趙梓森(sen),男,漢,中(zhong)共(gong)黨員,1932年生(sheng),郵(you)電部(bu)武(wu)漢郵(you)電科(ke)學(xue)研究院(yuan)(中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)信(xin)科(ke)集團(tuan)前(qian)身(shen))原總工(gong)程師(shi),現任中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)信(xin)科(ke)集團(tuan)高(gao)級技(ji)術顧問(wen)、“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)谷”首(shou)席科(ke)學(xue)家,曾任中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)工(gong)程院(yuan)院(yuan)士。他研制(zhi)出我國(guo)(guo)(guo)第一根實用(yong)型石英光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian),創立(li)了我國(guo)(guo)(guo)自主光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)通(tong)信(xin)技(ji)術方案,被譽為(wei)“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)之父”,由他作為(wei)技(ji)術帶頭人的(de)武(wu)漢郵(you)科(ke)院(yuan),建成了我國(guo)(guo)(guo)第一條光(guang)(guang)(guang)纜通(tong)信(xin)工(gong)程,架設(she)起連通(tong)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)通(tong)信(xin)線路和推(tui)動(dong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)到戶工(gong)程;他領銜吁請黨中(zhong)央、國(guo)(guo)(guo)務院(yuan)批準在武(wu)漢建設(she)“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)谷”,并推(tui)動(dong)其成為(wei)全(quan)球最大的(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)纜、光(guang)(guang)(guang)電器(qi)件生(sheng)產(chan)基(ji)地(di)、最大的(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)通(tong)信(xin)技(ji)術研發基(ji)地(di)和我國(guo)(guo)(guo)在光(guang)(guang)(guang)電子信(xin)息領域(yu)參(can)與國(guo)(guo)(guo)際競爭的(de)標志性品(pin)牌。

敢為人先,畢生“追光”成就“中國光纖之父”
1973年,趙梓森在(zai)武漢郵(you)科院(yuan)提出發展光纖通(tong)信(xin),但在(zai)當(dang)時(shi),一(yi)無資金,二無資料和設備,三無實驗室(shi),他就在(zai)武漢郵(you)電(dian)學(xue)院(yuan)(武漢郵(you)科院(yuan)前身)洗手間里做實驗。憑(ping)著敢于創新、敢拼敢干的(de)(de)精神,經過一(yi)次又(you)一(yi)次的(de)(de)失(shi)敗和挫折,攻克(ke)了(le)(le)一(yi)個(ge)又(you)一(yi)個(ge)的(de)(de)技術難關,1976年,他終(zhong)于研制出了(le)(le)第(di)一(yi)根具有(you)實用價值(zhi)的(de)(de)石(shi)英光纖,并隨后創立了(le)(le)我國光纖通(tong)信(xin)的(de)(de)技術路線(xian)。
他奠定了(le)(le)(le)(le)我國(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)通(tong)信技(ji)(ji)術和產業的基礎:首(shou)次確定了(le)(le)(le)(le)我國(guo)通(tong)信發展(zhan)(zhan)的正確方向(xiang)(xiang)---光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)通(tong)信;率先提出了(le)(le)(le)(le)我國(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)通(tong)信正確的技(ji)(ji)術路線(xian),并一(yi)直沿用至今(jin);創(chuang)立(li)了(le)(le)(le)(le)從改革開放以來的光(guang)(guang)(guang)通(tong)信系統(tong)、器件(jian)和光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)設計理論體系;首(shou)創(chuang)我國(guo)實(shi)用化光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)的制作方法和制造裝備,成功制造第一(yi)批實(shi)用化光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian);首(shou)創(chuang)8項(xiang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)通(tong)信工程,推(tui)動了(le)(le)(le)(le)我國(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)通(tong)信實(shi)現(xian)跨越性(xing)的發展(zhan)(zhan),準確把握了(le)(le)(le)(le)我國(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)通(tong)信技(ji)(ji)術發展(zhan)(zhan)的方向(xiang)(xiang)。
他帶(dai)領團(tuan)(tuan)隊主持并完成(cheng)了(le)從(cong)“六五(wu)”到“十五(wu)”期間幾乎(hu)所(suo)有(you)我國(guo)(guo)首創的(de)從(cong)光(guang)纖、光(guang)通信機、光(guang)電子器(qi)件(jian)、光(guang)測試儀表(biao)到原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)等全(quan)系列的(de)技術(shu)與(yu)產(chan)品(pin);共獲國(guo)(guo)家科(ke)學技術(shu)獎4項,指導團(tuan)(tuan)隊獲國(guo)(guo)家科(ke)學技術(shu)獎9項、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)專利金獎1次,十大科(ke)技進展1次。
他(ta)在(zai)光通(tong)信領(ling)域的(de)卓越(yue)貢獻得(de)到(dao)國(guo)內外的(de)一(yi)(yi)致(zhi)公認,1985年(nian)被(bei)中華全(quan)國(guo)總工(gong)(gong)(gong)會授予全(quan)國(guo)優秀(xiu)科技工(gong)(gong)(gong)作者(zhe)和(he)五一(yi)(yi)勞動獎章;1989年(nian)被(bei)國(guo)務院(yuan)(yuan)授予全(quan)國(guo)先進工(gong)(gong)(gong)作者(zhe);1995年(nian)當選(xuan)中國(guo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程院(yuan)(yuan)院(yuan)(yuan)士;1997年(nian)被(bei)國(guo)際電(dian)機電(dian)子工(gong)(gong)(gong)程師(shi)協會授予Fellow榮譽稱(cheng)號。
銳意進取,倡議并推動建立“中國光谷”
1995年(nian)(nian),他作(zuo)為中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)工程(cheng)院院士首次提出加快武漢(han)光(guang)電子(zi)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan),將武漢(han)建(jian)(jian)設成全國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)性光(guang)電子(zi)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)基地(di)。2000年(nian)(nian)5月7日(ri),他領(ling)銜26位院士和專(zhuan)家在《關于加快技(ji)術(shu)(shu)創新,發展(zhan)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)電子(zi)信(xin)息產(chan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)》上簽名(ming),吁請黨(dang)中(zhong)(zhong)央、國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)務院批(pi)準武漢(han)建(jian)(jian)設國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家級光(guang)電子(zi)信(xin)息產(chan)業(ye)(ye)基地(di)——“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)谷(gu)(gu)”。同年(nian)(nian)5月31日(ri),他被“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)谷(gu)(gu)”聘為首席(xi)科學家。