“長(chang)松(song)大(da)哥的(de)桌面上始(shi)終擺滿了書,不管是(shi)行(xing)業內的(de)還是(shi)行(xing)業外的(de),只要是(shi)他感興趣的(de)領域,他都愿意去翻一翻,學一學。”提到李長(chang)松(song),小劉止(zhi)不住地(di)稱贊(zan)。在(zai)同事眼里,李長(chang)松(song)總是(shi)對(dui)行(xing)業研究有(you)著一種狂熱(re)之情(qing),這股熱(re)情(qing)似(si)乎永遠也(ye)澆不滅,成為他不斷(duan)向前的(de)動力。
第一次接觸(chu)李(li)長松的(de)(de)人,或(huo)多(duo)或(huo)少會覺得(de)(de)他有些“悶(men)悶(men)的(de)(de)”,話(hua)不(bu)多(duo)但提到(dao)工(gong)作、研究眼里總閃爍著熱忱與執著。李(li)長松是(shi)哈爾濱鐵(tie)塔的(de)(de)動力配套維護高(gao)級經理,今年是(shi)他在(zai)(zai)通信行業(ye)里摸滾打爬的(de)(de)第24個(ge)年頭(tou),“我從上學開始就是(shi)搞(gao)得(de)(de)這行,畢業(ye)后(hou)就選擇了與專業(ye)對口的(de)(de)行業(ye),所以一干(gan)就干(gan)到(dao)了現在(zai)(zai)。”

書要會看,也要會用
對于李長(chang)松而(er)言,多翻(fan)書(shu)、多思考(kao)是(shi)興趣使然(ran),也(ye)是(shi)工作需要(yao)。“這個行業(ye),我們的工作看似簡單,但隨著一點(dian)點(dian)深入會越來(lai)越難。隨著年齡的增長(chang)是(shi)會積累一些東西,然(ran)而(er)永遠也(ye)趕不(bu)(bu)上最新的,所(suo)以(yi)需要(yao)不(bu)(bu)斷學習不(bu)(bu)停學習。”
學習不(bu)僅(jin)(jin)(jin)僅(jin)(jin)(jin)局限于(yu)書本,也(ye)要(yao)將理論付諸實踐,這(zhe)是(shi)李(li)長松(song)(song)工作多年最大(da)的(de)(de)體(ti)會。多年前,他和一(yi)位老(lao)師傅(fu)(fu)憑借(jie)雙手與已(yi)有的(de)(de)理論知(zhi)識(shi)、過(guo)往(wang)經驗,參考國外(wai)技術(shu)(shu)為一(yi)臺800千瓦的(de)(de)大(da)型發電機(ji)做了(le)(le)散熱水(shui)箱(xiang),“這(zhe)是(shi)很久(jiu)以(yi)前的(de)(de)事(shi)情了(le)(le),原來(lai)(lai)這(zhe)種機(ji)器(qi)是(shi)放船上用的(de)(de),一(yi)般都(dou)(dou)會有水(shui)箱(xiang)來(lai)(lai)散熱。”李(li)長松(song)(song)回憶道(dao),“但(dan)(dan)那時候(hou)我(wo)們那臺沒有水(shui)箱(xiang),我(wo)們得(de)自(zi)(zi)己弄(nong)一(yi)個大(da)水(shui)箱(xiang)來(lai)(lai)進(jin)行散熱冷(leng)卻。但(dan)(dan)當時因為技術(shu)(shu)有限,依靠(kao)國外(wai)的(de)(de)技術(shu)(shu)需要(yao)50萬,這(zhe)50萬僅(jin)(jin)(jin)僅(jin)(jin)(jin)是(shi)材料費。后(hou)來(lai)(lai)我(wo)和一(yi)位老(lao)師傅(fu)(fu)琢(zhuo)磨(mo)了(le)(le)兩個月,自(zi)(zi)己做了(le)(le)一(yi)個(水(shui)箱(xiang)),把機(ji)器(qi)拆了(le)(le),里(li)邊的(de)(de)管路也(ye)自(zi)(zi)己改(gai)裝,連螺(luo)絲什么的(de)(de)都(dou)(dou)是(shi)自(zi)(zi)己弄(nong),焊接配(pei)件,等等,一(yi)共花了(le)(le)不(bu)到5萬塊。”雖然(ran)時隔多年,但(dan)(dan)再(zai)度提起,李(li)長松(song)(song)卻記憶猶新。“做完以(yi)后(hou)運行也(ye)都(dou)(dou)可以(yi),我(wo)們都(dou)(dou)很開心(xin),整(zheng)個人都(dou)(dou)輕松(song)(song)起來(lai)(lai)了(le)(le)。”
遇到問題,就要解決問題
“長(chang)松(song)(song)大(da)哥做(zuo)(zuo)事(shi)(shi)穩當,愛‘較真’,遇到問題(ti)(ti)一(yi)(yi)(yi)定想方(fang)設法解(jie)(jie)決,感(gan)覺(jue)有(you)他(ta)在就沒(mei)有(you)什(shen)(shen)么解(jie)(jie)決不了(le)的(de)(de)(de)問題(ti)(ti),和他(ta)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)工作(zuo)很(hen)踏(ta)實也(ye)很(hen)放心(xin)。”“穩當”“較真”,是(shi)同事(shi)(shi)給李長(chang)松(song)(song)的(de)(de)(de)第(di)二個評價。做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)(hao)自(zi)(zi)(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo),有(you)問題(ti)(ti)就想方(fang)設法解(jie)(jie)決它(ta),這個信條從剛畢業(ye)那會兒起(qi),李長(chang)松(song)(song)堅持到了(le)現(xian)在,久(jiu)而(er)久(jiu)之(zhi),大(da)家(jia)都覺(jue)得他(ta)做(zuo)(zuo)事(shi)(shi)“穩當”。鐵塔公(gong)司成立初期在與三(san)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信運營商進行(xing)資產交(jiao)割時(shi),需要(yao)對蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)狀(zhuang)況進行(xing)技(ji)術(shu)甄(zhen)別(bie),這關(guan)乎(hu)國有(you)資產的(de)(de)(de)保值增值。