銀光集團黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)將(jiang)創(chuang)(chuang)先(xian)爭(zheng)優活動(dong)(dong)作為推(tui)動(dong)(dong)基(ji)層組(zu)(zu)織建(jian)(jian)設和黨(dang)(dang)員隊(dui)伍建(jian)(jian)設的重要(yao)抓手,以“落實制(zhi)度(du)達(da)(da)標、黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)達(da)(da)標、陣地建(jian)(jian)設達(da)(da)標、黨(dang)(dang)員教育達(da)(da)標、黨(dang)(dang)員管(guan)(guan)理達(da)(da)標”的“五達(da)(da)標”支部創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)(jian)推(tui)進建(jian)(jian)強基(ji)本(ben)(ben)組(zu)(zu)織、建(jian)(jian)好基(ji)本(ben)(ben)隊(dui)伍、建(jian)(jian)實基(ji)本(ben)(ben)制(zhi)度(du)“三基(ji)建(jian)(jian)設”。同時(shi),將(jiang)安全管(guan)(guan)理、技術創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)、節(jie)能減排等重點工作作為“創(chuang)(chuang)先(xian)爭(zheng)優”活動(dong)(dong)的實踐平臺(tai),深入(ru)推(tui)進“黨(dang)(dang)員創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工程”。近(jin)三年,“黨(dang)(dang)員創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工程”立(li)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)達(da)(da)1400余(yu)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),完成(cheng)1170項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),節(jie)創(chuang)(chuang)價值(zhi)達(da)(da)9600余(yu)萬(wan)元(yuan)。一項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)黨(dang)(dang)員創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工程彰顯著廣大黨(dang)(dang)員解(jie)決問題、持續改善、創(chuang)(chuang)造效益的成(cheng)果。其中,“解(jie)決101產(chan)品過濾瓶頸(jing)問題”黨(dang)(dang)員創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工程項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目,產(chan)能提(ti)升了50%,產(chan)生經濟效益3000多萬(wan)元(yuan)。

各基層(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組織以企業改革(ge)發(fa)展成(cheng)(cheng)果檢驗(yan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)和戰斗(dou)力(li)(li),著力(li)(li)打造(zao)“政(zheng)治引(yin)領力(li)(li)強(qiang)、推動(dong)發(fa)展力(li)(li)強(qiang)、改革(ge)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)力(li)(li)強(qiang)、凝(ning)聚保障(zhang)力(li)(li)強(qiang)”的(de)(de)“四強(qiang)”黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組織,大力(li)(li)開展“一個(ge)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)一個(ge)亮點(dian)(dian)”品牌創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian),梳理、總結、提(ti)煉黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中的(de)(de)好方法、好經(jing)驗(yan),塑造(zao)亮點(dian)(dian),創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)載體,為黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)注(zhu)入了(le)強(qiang)大動(dong)力(li)(li)。建(jian)(jian)(jian)立“黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)立項制(zhi)”,每年年初結合(he)公司黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)、難點(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)發(fa)布課題,各基層(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組織開展研究和攻關(guan),形成(cheng)(cheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)果,并(bing)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)推廣。在(zai)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中導(dao)入KPI管理模式,將黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)劃分成(cheng)(cheng)4個(ge)一級KPI指標、23個(ge)二級KPI指標、61個(ge)三級KPI指標,分解到年度(du)、月度(du),利用黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)信(xin)息(xi)平臺(tai),建(jian)(jian)(jian)立量化考核信(xin)息(xi)系統(tong),實現了(le)對基層(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)上(shang)報(bao)、審核、統(tong)計、考核的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)化管理和實時(shi)監管。全面推行(xing)(xing)(xing)“黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)創(chuang)優卡”,構建(jian)(jian)(jian)凝(ning)聚力(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程平臺(tai)、思想動(dong)態快速(su)反應平臺(tai)、黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程管理平臺(tai)、幫扶救助工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)平臺(tai)和黨(dang)(dang)(dang)群工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)信(xin)息(xi)管理平臺(tai),將每項黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)按月進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)展示和評比,督促各支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)對黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)月度(du)自查。
