賀(he)之淵,男,1977年9月出(chu)生(sheng),中(zhong)共黨員(yuan)(yuan),博士研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng),教(jiao)授級(ji)高(gao)級(ji)工程師(shi),主要從事(shi)特高(gao)壓直流輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)、柔性(xing)直流輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)、大(da)功(gong)率(lv)電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)技術及(ji)其在電(dian)(dian)力(li)系統中(zhong)的應用研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)。現任國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司全(quan)球能(neng)源互聯網(wang)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)直流輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)技術研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)(suo)所(suo)(suo)長、先(xian)進輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)技術國家重(zhong)點實驗室副主任、全(quan)國輸(shu)(shu)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)系統電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)技術標委會委員(yuan)(yuan)等職,是國家重(zhong)點領域(yu)創新(xin)團隊核(he)心成員(yuan)(yuan)和北京市青年拔(ba)尖(jian)團隊負責人。
依托多項(xiang)國(guo)家(jia)02專項(xiang)、973、863計劃(hua)和自(zi)然(ran)科(ke)學(xue)基金等重大(da)科(ke)技項(xiang)目,帶領團隊實現了我國(guo)在高(gao)壓(ya)直流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)領域基礎理論(lun)和關鍵(jian)技術的自(zi)主創新突破,相繼研制出(chu)(chu)特(te)(te)高(gao)壓(ya)直流(liu)換流(liu)閥(fa)、柔性(xing)直流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統、高(gao)壓(ya)直流(liu)斷路器和大(da)功率電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)子試驗裝置等多項(xiang)世(shi)界領先的重大(da)電(dian)(dian)力(li)裝備技術,為推動我國(guo)堅(jian)強智能電(dian)(dian)網(wang)建設、提高(gao)我國(guo)特(te)(te)高(gao)壓(ya)直流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)技術的國(guo)際影響力(li)和地位,做出(chu)(chu)了突出(chu)(chu)貢獻。
作(zuo)為國(guo)家973計(ji)劃項(xiang)目課題“提(ti)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網可靠性(xing)的(de)(de)大功(gong)(gong)率電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子技(ji)術的(de)(de)基(ji)礎理(li)(li)論研究”的(de)(de)執行負責人,帶領(ling)團(tuan)隊系(xi)(xi)統性(xing)完成(cheng)了大功(gong)(gong)率電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子裝備及其試(shi)(shi)驗的(de)(de)相關基(ji)礎理(li)(li)論研究,在(zai)世(shi)界(jie)(jie)上首次系(xi)(xi)統性(xing)提(ti)出了大功(gong)(gong)率電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子裝置的(de)(de)等效(xiao)試(shi)(shi)驗機理(li)(li)和(he)等效(xiao)試(shi)(shi)驗方(fang)法,推動建成(cheng)了世(shi)界(jie)(jie)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級最高(gao)、試(shi)(shi)驗能力最齊全的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子試(shi)(shi)驗室,促(cu)進了我國(guo) 在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子試(shi)(shi)驗技(ji)術方(fang)面的(de)(de)快(kuai)速發展(zhan),增強了我國(guo)在(zai)國(guo)際直流輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)領(ling)域的(de)(de)影響力。該(gai)試(shi)(shi)驗室已經(jing)承擔(dan)了西門子公司在(zai)德國(guo)生(sheng)產的(de)(de)特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)換流閥的(de)(de)型式(shi)試(shi)(shi)驗項(xiang)目,該(gai)換流閥將應用于(yu)巴西美麗山(shan)I期±800kV特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)直流工程,這也是我國(guo)首次為國(guo)外換流閥提(ti)供(gong)試(shi)(shi)驗服務(wu)。