在清(qing)查過(guo)程中(zhong),各個專(zhuan)業(ye)組(zu)隊員(yuan)抬著(zhu)30多(duo)公(gong)斤(jin)重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀(yi),對轄區(qu)內(nei)近萬座(zuo)基(ji)站(zhan)機房一(yi)(yi)(yi)組(zu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)組(zu)地測(ce)(ce)試(shi)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)數據。“每個基(ji)站(zhan)都有(you)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),數量(liang)龐大(da),但質量(liang)、使(shi)用情況是(shi)好(hao)(hao)是(shi)壞沒(mei)法區(qu)分,影響日后(hou)(hou)維(wei)護工作(zuo),時(shi)間緊任務重(zhong),原(yuan)來傳統的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法在基(ji)站(zhan)上(shang)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行(xing)檢測(ce)(ce)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個基(ji)站(zhan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)測(ce)(ce)就得耗(hao)費一(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)至(zhi)兩(liang)天(tian)時(shi)間,速度非常慢,來不及。” 用什(shen)(shen)么辦法能快速判(pan)斷蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)好(hao)(hao)壞?有(you)沒(mei)有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種(zhong)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀(yi)既能快速判(pan)斷還便于(yu)攜(xie)帶(dai)?苦思(si)冥想后(hou)(hou),李長(chang)松(song)(song)利用自(zi)(zi)(zi)身(shen)多(duo)年積累的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)經(jing)驗,嘗試(shi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)己(ji)動手(shou)制(zhi)作(zuo)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀(yi)。“從設計到測(ce)(ce)試(shi)驗證再到最后(hou)(hou)成型(xing),我(wo)們(men)用了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個半月的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間。”圖紙是(shi)大(da)家(jia)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)畫的(de)(de)(de),材料是(shi)現(xian)買的(de)(de)(de),線路是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)根(gen)一(yi)(yi)(yi)根(gen)搭(da)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)……“我(wo)們(men)在市場上(shang)采(cai)購表殼、內(nei)部元件后(hou)(hou)自(zi)(zi)(zi)己(ji)加工,做(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)了(le)雛形。一(yi)(yi)(yi)開(kai)始做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)(hao)后(hou)(hou)雖然各方(fang)面運行(xing)良(liang)好(hao)(hao),但運行(xing)過(guo)程中(zhong)散熱量(liang)大(da),而(er)且也(ye)不易便攜(xie)。”為了(le)讓(rang)設備更便于(yu)攜(xie)帶(dai),李長(chang)松(song)(song)又和同事(shi)(shi)加班加點改進方(fang)案,優化樣(yang)本(ben)。最終,兩(liang)款具(ju)有(you)存儲、定位(wei)及遠程抄送功能的(de)(de)(de)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)綜合(he)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀(yi)(LJCT-Ⅲ、LJCT-IV)誕(dan)生。該種(zhong)儀(yi)器可在短(duan)時(shi)間內(nei)迅(xun)速判(pan)斷蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)性(xing)能,操(cao)作(zuo)簡(jian)便、工作(zuo)量(liang)小、測(ce)(ce)試(shi)歷時(shi)短(duan)、經(jing)濟實用、數據準確,在哈爾濱(bin)資產清(qing)查工作(zuo)中(zhong)獲(huo)得了(le)廣泛使(shi)用、發揮了(le)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用,并獲(huo)得多(duo)項國家(jia)專(zhuan)利。