2001年(nian)(nian)2月28日(ri),在他的(de)倡(chang)導(dao)推(tui)動下,科技(ji)部正(zheng)式批(pi)準在武漢(han)建(jian)(jian)立(li)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家光(guang)電子(zi)信(xin)息技(ji)術(shu)(shu)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)化(hua)基地(di),命(ming)名(ming)為“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)谷(gu)(gu)”。從2001年(nian)(nian)立(li)項批(pi)建(jian)(jian)到2007年(nian)(nian),僅(jin)六年(nian)(nian)時間,“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)谷(gu)(gu)”就(jiu)成為了世界上最大的(de)光(guang)電子(zi)產(chan)品研(yan)發生(sheng)產(chan)基地(di)。如(ru)今,“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)谷(gu)(gu)”是全球最大的(de)光(guang)纖、光(guang)纜(lan)和光(guang)電器件生(sheng)產(chan)基地(di),最大的(de)光(guang)通(tong)信(xin)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)發基地(di),在國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家高(gao)新區(qu)中(zhong)(zhong)綜合排(pai)名(ming)第四,僅(jin)次于北京中(zhong)(zhong)關村、上海張江和深圳高(gao)新區(qu),2018年(nian)(nian)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)規(gui)模(mo)已(yi)達1.2萬億元,成為民族的(de)品牌(pai)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家的(de)驕傲。
勇于擔當,開啟光通信強國之路
1983年(nian)(nian)(nian),他(ta)(ta)(ta)認(ren)識到(dao)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)工業基礎薄(bo)弱,光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)和光(guang)(guang)電產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)的(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業化和規(gui)模(mo)化需要(yao)尋求外企合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)。1984年(nian)(nian)(nian),他(ta)(ta)(ta)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)方技(ji)術負責人(ren),經過(guo)認(ren)真調研和艱(jian)苦談判,于1985年(nian)(nian)(nian)與(yu)荷蘭飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)利浦公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)達成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)協議。1988年(nian)(nian)(nian)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)建(jian)立(li)中(zhong)(zhong)外合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)——長(chang)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立(li),1992年(nian)(nian)(nian)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)。面對長(chang)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)發展初期(qi)(qi)面臨的(de)技(ji)術困難(nan),他(ta)(ta)(ta)始終親臨一(yi)線指(zhi)導,不斷幫助(zhu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)提(ti)高技(ji)術水(shui)平。經過(guo)6年(nian)(nian)(nian)多的(de)發展,到(dao)1998年(nian)(nian)(nian)長(chang)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)質量已(yi)接近世界(jie)先進水(shui)平,量產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)突破(po)100萬公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)里,現(xian)在該公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)的(de)技(ji)術和市場(chang)占有(you)率已(yi)大(da)大(da)超過(guo)早期(qi)(qi)技(ji)術合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)利浦公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si),成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)第一(yi)、世界(jie)第二的(de)大(da)型公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)。長(chang)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)的(de)建(jian)立(li)和發展,抑制(zhi)了(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)外產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)對中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業的(de)控制(zhi),使得中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業由弱到(dao)強,最終成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)世界(jie)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)制(zhi)造大(da)國(guo)(guo)(guo)。2016年(nian)(nian)(nian),他(ta)(ta)(ta)指(zhi)導完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)100Tbit/s(1 Tbit/s=1 000 Gbit/s)實驗,使我國(guo)(guo)(guo)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)擁有(you)世界(jie)最先進光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)通(tong)信(xin)技(ji)術的(de)3個國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)之一(yi)。在他(ta)(ta)(ta)的(de)參與(yu)和帶領下,我國(guo)(guo)(guo)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)通(tong)信(xin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業實現(xian)群體突破(po)和騰飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei),光(guang)(guang)通(tong)信(xin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業規(gui)模(mo)和市場(chang)份(fen)額(e)位(wei)居世界(jie)首(shou)位(wei)。如(ru)今(jin),目(mu)前中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)信(xin)科、長(chang)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)、亨通(tong)三(san)家(jia)企業市場(chang)總(zong)份(fen)額(e)占全球50%以上,對我國(guo)(guo)(guo)乃至世界(jie)的(de)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)技(ji)術發展起(qi)到(dao)了(le)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)推動作(zuo)(zuo)用。
2018年(nian)4月26日,習(xi)近(jin)平總書記在中國信科考察時,親(qin)切詢問他(ta)的(de)身體狀況并指出(chu):“你們所(suo)從事的(de)光通(tong)信行業(ye)很重要(yao),要(yao)建設網絡強國,需要(yao)你們加快腳步(bu),更(geng)快地(di)占領一(yi)些(xie)制(zhi)高(gao)點(dian)。”這(zhe)正是他(ta)畢生的(de)追求(qiu)。
