王(wang)志(zhi)遠的(de)管(guan)理(li)創(chuang)(chuang)新還體現在積極創(chuang)(chuang)新市(shi)場(chang)理(li)念(nian),推動業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)結構調(diao)整。本世紀(ji)初,作為工(gong)(gong)程公(gong)司業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)重(zhong)(zhong)要標(biao)志(zhi)的(de)EPC項目占(zhan)比(bi)仍然較低,設計項目數量過(guo)多,使人力(li)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源始終(zhong)在高(gao)負荷(he)狀態下運行,生產(chan)任務(wu)(wu)繁重(zhong)(zhong)與人力(li)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源緊缺的(de)矛盾成了制約公(gong)司發展的(de)瓶頸;境(jing)外(wai)(wai)(wai)市(shi)場(chang)開(kai)拓(tuo)(tuo)剛剛起步,境(jing)外(wai)(wai)(wai)工(gong)(gong)程市(shi)場(chang)份額很低,這一系列(lie)問題一直(zhi)困(kun)擾(rao)著公(gong)司發展。王(wang)志(zhi)遠帶領班子成員(yuan)反(fan)復研究,反(fan)復論證,提出了“調(diao)整經營方(fang)向,加強(qiang)對EPC項目市(shi)場(chang)的(de)開(kai)拓(tuo)(tuo),使EPC項目收入(ru)占(zhan)總收入(ru)的(de)比(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)大幅度提高(gao)”,“多方(fang)位開(kai)拓(tuo)(tuo)境(jing)外(wai)(wai)(wai)市(shi)場(chang),提高(gao)公(gong)司境(jing)外(wai)(wai)(wai)市(shi)場(chang)的(de)市(shi)場(chang)競爭力(li)”,“充分利用綜合甲級(ji)資(zi)(zi)(zi)質,全面開(kai)拓(tuo)(tuo)非傳統業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)領域市(shi)場(chang)”等經營戰略。
為實現“產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展要快”的(de)戰略(lve)規劃,在(zai)王志遠的(de)帶領下(xia),天(tian)(tian)辰(chen)(chen)(chen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司綜合(he)考慮(lv)自(zi)主(zhu)技術(shu)(shu)水平、產(chan)(chan)(chan)品應用前景等(deng)因素選(xuan)取了具有全(quan)套自(zi)主(zhu)知(zhi)識產(chan)(chan)(chan)權的(de)己(ji)內酰胺作為公(gong)(gong)(gong)司技術(shu)(shu)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)化的(de)項目(mu)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)板塊(kuai)(kuai)福建天(tian)(tian)辰(chen)(chen)(chen)耀隆(long)20萬噸/年己(ji)內酰胺項目(mu)于2014年下(xia)半年投入(ru)運營,2015年形成(cheng)規模(mo),2016年成(cheng)功(gong)完(wan)成(cheng)了擴能(neng)(neng)改(gai)造工作,裝置產(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)達28萬噸/年,己(ji)內酰胺產(chan)(chan)(chan)品單位(wei)成(cheng)本進一(yi)步降低,經濟效益進一(yi)步提(ti)升(sheng)。目(mu)前,天(tian)(tian)辰(chen)(chen)(chen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)板塊(kuai)(kuai)已經成(cheng)功(gong)打造成(cheng)為產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)示范、人(ren)員培(pei)訓、技術(shu)(shu)驗證、模(mo)式創新和開車實踐等(deng)五大基地(di)。同時(shi),在(zai)工程市場(chang)領域持續低迷的(de)嚴(yan)峻形勢下(xia),產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)板塊(kuai)(kuai)有效幫助(zhu)天(tian)(tian)辰(chen)(chen)(chen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司抵御經濟下(xia)行期的(de)現金(jin)流波動,保(bao)持了公(gong)(gong)(gong)司穩(wen)定(ding)健康發展。