帶領團隊在(zai)國(guo)(guo)內首(shou)次(ci)構建(jian)了(le)系統(tong)完(wan)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)柔性(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)理論(lun)體系,完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)柔性(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)關鍵技術(shu)(shu)(shu)攻關、試驗(yan)(yan)能力建(jian)設、成(cheng)套(tao)設備(bei)研(yan)制(zhi)、標準規范(fan)制(zhi)定與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程技術(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)究,建(jian)成(cheng)世界首(shou)條模塊(kuai)化多(duo)電(dian)平柔性(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)風電(dian)場(chang)并網工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(上海(hai)南匯柔性(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)示(shi)范(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程),實(shi)現(xian)了(le)我國(guo)(guo)在(zai)柔性(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)領域的(de)(de)(de)突破(po),徹(che)底打破(po)了(le)ABB、SIEMENS兩家跨國(guo)(guo)公司的(de)(de)(de)壟斷,使(shi)我國(guo)(guo)成(cheng)為世界上第三個具備(bei)柔性(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)系統(tong)設計、研(yan)發、試驗(yan)(yan)等全套(tao)核心(xin)能力的(de)(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)家。上海(hai)南匯柔性(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)示(shi)范(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行情況表明,該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程每年(nian)可使(shi)風電(dian)場(chang)增收節支近2000萬元(約占該(gai)風電(dian)場(chang)年(nian)產值的(de)(de)(de)21%)。
為滿足未(wei)來能(neng)源(yuan)結構(gou)變革和全球(qiu)能(neng)源(yuan)互聯(lian)網(wang)構(gou)建對于(yu)(yu)大規模清潔(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)高(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)、可靠(kao)接入技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu),又開展(zhan)了(le)更高(gao)電(dian)壓、更大容(rong)量的(de)(de)(de)柔(rou)(rou)性直流(liu)關鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研究(jiu)和核心(xin)裝備研制工(gong)作,在(zai)(zai)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)上率(lv)先研制出±320kV/1000MW柔(rou)(rou)性直流(liu)換(huan)流(liu)閥及閥控設備,并通(tong)過了(le)荷蘭DNV KEMA實(shi)驗室的(de)(de)(de)見證(zheng)試驗和國(guo)(guo)家能(neng)源(yuan)局主持(chi)的(de)(de)(de)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)成果(guo)(guo)鑒(jian)定,包括(kuo)7名(ming)院士在(zai)(zai)內的(de)(de)(de)鑒(jian)定專家一(yi)致認(ren)為“該成果(guo)(guo)具有(you)完(wan)全知識產(chan)權,處(chu)于(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)領先水平”。目前(qian),該技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)已經在(zai)(zai)額定電(dian)壓和輸送容(rong)量達(da)世界之最的(de)(de)(de)福建廈(sha)門±320kV柔(rou)(rou)性直流(liu)輸電(dian)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)示范工(gong)程中(zhong)應用,并于(yu)(yu)2015年底正式(shi)投運,實(shi)現了(le)柔(rou)(rou)性直流(liu)輸電(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)領域的(de)(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)引領。該技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)開發成功(gong),為未(wei)來大規模清潔(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)并網(wang)和區域性電(dian)網(wang)互聯(lian)提(ti)供了(le)可靠(kao)、高(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)手段,并有(you)利于(yu)(yu)促(cu)進靈活、環(huan)保(bao)的(de)(de)(de)智能(neng)電(dian)網(wang)建設。
作為國(guo)家重(zhong)大(da)(da)科技研發(fa)計劃02專項(xiang)(xiang)課(ke)題(ti)負責人,依托(tuo)國(guo)家能源局“高(gao)壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)斷路器關鍵技術研究(jiu)(jiu)及樣機研制(zhi)”、國(guo)家自(zi)然(ran)科學基金項(xiang)(xiang)目“多端直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統協調控制(zhi)方法及保護策略研究(jiu)(jiu)”等重(zhong)大(da)(da)科技項(xiang)(xiang)目,開(kai)發(fa)出(chu)世界上首臺(tai)200kV高(gao)壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)斷路器,建成了(le)世界首套直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)實時數字和(he)動態模擬(ni)混合(he)平臺(tai),標志著(zhu)我(wo)國(guo)在直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)核心裝備領(ling)域取得了(le)重(zhong)大(da)(da)突(tu)破,隨后帶領(ling)團隊(dui)開(kai)展了(le)張北冬奧(ao)會(hui)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)示(shi)范工(gong)程的核心裝備研制(zhi),為我(wo)國(guo)未來直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)網(wang)絡的快速發(fa)展和(he)大(da)(da)規模清(qing)潔(jie)能源的高(gao)效開(kai)發(fa)利用奠定了(le)基礎。
