建研院為“一帶一路”首個非洲項目肯尼亞蒙-內鐵路提供支持

由中(zhong)國(guo)路(lu)(lu)橋建設的(de)(de)(de)肯(ken)尼(ni)亞(ya)蒙-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)將于(yu)2017年6月1日正式開通試運營。蒙-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)是肯(ken)尼(ni)亞(ya)國(guo)家獨立以(yi)來的(de)(de)(de)最(zui)大工程(cheng),是其近(jin)百(bai)年來新建的(de)(de)(de)第(di)一條(tiao)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu),全(quan)長(chang)480公里(li),連(lian)接肯(ken)尼(ni)亞(ya)首都內羅(luo)畢和(he)(he)(he)東(dong)非第(di)一大港蒙巴薩港。蒙-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)是東(dong)共體(ti)北部(bu)戰略(lve)走(zou)廊的(de)(de)(de)第(di)一段,也是“一帶一路(lu)(lu)”戰略(lve)的(de)(de)(de)首個非洲項目。根(gen)據遠期規(gui)劃,該鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)將連(lian)接肯(ken)尼(ni)亞(ya)、坦桑尼(ni)亞(ya)、烏(wu)干達、盧旺達、布(bu)隆迪和(he)(he)(he)南蘇丹等東(dong)非6國(guo),對(dui)于(yu)促進東(dong)非現(xian)(xian)代化鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)網(wang)的(de)(de)(de)形成和(he)(he)(he)地區經濟發展具有(you)重(zhong)要意義。蒙-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)作為完全(quan)采(cai)用中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)一級標準的(de)(de)(de)典(dian)型(xing)工程(cheng),是國(guo)際上第(di)一次全(quan)部(bu)采(cai)用中(zhong)國(guo)標準建造的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)代化鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu),是實施我國(guo)標準“走(zou)出去”戰略(lve)的(de)(de)(de)一個成功范例。

蒙(meng)(meng)-內(nei)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)建設期間,建研(yan)(yan)(yan)院高(gao)性(xing)(xing)能混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)心對其混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)工(gong)程(cheng)提供(gong)了全面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)咨詢與服(fu)務(wu)(wu)工(gong)作(zuo)。自2014年1月起,中(zhong)心先后(hou)承擔了“肯(ken)尼亞(ya)當地(di)天然火山(shan)灰質(zhi)(zhi)材料在(zai)(zai)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)高(gao)性(xing)(xing)能混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應用技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)”、“蒙(meng)(meng)-內(nei)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)項目(mu)骨料吸水率對混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)性(xing)(xing)能的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響及改(gai)善控制技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)”和“阿西(xi)河特(te)大(da)橋清水高(gao)性(xing)(xing)能混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)制及應用技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)”、“非洲干旱(han)地(di)區混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)養護集成技(ji)(ji)術(shu)”等多(duo)個研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)項目(mu)與工(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)。在(zai)(zai)三年多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)時間內(nei),中(zhong)心多(duo)名專家先后(hou)12次赴肯(ken)尼亞(ya)施工(gong)現場(chang)提供(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)服(fu)務(wu)(wu),并在(zai)(zai)國內(nei)外系統開展了大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)試驗研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)與技(ji)(ji)術(shu)攻關工(gong)作(zuo),研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)成果與現場(chang)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)支持得到了業主(zhu)與施工(gong)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一致認可,也在(zai)(zai)很大(da)程(cheng)度(du)上保證和提高(gao)了蒙(meng)(meng)-內(nei)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)工(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)(zhi)量,產生了顯著的(de)(de)(de)(de)經濟效益與技(ji)(ji)術(shu)價值。

以“肯尼(ni)亞(ya)當地(di)(di)天(tian)然(ran)火山(shan)灰質材(cai)(cai)料在鐵路高性能(neng)(neng)混凝土中(zhong)的(de)應(ying)用技(ji)術研(yan)究”項(xiang)目為例,該課(ke)題通過對肯尼(ni)亞(ya)當地(di)(di)天(tian)然(ran)火山(shan)灰的(de)開發利用,成(cheng)功取代依賴遠途(tu)運輸才能(neng)(neng)獲得(de)的(de)粉煤灰,作為礦(kuang)物摻合料規模化應(ying)用于蒙(meng)-內鐵路混凝土工程,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)就地(di)(di)取材(cai)(cai),降低了(le)(le)建設(she)成(cheng)本,同時顯著提高了(le)(le)混凝土性能(neng)(neng),經濟效益和技(ji)術價值十分顯著。

通(tong)過高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)混凝(ning)土研(yan)究中(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)全過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)咨(zi)詢指導,以(yi)蒙-內(nei)鐵路(lu)項目研(yan)究成果(guo)為基礎,最終(zhong)形(xing)成天(tian)然(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)生(sheng)產線(xian)(xian)2條(tiao),為工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)提供(gong)了4萬多噸天(tian)然(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)產品(pin),節約建設(she)成本4000多萬元人民幣。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)項目研(yan)究和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)現(xian)場技(ji)術(shu)服(fu)務過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),發表論(lun)文12篇,申(shen)請專(zhuan)(zhuan)利5項,形(xing)成中(zhong)(zhong)交(jiao)集團企業(ye)標(biao)準《天(tian)然(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)混凝(ning)土中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)技(ji)術(shu)規程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)》,形(xing)成中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)公路(lu)協會(hui)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)法“天(tian)然(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)混凝(ning)土的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)法”,獲得中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)企業(ye)管(guan)理協會(hui)科(ke)技(ji)成果(guo)獎二等獎。正在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)申(shen)報編制中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)土木工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學會(hui)標(biao)準《天(tian)然(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)混凝(ning)土中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)技(ji)術(shu)規范》。天(tian)然(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)開發與工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)成套(tao)技(ji)術(shu),有望在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)肯尼亞(ya)后續建設(she)的(de)內(nei)-馬鐵路(lu)進一步(bu)推廣使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),并可能(neng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)東非地區除了鐵路(lu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之外的(de)公路(lu)交(jiao)通(tong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、工(gong)(gong)民建工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)廣泛使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)2016年北京(jing)市(shi)科(ke)委重(zhong)大專(zhuan)(zhuan)項課題的(de)支持(chi)下,建研(yan)院高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)混凝(ning)土研(yan)究中(zhong)(zhong)心與中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)路(lu)橋一道,將廣泛開展“一帶一路(lu)”沿線(xian)(xian)國(guo)家和(he)(he)地區天(tian)然(ran)(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)山(shan)(shan)灰(hui)資源的(de)調(diao)研(yan)工(gong)(gong)作,有望在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)具備(bei)條(tiao)件的(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)推廣使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)該項技(ji)術(shu)。

目前,蒙-內鐵路延(yan)長線內馬鐵路也(ye)正在(zai)如火如荼(tu)地建設(she)(she),建研(yan)院高性能混凝土研(yan)究中(zhong)心繼續作(zuo)為(wei)其(qi)混凝土工程的(de)主要(yao)技術咨詢與支撐(cheng)單位(wei),仍將憑(ping)借堅實的(de)科研(yan)實力(li)與工程技術,在(zai)東非(fei)鐵路網建設(she)(she)中(zhong)貢獻(xian)自己的(de)力(li)量。