“基(ji)站(zhan)微(wei)網(wang)(wang)化共享(xiang)”改造方(fang)(fang)案是李(li)長松為了解(jie)決工作中遇(yu)到(dao)的(de)難(nan)(nan)題設(she)計的(de)又一款行之有效的(de)方(fang)(fang)案。基(ji)站(zhan)遇(yu)到(dao)停電(dian)需(xu)要到(dao)每個基(ji)站(zhan)進行人工發(fa)(fa)電(dian)補給(gei)電(dian)力,人員、車輛(liang)、發(fa)(fa)電(dian)機等需(xu)要耗(hao)費大量(liang)的(de)成(cheng)本(ben),且運(yun)輸途中也耗(hao)費一定的(de)時(shi)間,為了盡(jin)可能降低(di)(di)成(cheng)本(ben),提(ti)高(gao)效率(lv),李(li)長松設(she)計出“基(ji)站(zhan)微(wei)網(wang)(wang)化共享(xiang)”改造方(fang)(fang)案,該方(fang)(fang)案由1個微(wei)網(wang)(wang)節(jie)點站(zhan)和N個微(wei)網(wang)(wang)共享(xiang)站(zhan)組(zu)成(cheng)基(ji)站(zhan)微(wei)網(wang)(wang)單元(yuan),共享(xiang)站(zhan)不(bu)配備(bei)蓄電(dian)池(chi)組(zu),市電(dian)中斷時(shi)由節(jie)點站(zhan)提(ti)供(gong)電(dian)力保障,無需(xu)油(you)機發(fa)(fa)電(dian)保障。“這就好比設(she)立一座核心組(zu),以它為圓心服務(wu)于一定區(qu)域內各個基(ji)站(zhan)。”李(li)長松介紹道(dao)。據(ju)了解(jie),試(shi)點微(wei)網(wang)(wang)站(zhan)年節(jie)約運(yun)營成(cheng)本(ben)53.7%,項目整體投資回收期為2.43年,蓄電(dian)池(chi)配備(bei)總(zong)量(liang)降為原(yuan)有55%,開關電(dian)源減少20%的(de)模(mo)塊配置(zhi)(zhi)容(rong)量(liang),解(jie)決了兩個不(bu)具備(bei)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)條(tiao)件(jian)難(nan)(nan)點基(ji)站(zhan)的(de)電(dian)力保障,實現基(ji)站(zhan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)服務(wu)費收入增收,大幅(fu)減少發(fa)(fa)電(dian)次數和區(qu)域性大面積停電(dian)帶(dai)來的(de)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)難(nan)(nan)題,降低(di)(di)了電(dian)源配置(zhi)(zhi)及維護(hu)工作量(liang),大幅(fu)提(ti)升了維護(hu)指標。
鉆研新能源,開啟新大門
善(shan)于(yu)學習,樂(le)于(yu)總(zong)結(jie)思考,讓(rang)李長(chang)(chang)松(song)總(zong)能(neng)根據實際情(qing)況提出(chu)“新(xin)點子”找到“新(xin)方法”。黑(hei)龍江地處(chu)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)東北(bei)地區,屬于(yu)溫(wen)帶大(da)陸性季風氣候,冬季較長(chang)(chang),常年(nian)溫(wen)度較其他(ta)地區偏低,冬夏兩季溫(wen)差可達(da)70℃,對于(yu)傳統基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)所使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)極為(wei)不(bu)(bu)(bu)利,易造成較大(da)傷害。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)鼓脹(zhang)、開裂嚴重(zhong),壽命普遍(bian)較短,這給公司日常維護提出(chu)難題。2015年(nian)新(xin)能(neng)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)逐步(bu)退(tui)役,看到相(xiang)關報道(dao)后李長(chang)(chang)松(song)突發(fa)奇(qi)想(xiang),退(tui)役的(de)(de)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)能(neng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)放(fang)(fang)到基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)里二次(ci)(ci)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)?與(yu)同(tong)事商討后,李長(chang)(chang)松(song)等提出(chu)了(le)(le)(le)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)退(tui)役的(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)梯次(ci)(ci)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)通(tong)信(xin)基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)構想(xiang)。“早在(zai)2012年(nian)的(de)(de)時候,我(wo)們就(jiu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)過鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),但(dan)當時了(le)(le)(le)解(jie)不(bu)(bu)(bu)多,用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)也(ye)極少(shao)。2015年(nian)看到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)退(tui)役的(de)(de)報道(dao)以后就(jiu)想(xiang)嘗試(shi)一(yi)下,一(yi)開始把握也(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)是很大(da),因為(wei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和以往的(de)(de)鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)性能(neng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)太一(yi)樣。”