)(kong)用(yong)(yong)品(pin)(pin)生產(chan)(chan)企(qi)業、316家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)市(shi)政(zheng)其他(ta)重要用(yong)(yong)戶保(bao)障(zhang)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。其中(zhong),武(wu)(wu)漢公(gong)(gong)司出動(dong)保(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)人員(yuan)157名、車輛48臺(tai)(tai)、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)車38臺(tai)(tai),保(bao)障(zhang)了33家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)定點(dian)醫院、61家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)發(fa)熱門診、23家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)防控(kong)(kong)用(yong)(yong)品(pin)(pin)生產(chan)(chan)企(qi)業、47個重點(dian)保(bao)障(zhang)單位(wei)可靠(kao)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。并(bing)在(zai)疫情防控(kong)(kong)期間,國家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)(gong)司對居(ju)民(min)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)客戶采取欠費不停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)措(cuo)施,截至1月31日24時,湖(hu)北全(quan)(quan)省約(yue)77萬(wan)用(yong)(yong)戶欠費未(wei)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),其中(zhong),武(wu)(wu)漢約(yue)50萬(wan)戶,其他(ta)地(di)市(shi)合計約(yue)27萬(wan)戶。

同時(shi),為方(fang)便客(ke)戶居家(jia)(jia)線上(shang)交(jiao)費,降低病毒(du)交(jiao)叉感染風險,國家(jia)(jia)電網(wang)推(tui)出(chu)兩項(xiang)線上(shang)便民舉(ju)措:一是(shi)國網(wang)客(ke)服(fu)中心(xin)加大宣傳提醒(xing)更(geng)多客(ke)戶線上(shang)辦理各(ge)項(xiang)供電業務(wu)(wu)(wu),目前全網(wang)范圍內線上(shang)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)流(liu)轉順暢,優先保障湖北特別是(shi)武漢地區的客(ke)戶服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)。二是(shi)網(wang)上(shang)國網(wang)App為客(ke)戶提供7×24小時(shi)線上(shang)辦電服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),網(wang)上(shang)國網(wang)App累計注冊用戶數突破2900萬人(ren),1月(yue)24日(ri)至2月(yue)1日(ri),在線客(ke)服(fu)工單超過(guo)6萬件、交(jiao)費超過(guo)94萬筆。

②南方電網:疫情防控期間不出門,22項業務指尖辦

疫情防(fang)控期(qi)間,南(nan)方電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司各(ge)單(dan)位(wei)結合實(shi)際,對(dui)居民(min)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)客戶、防(fang)疫有(you)關重(zhong)點用戶實(shi)施(shi)欠(qian)(qian)費(fei)不(bu)(bu)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),同時(shi)推(tui)出(chu)(chu)網(wang)上服(fu)務一鍵辦理(li)等舉措(cuo),保障客戶足不(bu)(bu)出(chu)(chu)戶實(shi)現22項業務線上辦理(li)。廣東電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)實(shi)行“欠(qian)(qian)費(fei)不(bu)(bu)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”措(cuo)施(shi)至2020年2月(yue)29日(ri),1月(yue)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)在(zai)2月(yue)期(qi)間不(bu)(bu)計算(suan)(suan)違約金。深圳供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)局“欠(qian)(qian)費(fei)不(bu)(bu)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”措(cuo)施(shi)從發布之日(ri)即(ji)1月(yue)31日(ri)起(qi)至2020年3月(yue)1日(ri)零點有(you)效,對(dui)1月(yue)及2月(yue)抄表(biao)出(chu)(chu)賬的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)在(zai)3月(yue)1日(ri)前不(bu)(bu)計算(suan)(suan)違約金。廣西電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司、云南(nan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司、貴州(zhou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司、海南(nan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司明確疫情防(fang)控期(qi)間,全省(sheng)所轄服(fu)務區域內居民(min)客戶采取欠(qian)(qian)費(fei)不(bu)(bu)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)措(cuo)施(shi),廣西電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司對(dui)1月(yue)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)在(zai)2月(yue)29日(ri)前繳納不(bu)(bu)計算(suan)(suan)違約金。 

3.華潤燃氣:湖北省18市147萬用戶天然氣正常供應 疫情防控期間欠費不停氣 

燃(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)供(gong)應關系(xi)著千家(jia)萬戶(hu)的(de)正常(chang)生(sheng)(sheng)活。華(hua)潤燃(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)承擔著湖(hu)北區(qu)域(yu)(yu)武漢、襄陽(yang)、潛江等(deng)18個城(cheng)市共(gong)147萬用(yong)戶(hu)的(de)天然氣(qi)(qi)供(gong)應。湖(hu)北地(di)區(qu)華(hua)潤燃(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)58座場站(zhan)、17座門站(zhan)、56座高中壓調壓站(zhan)、4座LNG儲(chu)配站(zhan)均(jun)正常(chang)運(yun)行;疫情期(qi)間,17座加氣(qi)(qi)站(zhan)保持運(yun)行,16家(jia)營業廳正常(chang)營業,客服(fu)熱線24小時(shi)不間斷接(jie)聽。截至2月2日,華(hua)潤燃(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)武漢區(qu)域(yu)(yu)春節期(qi)間累計受理業務(wu)7500余(yu)(yu)筆。同時(shi),華(hua)潤燃(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)推出三項服(fu)務(wu)提升措施(shi):一是(shi)在在小區(qu)內(nei)加裝38臺圈(quan)存(cun)繳費設(she)備,使(shi)用(yong)戶(hu)少跑路,就近完(wan)成燃(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)繳費;二是(shi)各區(qu)域(yu)(yu)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)場站(zhan)實行24小時(shi)值班(ban)制,積極(ji)應對突發情況,累計處理戶(hu)內(nei)漏氣(qi)(qi)和(he)維修業務(wu)1760余(yu)(yu)起。三是(shi)積極(ji)與氣(qi)(qi)源單(dan)位(wei)溝通,平衡調度,穩(wen)住上游供(gong)氣(qi)(qi)平衡,對醫院公共(gong)衛生(sheng)(sheng)機構(gou)執行24小時(shi)保供(gong)。(國資委(wei)免费(fei)菠(bo)萝(luo)视频app下载 王莉 陳寧 趙(zhao)藝涵)
