黨(dang)(dang)建引領,樹立提質(zhi)增(zeng)效(xiao)“風(feng)向標”。中節能(neng)諸(zhu)暨公司以“效(xiao)益黨(dang)(dang)建”為引領,精(jing)準發力推(tui)動全(quan)年工(gong)作,創新應用“黨(dang)(dang)建+提質(zhi)增(zeng)效(xiao)”工(gong)作模(mo)式,積極發揮“黨(dang)(dang)建+管理”、“黨(dang)(dang)建+服務”、“黨(dang)(dang)建+業(ye)務”等優(you)勢,將黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)作融入提質(zhi)增(zeng)效(xiao)的全(quan)過程,實現成(cheng)本指(zhi)標和經(jing)營業(ye)務持續受(shou)控的主基調。
從深度打(da)造人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)園(yuan)角度,中節能(neng)諸暨(ji)公(gong)司(si)黨(dang)支部積極搭建(jian)(jian)平(ping)臺助力(li)創新創業(ye)轉(zhuan)化,參與各類人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)引(yin)進(jin)對接。一(yi)是黨(dang)管人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai),吐(tu)哺(bu)歸(gui)心。復工(gong)后(hou)公(gong)司(si)黨(dang)支部走訪服(fu)務園(yuan)區(qu)重(zhong)點項目企(qi)業(ye)進(jin)行(xing)實(shi)地調研(yan),幫助人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)和企(qi)業(ye)解決實(shi)際(ji)問題,同時摸排(pai)備(bei)案企(qi)業(ye)黨(dang)員(yuan)數量,引(yin)導(dao)園(yuan)區(qu)企(qi)業(ye)高(gao)層(ceng)管理員(yuan)遞(di)交入黨(dang)申請。二是引(yin)育并重(zhong),薈聚英才(cai)(cai)。公(gong)司(si)對接政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)各相關部門(men)了解人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)引(yin)進(jin)政(zheng)策和各類補助條件,積極引(yin)進(jin)在外高(gao)層(ceng)次人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)回鄉創新創業(ye)。三是服(fu)務人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai),樂業(ye)安家。與銀行(xing)稅務、建(jian)(jian)設、工(gong)商、環保、消防等政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)部門(men)開展隊伍(wu)聯建(jian)(jian),舉辦各類疫情期間最(zui)新政(zheng)策培訓,為(wei)園(yuan)區(qu)企(qi)業(ye)和人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)提供零距離、全方(fang)位服(fu)務。
強化(hua)(hua)內(nei)控,緊扣提質增效(xiao)“生命線”。中(zhong)節能諸(zhu)暨(ji)公(gong)(gong)司(si)圍繞業務(wu)優化(hua)(hua)、內(nei)部挖潛、科技創新等工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)環節,常態化(hua)(hua)開展(zhan)提質增效(xiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。在內(nei)部管理(li)上(shang)公(gong)(gong)司(si)發揮預(yu)算(suan)剛性引(yin)領作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),堅決壓降管理(li)費用(yong)。面對疫情造成(cheng)的(de)損失及防控成(cheng)本的(de)增加,公(gong)(gong)司(si)積極申請(qing)政(zheng)策扶持與稅費減免(mian),包(bao)括失業保險基金、專利補(bu)貼、光伏建(jian)設獎(jiang)補(bu)、爭創街(jie)道(dao)經濟發展(zhan)貢獻獎(jiang)獎(jiang)補(bu)、循環化(hua)(hua)經濟獎(jiang)補(bu)、綠色園區獎(jiang)補(bu)、下升上(shang)政(zheng)策獎(jiang)勵等,金額(e)(e)逾150萬。在項(xiang)目建(jian)設管理(li)上(shang),公(gong)(gong)司(si)克服疫情影響,合理(li)安排各工(gong)(gong)(gong)種穿(chuan)插(cha)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),預(yu)期推進項(xiang)目建(jian)設,同時嚴把項(xiang)目建(jian)設成(cheng)本管控,根據統計,中(zhong)節能諸(zhu)暨(ji)產(chan)業園項(xiang)目各期總包(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實際結算(suan)金額(e)(e)相比合同金額(e)(e)和(he)概算(suan)金額(e)(e)的(de)平均節資(zi)率達21.6%。
創新管理,激(ji)活提質增效“動(dong)力(li)源”。今年(nian)以來中節能(neng)諸暨公司為進一步加強園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)運維服(fu)務重點申報了省級(ji)數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)示(shi)范(fan)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)、省級(ji)小微(wei)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)星級(ji)評(ping)定、市(shi)級(ji)綠色園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區(qu),尤其(qi)是數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)示(shi)范(fan)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)(園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)云平臺(tai)),由公共信息(xi)、項目庫(ku)、進度監(jian)控、統(tong)(tong)計(ji)分(fen)析、移(yi)動(dong)客戶端(APP)等子系(xi)統(tong)(tong)組成,以信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺(tai)為依(yi)托,通過監(jian)管一體化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、服(fu)務移(yi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、資源集約化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、數(shu)據智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)等系(xi)統(tong)(tong)運營,實現(xian)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)監(jian)管智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)和數(shu)據化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),帶動(dong)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)運營全面提質增效。
逆勢而上,守(shou)陣地拓市場。受疫情影響,中(zhong)節(jie)能諸暨(ji)公(gong)司(si)(si)上半年新增(zeng)客戶量大幅度下降(jiang),在(zai)(zai)集團公(gong)司(si)(si)統一(yi)部(bu)署下,中(zhong)節(jie)能諸暨(ji)公(gong)司(si)(si)及時設立提(ti)質增(zeng)效專(zhuan)項(xiang)行動(dong)領導(dao)小組,研究(jiu)對策措施,根據(ju)實(shi)際情況調整(zheng)招商(shang)激勵制度、宣(xuan)傳方式(shi)(shi)以及招商(shang)模式(shi)(shi)。一(yi)是積(ji)極在(zai)(zai)企(qi)業(ye)與(yu)政府之間搭建橋梁(liang),以助企(qi)業(ye)渡過(guo)疫情困(kun)難期,對于落戶園區的(de)(de)人才(cai)項(xiang)目,公(gong)司(si)(si)主動(dong)與(yu)政府各相關職(zhi)能部(bu)門溝通,成功將人才(cai)項(xiang)目租金補貼轉換成廠(chang)房(fang)購(gou)置款(kuan)(kuan)(kuan),促進了招商(shang)成交率,同時提(ti)高公(gong)司(si)(si)應(ying)收賬款(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)的(de)(de)回款(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)率。另外經過(guo)多方努力在(zai)(zai)諸暨(ji)當地創新工業(ye)廠(chang)房(fang)預售(shou)的(de)(de)銷售(shou)方式(shi)(shi),極大降(jiang)低整(zheng)個項(xiang)目資金成本。
