緊跟時代導(dao)向 國內(nei)第一(yi)條(tiao)以(yi)PPP模式投資建(jian)設的地鐵
為了(le)(le)適(shi)應地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)建設(she)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)大、風(feng)險(xian)(xian)高、周期長、成本(ben)高的(de)(de)特(te)點,解決地(di)(di)方(fang)(fang)財政不(bu)足以(yi)支撐地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)建設(she)但(dan)城市發展又(you)急需地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)建設(she)的(de)(de)復雜(za)矛盾(dun),中(zhong)國(guo)建筑率先采(cai)用(yong)PPP(政府(fu)和(he)社會資(zi)(zi)(zi)本(ben)合(he)作模式)等創新模式積極參與(yu)(yu)國(guo)家(jia)基礎(chu)設(she)施的(de)(de)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)建設(she)。這(zhe)種模式,率先在徐州地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)1號線上得(de)到了(le)(le)應用(yong),徐州軌道公(gong)司(si)受徐州市人民政府(fu)的(de)(de)委托,與(yu)(yu)中(zhong)建共同(tong)成立項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)公(gong)司(si)。雙方(fang)(fang)按照約(yue)的(de)(de)比(bi)例共同(tong)完成出資(zi)(zi)(zi),其(qi)余所需資(zi)(zi)(zi)金雙方(fang)(fang)分(fen)別通(tong)過銀行按揭等形式募(mu)集,在項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)融(rong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)方(fang)(fang)案中(zhong)綜(zong)合(he)運用(yong)了(le)(le)股權(quan)融(rong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)、信托和(he)資(zi)(zi)(zi)管(guan)計劃,資(zi)(zi)(zi)金來源(yuan)有自(zi)有資(zi)(zi)(zi)金也有保險(xian)(xian)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金和(he)銀行資(zi)(zi)(zi)金。這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)模式可有效彌補(bu)當期財政投入不(bu)足,減輕當期財政支出壓力,平滑年度間財政支出波動,防范(fan)和(he)化解政府(fu)性債務風(feng)險(xian)(xian),還將資(zi)(zi)(zi)金需求量(liang)大的(de)(de)劣勢轉化為資(zi)(zi)(zi)金流動性強的(de)(de)優勢,實現“資(zi)(zi)(zi)金融(rong)合(he)撬動大項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)”,保證了(le)(le)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)順(shun)利落地(di)(di),具有四(si)兩撥千(qian)斤的(de)(de)效用(yong)。目(mu)(mu)前也已納入全(quan)國(guo)30個首批PPP試點工程(cheng),成為國(guo)家(jia)軌道交通(tong)建設(she)PPP合(he)作的(de)(de)示范(fan)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)。
智慧建(jian)造 破除(chu)彭城廣(guang)場站(zhan)施(shi)工難題
徐州地(di)鐵(tie)1號線(xian)(xian)彭城廣場站(zhan)位于(yu)徐州市最(zui)繁華的(de)商業中心,是徐州地(di)鐵(tie)1、2號線(xian)(xian)的(de)換(huan)乘(cheng)車站(zhan),也是國(guo)內首座集明-暗(an)-蓋挖(wa)為一體(ti)的(de)大(da)型換(huan)乘(cheng)車站(zhan)。車站(zhan)規模超大(da),基坑(keng)最(zui)深(shen)處達(da)34m,有(you)(you)17個出入口,3組風亭(ting)及2個下(xia)沉廣場,其中1號線(xian)(xian)基坑(keng)長141.55米(mi),寬58.5米(mi),基坑(keng)設計深(shen)度(du)最(zui)深(shen)可達(da)35.5米(mi),是目前地(di)鐵(tie)施工(gong)領域第(di)一大(da)基坑(keng),地(di)鐵(tie)項目的(de)地(di)連墻距蘇(su)北第(di)一高樓蘇(su)寧廣場圍護(hu)樁最(zui)近處距離僅有(you)(you)0.9m,容不得半點閃失。由于(yu)其周(zhou)邊環境的(de)敏感性(xing)、地(di)質問題(ti)的(de)突出性(xing)、結構施工(gong)的(de)復雜性(xing),被業界專家評為江蘇(su)最(zui)難(nan)、全國(guo)罕(han)見。
