日前,由航空(kong)工(gong)業集(ji)團研制的(de)我國首(shou)(shou)款全(quan)復合(he)材料(liao)多(duo)用(yong)途無人(ren)機——“翼龍(long)”I通用(yong)平臺,在“無人(ren)機應急通信保(bao)障演練(lian)”中圓滿完成了搭載(zai)無線通訊基站設備的(de)首(shou)(shou)次系(xi)列(lie)測試(shi)。
這是航(hang)空工業集團貫徹落實國家“新(xin)基(ji)建”戰略部署,通過賦能無人(ren)機平臺,以高(gao)端(duan)航(hang)空裝備(bei)研(yan)發(fa)積累的核心技(ji)術(shu)(shu)為基(ji)礎,加快推進(jin)具有技(ji)術(shu)(shu)前瞻性(xing)的新(xin)型基(ji)礎設施建設的重要舉措(cuo),也是加速提(ti)升航(hang)空應急裝備(bei)國產化保障能力(li),促(cu)進(jin)航(hang)空應急救援產業高(gao)質(zhi)量發(fa)展的新(xin)成效。
該項(xiang)目(mu)由航(hang)空(kong)工業(ye)(ye)集團成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)(dou)所、中(zhong)航(hang)無人機(ji)(ji)系統公(gong)司與中(zhong)國(guo)移(yi)動(成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)(dou))產(chan)業(ye)(ye)研究院、中(zhong)國(guo)移(yi)動寧夏公(gong)司、中(zhong)國(guo)移(yi)動四川(chuan)公(gong)司合作實施。此次系列飛行測(ce)試在(zai)西北某機(ji)(ji)場進行。搭載無線通訊基站的“翼龍”I通用平臺在(zai)海拔3千(qian)(qian)至(zhi)5千(qian)(qian)多米(mi)高度,以(yi)半徑(jing)3千(qian)(qian)多米(mi)持續盤(pan)旋,成(cheng)(cheng)功實現超過50平方(fang)公(gong)里(li)范圍內,長(chang)時穩定的連續移(yi)動信號覆蓋,創下了國(guo)內空(kong)中(zhong)基站對地覆蓋最大面積(ji)的新紀錄。
建(jian)立航(hang)空應急救援體(ti)系是營(ying)造(zao)和諧安全穩定社會環境的重要保障,也是以人民為(wei)本,維(wei)護國家總體(ti)安全的重要力量(liang)。
此次(ci)測試的(de)成功,標志著“翼龍(long)”I通(tong)(tong)(tong)用(yong)平(ping)(ping)臺具備(bei)了搭(da)載基(ji)站(zhan)設(she)備(bei)和(he)(he)衛(wei)(wei)星通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)設(she)備(bei)實現(xian)應(ying)急(ji)(ji)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)和(he)(he)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)中繼的(de)功能。當出現(xian)緊急(ji)(ji)情況發生(sheng)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)中斷時,應(ying)急(ji)(ji)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)管理人(ren)員可(ke)(ke)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過“翼龍(long)”I通(tong)(tong)(tong)用(yong)平(ping)(ping)臺地(di)(di)面指揮(hui)控制站(zhan)操(cao)縱“翼龍(long)”I通(tong)(tong)(tong)用(yong)平(ping)(ping)臺在數(shu)(shu)百公里外的(de)機(ji)場起飛,快速到(dao)達指定(ding)區域上(shang)空盤旋,通(tong)(tong)(tong)過無人(ren)機(ji)上(shang)搭(da)載的(de)基(ji)站(zhan)設(she)備(bei)對災(zai)(zai)區進行持續的(de)無線(xian)信(xin)號覆蓋,并可(ke)(ke)以通(tong)(tong)(tong)過機(ji)載衛(wei)(wei)星通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)設(she)備(bei),經過通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)衛(wei)(wei)星傳輸(shu),實現(xian)與部署在應(ying)急(ji)(ji)指揮(hui)中心(xin)的(de)衛(wei)(wei)星通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)地(di)(di)面站(zhan)的(de)語音和(he)(he)視頻通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin),同時衛(wei)(wei)星通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)地(di)(di)面站(zhan)接(jie)收(shou)的(de)信(xin)號可(ke)(ke)直接(jie)與當地(di)(di)的(de)移動(dong)核心(xin)網連接(jie),從而實現(xian)空天(tian)地(di)(di)一體化應(ying)急(ji)(ji)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)保障,單(dan)機(ji)可(ke)(ke)保持長達35小時通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin),可(ke)(ke)有(you)效(xiao)解決(jue)基(ji)礎交通(tong)(tong)(tong)設(she)施損毀、孤島地(di)(di)區、邊(bian)遠地(di)(di)區、特(te)殊地(di)(di)區等惡劣條件下的(de)全(quan)天(tian)候通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)和(he)(he)數(shu)(shu)據傳輸(shu)問題,在應(ying)對地(di)(di)震(zhen)、洪(hong)水(shui)、火災(zai)(zai)等大型自然災(zai)(zai)害發生(sheng)時的(de)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)中斷具有(you)重大作用(yong)。
