10月21日上(shang)午,云南農(nong)墾集團組織召(zhao)開三季度經(jing)(jing)濟運(yun)行分析會(hui)。會(hui)議指(zhi)出(chu),前(qian)三季度經(jing)(jing)濟運(yun)行平(ping)穩(wen)(wen)(wen),穩(wen)(wen)(wen)中向(xiang)好態(tai)勢持(chi)續鞏固(gu)(gu),呈現(xian)“穩(wen)(wen)(wen)中加固(gu)(gu)、穩(wen)(wen)(wen)中提質(zhi)(zhi)、后勁更足”的(de)特(te)點,前(qian)三季度經(jing)(jing)濟運(yun)行成績亮眼:實(shi)(shi)現(xian)利潤(run)總額1.32億元(yuan),同(tong)比增長(chang)74.33%;實(shi)(shi)現(xian)營(ying)收256億元(yuan),同(tong)比增長(chang)27.36%。整(zheng)體(ti)呈現(xian)大盤(pan)穩(wen)(wen)(wen)、質(zhi)(zhi)量高、后勁足的(de)良好態(tai)勢,為(wei)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)業績“全(quan)年(nian)優”“全(quan)年(nian)紅”作(zuo)出(chu)了保障。
——大(da)盤穩(wen):三(san)大(da)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)板塊(kuai)(kuai)產品產量穩(wen)定(ding)增長(chang)(chang),綠色(se)食(shi)品板塊(kuai)(kuai)同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)7.8%,農林(lin)資源板塊(kuai)(kuai)同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)36.18%,農業(ye)(ye)服務(wu)板塊(kuai)(kuai)同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)60.6%;業(ye)(ye)務(wu)結構(gou)優(you)化帶動營(ying)收穩(wen)定(ding)增長(chang)(chang),前三(san)季度營(ying)收保持月均(jun)同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)27.36%;年(nian)度任務(wu)主(zhu)要(yao)經濟指標穩(wen)步實現。
——質量高(gao)(gao):經營效益(yi)明(ming)顯(xian)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng),前三季度營收利潤率(lv)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)34.21%,凈資(zi)產收益(yi)率(lv)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)71.01%,營業增(zeng)長率(lv)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)翻了(le)1.1倍(bei);職工收入(ru)明(ming)顯(xian)提(ti)高(gao)(gao),在崗職工工資(zi)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長23.3%;成(cheng)本管控有力。
——后勁足:解決歷史問題,內生增長動力足;盤活(huo)資(zi)產、利(li)潤增量足;未(wei)雨綢繆勢頭良好,后勁足。
會議(yi)要(yao)求(qiu),各企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)要(yao)狠抓落(luo)實(shi)(shi),全力(li)完(wan)成(cheng)云(yun)南(nan)農墾(ken)(ken)集(ji)團2021年(nian)度(du)(du)目標(biao)任(ren)務(wu)。要(yao)錨定目標(biao)抓好(hao)(hao)行(xing)動(dong)落(luo)實(shi)(shi),抓住(zhu)機遇穩住(zhu)基(ji)本(ben)盤,提(ti)升資(zi)產盤活變現能力(li);要(yao)聚焦(jiao)重點抓好(hao)(hao)責任(ren)落(luo)實(shi)(shi),抓實(shi)(shi)年(nian)度(du)(du)任(ren)務(wu)目標(biao)的對標(biao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),全力(li)推進重點項(xiang)目、國企(qi)(qi)(qi)改革三年(nian)行(xing)動(dong)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)落(luo)細;要(yao)創新品(pin)牌擴大知名(ming)度(du)(du),抓好(hao)(hao)“名(ming)牌名(ming)品(pin)名(ming)企(qi)(qi)(qi)”申報工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),完(wan)成(cheng)云(yun)南(nan)農墾(ken)(ken)集(ji)團品(pin)牌戰(zhan)略定位咨詢(xun)項(xiang)目各項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),高度(du)(du)重視(shi)食品(pin)安(an)全,提(ti)前謀劃好(hao)(hao)產品(pin)、品(pin)牌營銷(xiao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);要(yao)統籌(chou)做好(hao)(hao)安(an)全穩定工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),把統籌(chou)發展和安(an)全作(zuo)(zuo)為當前壓(ya)倒一(yi)切的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),著力(li)營造(zao)良好(hao)(hao)的發展環(huan)境(jing);要(yao)抓實(shi)(shi)黨建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)助(zhu)推企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)發展,發揮好(hao)(hao)黨組織(zhi)領導(dao)核心作(zuo)(zuo)用、堅持黨建(jian)與經營雙(shuang)融(rong)雙(shuang)促、從嚴治黨強化廉政建(jian)設。
