梳理百年歷史,把握紅色基因深刻內涵

為彰(zhang)顯紅(hong)(hong)色(se)文(wen)化的價值(zhi),繼承好紅(hong)(hong)色(se)基因,中國中車通過頂層設(she)計加基層構(gou)建的方式,在(zai)打造紅(hong)(hong)色(se)黨建品牌(pai)文(wen)化上(shang)下功(gong)夫,形成了助推企(qi)業高質量發展(zhan)的領導力、引(yin)領力、組(zu)織力和凝聚力。

豐富傳播方式,講好中車紅色文化故事
紅(hong)(hong)色(se)基因本質上(shang)來(lai)說是紅(hong)(hong)色(se)文化(hua)的觀念意識形(xing)態,它必須通過(guo)特定的形(xing)式(shi)和載(zai)體才能表現出來(lai)。要實現紅(hong)(hong)色(se)基因的有效傳承,實現紅(hong)(hong)色(se)文化(hua)的弘揚(yang)傳播(bo),必須不斷推動紅(hong)(hong)色(se)基因的形(xing)式(shi)載(zai)體創新(xin)和宣傳方(fang)式(shi)方(fang)法(fa)的創新(xin)。
中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車努力推動紅(hong)色基(ji)(ji)因表現形(xing)式創新,強化紅(hong)色文(wen)化產品譜系建設。一是依托現有紅(hong)色資(zi)源(yuan),充分挖掘(jue)利用(yong)工(gong)(gong)業遺產中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的紅(hong)色文(wen)化資(zi)源(yuan),打造愛國(guo)主義教(jiao)育(yu)基(ji)(ji)地、機車工(gong)(gong)業展覽館(guan)、紀念館(guan)等(deng)建設,開發了(le)“長(chang)辛(xin)店二七紀念館(guan)”等(deng)特色項目。二是結(jie)合(he)重(zhong)大歷史節點和(he)重(zhong)要事件(jian)(jian),舉(ju)辦紀念活動,如結(jie)合(he)新中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)成立(li)(li)70周年、新中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車成立(li)(li)5周年等(deng)事件(jian)(jian),舉(ju)辦大型成就展。三是通過文(wen)創作品,倡導內容豐富、形(xing)式多樣、理(li)論(lun)深厚(hou)的紅(hong)色文(wen)藝產品。如以(yi)王荷波同(tong)志在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車開展的工(gong)(gong)運史為題材,編排了(le)沉浸(jin)式體驗(yan)話劇,以(yi)此教(jiao)育(yu)和(he)引導廣大員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)。
中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車(che)(che)努力推動(dong)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)文(wen)化傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)方式(shi)(shi)方法創新,提升講(jiang)故(gu)事(shi)水平(ping)(ping)和能力。一(yi)是利(li)用“傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統式(shi)(shi)”載(zai)體。利(li)用現有宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)教(jiao)育載(zai)體,比如通(tong)過媒體宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、道(dao)德講(jiang)堂、老黨(dang)員講(jiang)故(gu)事(shi)、紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)歌比賽,制(zhi)作(zuo)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)文(wen)化宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)教(jiao)育材(cai)料,組(zu)織撰寫《中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車(che)(che)成長之道(dao)》《解(jie)碼(ma)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車(che)(che)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)基因》等書,讓中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車(che)(che)員工了(le)解(jie)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車(che)(che)的(de)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)歷史。二是開展“沉浸式(shi)(shi)” 教(jiao)育。采(cai)用情景(jing)黨(dang)課(ke)、紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)家書情景(jing)誦讀(du)、瞻觀紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)遺跡等形式(shi)(shi),通(tong)過沉浸式(shi)(shi)體驗(yan)或(huo)儀式(shi)(shi)感的(de)參與(yu),讓員工有跨(kua)越時空(kong)、身臨其境之感,在不知不覺中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)受到(dao)教(jiao)育,得到(dao)啟發。三是探索“新媒體”傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)。目前,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車(che)(che)正圍繞《解(jie)碼(ma)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車(che)(che)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)基因》一(yi)書,制(zhi)作(zuo)系(xi)列(lie)微視(shi)(shi)頻(pin),用二維碼(ma)將書與(yu)系(xi)列(lie)微視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)鏈接,在視(shi)(shi)頻(pin)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)和社交媒體平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)上(shang)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo),呼應書籍內容,形成有效傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo),并通(tong)過系(xi)列(lie)有溫度的(de)移動(dong)端頁面加大推廣。以“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車(che)(che)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)軌跡”為主(zhu)題,制(zhi)作(zuo)系(xi)列(lie)可以互動(dong)的(de)H5在社交媒體上(shang)投放傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo),以生(sheng)動(dong)有趣的(de)敘(xu)述和互動(dong)點擊(ji)瀏覽(lan)的(de)方式(shi)(shi),帶領讀(du)者沉浸式(shi)(shi)閱(yue)讀(du),傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車(che)(che)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)色(se)文(wen)化。