車(che)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)屬于(yu)大(da)功率放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),而基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)所用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)屬于(yu)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、長(chang)(chang)時間(jian)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),二者存在(zai)本(ben)質(zhi)區別(bie)。為(wei)了(le)(le)(le)驗(yan)(yan)證(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)退(tui)役的(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)是否能(neng)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)到基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)當中,李長(chang)(chang)松(song)與(yu)同(tong)事進行了(le)(le)(le)研(yan)(yan)究分析。“后來我(wo)們找了(le)(le)(le)一(yi)批電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)放(fang)(fang)到基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)里去測試(shi),慢慢開展研(yan)(yan)究。同(tong)時,在(zai)哈工大(da),我(wo)們與(yu)學校(xiao)的(de)(de)教授(shou)進行實驗(yan)(yan)測試(shi),充放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)停循(xun)環(huan)(huan),最(zui)(zui)高(gao)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)到90多次(ci)(ci),就(jiu)是這樣模擬基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)環(huan)(huan)境(jing),不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷(duan)測試(shi),最(zui)(zui)后才逐步(bu)論證(zheng)了(le)(le)(le)可行性。”試(shi)點測試(shi)發(fa)現,梯次(ci)(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)相(xiang)比鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)在(zai)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)壽命、能(neng)量密度、高(gao)溫(wen)性能(neng)等方面具(ju)備(bei)明顯優勢(shi),各項性能(neng)指標全面優于(yu)鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),達(da)到了(le)(le)(le)預期效果。該(gai)試(shi)點項目得到了(le)(le)(le)國(guo)(guo)家及中國(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)塔相(xiang)關領(ling)導的(de)(de)高(gao)度認可,基(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)前(qian)期他(ta)在(zai)此方面做(zuo)的(de)(de)大(da)量工作,2016年(nian),李長(chang)(chang)松(song)被中國(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)塔安排參與(yu)“動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)在(zai)通(tong)信(xin)基(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)梯次(ci)(ci)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)”項目的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)工作。
默(mo)默(mo)耕耘(yun),不問收獲,李(li)長松(song)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)之余將自(zi)己(ji)的發(fa)現整理成文刊發(fa)于行業、省、市專業雜志(zhi)上,將自(zi)己(ji)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)經(jing)驗分享(xiang)給(gei)更多的人,對(dui)于他(ta)而言也(ye)是(shi)樂(le)事一樁。在采訪期間(jian),李(li)長松(song)提到最多的,不是(shi)獲得(de)的創新(xin)實(shi)踐成果(guo)金獎,也(ye)不是(shi)鐵塔勞動模范,而是(shi)自(zi)己(ji)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。在他(ta)看來,獲得(de)榮譽的樂(le)趣遠(yuan)不及親手解決工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中遇(yu)到的難(nan)題而獲得(de)的快感。“我(wo)這個人不怎么(me)在意這些東(dong)西,對(dui)我(wo)來說就(jiu)是(shi)本職工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),把工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中的重(zhong)點(dian)難(nan)點(dian)都解決了,我(wo)就(jiu)高興。”李(li)長松(song)笑著說。
