梳理百年歷史,把握紅色基因深刻內涵

紅(hong)色(se)基(ji)因本質上來說是紅(hong)色(se)文化的(de)(de)觀念意(yi)識形態,它必須通過特定的(de)(de)形式(shi)和載體才能表現(xian)出來。要(yao)實現(xian)紅(hong)色(se)基(ji)因的(de)(de)有效傳(chuan)承,實現(xian)紅(hong)色(se)文化的(de)(de)弘揚傳(chuan)播,必須不(bu)斷推動(dong)紅(hong)色(se)基(ji)因的(de)(de)形式(shi)載體創新(xin)和宣(xuan)傳(chuan)方式(shi)方法的(de)(de)創新(xin)。
中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)努力推(tui)動紅(hong)色(se)基因(yin)表現形(xing)式(shi)創(chuang)新(xin),強化(hua)紅(hong)色(se)文(wen)化(hua)產(chan)(chan)品譜系建設。一是依托現有紅(hong)色(se)資(zi)源(yuan),充分挖掘利用工業遺產(chan)(chan)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)紅(hong)色(se)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)源(yuan),打造愛國(guo)主義教(jiao)育基地(di)、機車(che)工業展(zhan)覽館(guan)(guan)、紀(ji)念館(guan)(guan)等建設,開發(fa)了“長辛店二七紀(ji)念館(guan)(guan)”等特色(se)項目。二是結合重(zhong)大歷史節(jie)點和(he)重(zhong)要事件,舉(ju)辦紀(ji)念活動,如結合新(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)成(cheng)立70周年(nian)、新(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)成(cheng)立5周年(nian)等事件,舉(ju)辦大型成(cheng)就展(zhan)。三是通過(guo)文(wen)創(chuang)作品,倡(chang)導內容豐富、形(xing)式(shi)多樣、理論深厚的(de)紅(hong)色(se)文(wen)藝產(chan)(chan)品。如以(yi)王(wang)荷波同志(zhi)在中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)開展(zhan)的(de)工運(yun)史為(wei)題材,編排了沉浸(jin)式(shi)體驗話劇,以(yi)此教(jiao)育和(he)引導廣大員(yuan)工。
中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)中(zhong)車(che)努力推(tui)動(dong)(dong)紅(hong)色(se)文化傳播(bo)(bo)(bo)方式方法創新,提升講故事(shi)水平(ping)和能力。一(yi)是(shi)利用(yong)“傳統式”載(zai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)。利用(yong)現有(you)宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)載(zai)體(ti)(ti)(ti),比(bi)如通(tong)過(guo)(guo)媒(mei)(mei)體(ti)(ti)(ti)宣傳、道德講堂、老黨員(yuan)講故事(shi)、紅(hong)歌比(bi)賽,制(zhi)作(zuo)紅(hong)色(se)文化宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)材料,組織撰(zhuan)寫(xie)《中(zhong)車(che)成長之(zhi)道》《解碼(ma)中(zhong)車(che)紅(hong)色(se)基因》等書(shu)(shu),讓中(zhong)車(che)員(yuan)工了(le)解中(zhong)車(che)的紅(hong)色(se)歷史。二是(shi)開展“沉(chen)浸(jin)式” 教(jiao)育(yu)。采用(yong)情景(jing)黨課(ke)、紅(hong)色(se)家書(shu)(shu)情景(jing)誦讀(du)、瞻(zhan)觀(guan)紅(hong)色(se)遺跡等形(xing)式,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)沉(chen)浸(jin)式體(ti)(ti)(ti)驗或儀式感的參與,讓員(yuan)工有(you)跨越時空(kong)、身臨其境之(zhi)感,在(zai)不知不覺中(zhong)受到教(jiao)育(yu),得到啟發(fa)。三是(shi)探索“新媒(mei)(mei)體(ti)(ti)(ti)”傳播(bo)(bo)(bo)。目前,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)中(zhong)車(che)正圍繞《解碼(ma)中(zhong)車(che)紅(hong)色(se)基因》一(yi)書(shu)(shu),制(zhi)作(zuo)系列(lie)(lie)微(wei)視頻,用(yong)二維碼(ma)將書(shu)(shu)與系列(lie)(lie)微(wei)視頻鏈(lian)接,在(zai)視頻平(ping)臺和社(she)交媒(mei)(mei)體(ti)(ti)(ti)平(ping)臺上傳播(bo)(bo)(bo),呼應書(shu)(shu)籍內容,形(xing)成有(you)效傳播(bo)(bo)(bo),并(bing)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)系列(lie)(lie)有(you)溫度的移動(dong)(dong)端頁面加大推(tui)廣。以“中(zhong)車(che)紅(hong)色(se)軌跡”為主題(ti),制(zhi)作(zuo)系列(lie)(lie)可(ke)以互動(dong)(dong)的H5在(zai)社(she)交媒(mei)(mei)體(ti)(ti)(ti)上投放(fang)傳播(bo)(bo)(bo),以生(sheng)動(dong)(dong)有(you)趣的敘述和互動(dong)(dong)點擊瀏覽的方式,帶(dai)領讀(du)者沉(chen)浸(jin)式閱讀(du),傳播(bo)(bo)(bo)中(zhong)車(che)紅(hong)色(se)文化。