為了(le)滿足我國西電(dian)(dian)東送戰略實(shi)施,帶(dai)領(ling)團(tuan)隊開(kai)展了(le)特高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓、特大容(rong)量、超(chao)遠距離電(dian)(dian)力(li)輸(shu)送的(de)(de)特高(gao)壓直流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)及其試驗技術的(de)(de)研(yan)究,作為核心(xin)研(yan)發人員開(kai)發出世界(jie)(jie)首個±800kV和±1100kV特高(gao)壓直流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)換流閥(fa)及其成套試驗裝置,正在(zai)開(kai)展技術成果(guo)的(de)(de)轉化和應用;建成了(le)世界(jie)(jie)上(shang)參(can)數(shu)最(zui)高(gao)、功能最(zui)齊全的(de)(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓大功率電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)實(shi)驗室(shi),以該實(shi)驗室(shi)為主體建設了(le)國家重點實(shi)驗室(shi)。
帶(dai)領團隊完成了(le)自(zi)主知識產(chan)權(quan)的核心技術開發,自(zi)主研制了(le)世(shi)界上首套基于可關斷(duan)器件的移(yi)動(dong)式直流融冰(bing)裝(zhuang)置并實現示范(fan)應(ying)用,顯著提高了(le)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)冰(bing)災故障響應(ying)的靈活(huo)性(xing)和(he)機動(dong)性(xing),增強(qiang)了(le)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)的安全穩定運行和(he)抗冰(bing)能(neng)力,提高了(le)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)運行經(jing)濟性(xing)和(he)事故應(ying)對能(neng)力。項目成果填(tian)補了(le)直流融冰(bing)技術領域的國(guo)際空(kong)白。
作(zuo)(zuo)為我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)高壓直流(liu)輸(shu)電技(ji)術(shu)(shu)領(ling)域的(de)專家,先(xian)后(hou)參加(jia)IEC(國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)電工委員會(hui))和CIGRE(國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)大電網會(hui)議組織)等(deng)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)學(xue)術(shu)(shu)組織工作(zuo)(zuo)組的(de)電力(li)(li)科(ke)技(ji)前沿(yan)性(xing)專題研究。擔(dan)任(ren)多個柔性(xing)直流(liu)輸(shu)電技(ji)術(shu)(shu)IEC標準工作(zuo)(zuo)組成(cheng)員,以及CIGRE B4.48工作(zuo)(zuo)組成(cheng)員,并參與完成(cheng)相關(guan)報告編寫和出版。還(huan)多次受邀參加(jia)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)高端學(xue)術(shu)(shu)會(hui)議做主旨報告,提高了(le)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)高壓直流(liu)輸(shu)電技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)影響力(li)(li)。
相關技術創新成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)通過成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)轉化應用(yong),已取得產(chan)值30億元以上。系列重大(da)技術裝(zhuang)備的自主創新成(cheng)果(guo)(guo),不(bu)僅(jin)為我(wo)(wo)國(guo)大(da)規模可(ke)(ke)再生能源的并網(wang)和電(dian)網(wang)安(an)全可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)運行提(ti)供了有力支撐(cheng),也使我(wo)(wo)國(guo)在此領域的核心技術和裝(zhuang)備研(yan)制水平(ping)步(bu)入了世(shi)界前列。
獲(huo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)發明二等(deng)(deng)獎(jiang)1項(xiang)(xiang),省部級科技進步一(yi)等(deng)(deng)獎(jiang)3項(xiang)(xiang);獲(huo)授權發明專(zhuan)利(li)39項(xiang)(xiang),其中2項(xiang)(xiang)分別獲(huo)中國(guo)(guo)專(zhuan)利(li)金(jin)獎(jiang)和優秀獎(jiang);發表學(xue)術論文60余篇,參(can)與(yu)出版學(xue)術專(zhuan)著3部;參(can)與(yu)編(bian)(bian)制IEC國(guo)(guo)際標準3項(xiang)(xiang)、CIGRE導則2項(xiang)(xiang),牽頭編(bian)(bian)制國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)和行業標準各1項(xiang)(xiang);獲(huo)“國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)中青年科技創(chuang)新領軍(jun)(jun)人才(cai)”、“中國(guo)(guo)電(dian)機工(gong)程杰(jie)出青年工(gong)程師”、“中央企業青年先鋒(feng)”、“北京市青年拔尖團(tuan)隊負責人”、“國(guo)(guo)網公司特等(deng)(deng)勞模”、“國(guo)(guo)網公司專(zhuan)業領軍(jun)(jun)人才(cai)”等(deng)(deng)榮譽稱號。