為攻克“四面(mian)楚歌”下(xia)(xia)的(de)施工(gong)難題,確(que)保工(gong)程如(ru)期推進(jin),項(xiang)目部借力專家(jia)保障機制,利用培訓、專家(jia)咨詢會(hui)等(deng)形式(shi)充分認識到項(xiang)目風險點(dian)及(ji)難點(dian),先后邀請中(zhong)國(guo)工(gong)程院(yuan)院(yuan)士王(wang)夢恕、廣(guang)(guang)州(zhou)地(di)鐵(tie)原總(zong)工(gong)、深圳地(di)鐵(tie)原總(zong)工(gong)等(deng)專家(jia)為徐州(zhou)地(di)鐵(tie)建設出謀劃(hua)策。同時(shi)引(yin)進(jin)兩臺國(guo)際先進(jin)的(de)改良(liang)版(ban)SR385RC8旋(xuan)挖(wa)鉆機,經(jing)過(guo)改良(liang)的(de)旋(xuan)挖(wa)鉆機在原機型的(de)基礎(chu)上將功(gong)率提高到420KW,平(ping)均(jun)每小時(shi)鉆進(jin)速度約50cm~90cm,極大的(de)提高了(le)地(di)下(xia)(xia)連(lian)續(xu)墻及(ji)臨時(shi)中(zhong)立柱的(de)成(cheng)槽速度。項(xiang)目部積(ji)極開展(zhan)“明(ming)-暗(an)(an)-蓋挖(wa)復雜結構體系轉換及(ji)其(qi)對敏感環境影(ying)響、爆破振動(dong)下(xia)(xia)土巖(yan)水耦合致(zhi)災機理、基于BIM技術的(de)施工(gong)全過(guo)程智慧建造技術”等(deng)關鍵技術創新攻關,短短4個月便完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)56幅地(di)連(lian)墻、87根格構柱建設成(cheng)功(gong)地(di)解決了(le)彭城(cheng)廣(guang)(guang)場(chang)站(zhan)格構柱托換、盾構過(guo)站(zhan)、暗(an)(an)挖(wa)洞室(shi)群施工(gong)、地(di)下(xia)(xia)水超前探測及(ji)控制等(deng)諸(zhu)多難題。

BIM技術開展智慧化管控,達到國(guo)際(ji)先進水平
在攻克徐州(zhou)城市軌(gui)道交通1號線彭城廣場(chang)站(zhan)(zhan)施工(gong)(gong)難題的(de)(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)成(cheng)立《復雜條(tiao)件(jian)下地(di)(di)鐵(tie)車站(zhan)(zhan)(彭城廣場(chang)站(zhan)(zhan))施工(gong)(gong)BIM技(ji)術應(ying)用研(yan)究》科研(yan)小組(zu)。利用BIM的(de)(de)3D建(jian)(jian)(jian)模(mo)技(ji)術,同時為(wei)它添加(jia)完整(zheng)的(de)(de)、實(shi)際的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)信(xin)息(xi),使之成(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)包(bao)含(han)有設計(ji)意圖、項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)、施工(gong)(gong)信(xin)息(xi)、材(cai)料(liao)信(xin)息(xi)及(ji)設計(ji)管(guan)理(li)數據等(deng)(deng)方面信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)化的(de)(de)三維實(shi)體(ti)。從最初的(de)(de)模(mo)型構(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian),到(dao)安全、質量、進度、監測(ce)(ce)預警、設計(ji)管(guan)理(li)等(deng)(deng)模(mo)塊的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立、實(shi)施、應(ying)用,通過過程(cheng)中(zhong)不(bu)斷摸(mo)索,形成(cheng)現(xian)在的(de)(de)手機、web、pad端軟件(jian)系統(tong)(tong)(tong),讓你可以隨時隨地(di)(di)了解(jie)(jie)、掌(zhang)控(kong)(kong)施工(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang)情況,實(shi)現(xian)智慧建(jian)(jian)(jian)造。在施工(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang),每(mei)(mei)位(wei)施工(gong)(gong)員手中(zhong)都(dou)手持一(yi)(yi)部安裝(zhuang)有BIM(建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑信(xin)息(xi)模(mo)型)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)APP的(de)(de)手機,整(zheng)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)被分(fen)解(jie)(jie)成(cheng)若干呈(cheng)現(xian)出數字化仿真狀態的(de)(de)模(mo)型,分(fen)別發放到(dao)每(mei)(mei)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)種(zhong)手中(zhong),就(jiu)像身(shen)處于(yu)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)“微信(xin)群組(zu)”中(zhong),每(mei)(mei)個(ge)節點(dian)情況都(dou)會被第一(yi)(yi)時間(jian)分(fen)發,完工(gong)(gong)后第一(yi)(yi)時間(jian)保存(cun),在項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)竣工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)收時,交工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)收資(zi)(zi)料(liao)將由硬(ying)盤資(zi)(zi)料(liao)形式呈(cheng)現(xian),成(cheng)功解(jie)(jie)決了暗(an)挖洞(dong)室群施工(gong)(gong)、地(di)(di)下水(shui)超前探測(ce)(ce)及(ji)控(kong)(kong)制等(deng)(deng)諸(zhu)多難題。目(mu)(mu)前,“軌(gui)道交通智慧建(jian)(jian)(jian)造平(ping)臺Android手機端軟件(jian)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)V1.0”等(deng)(deng)4款計(ji)算機軟件(jian)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)順利通過中(zhong)國版權(quan)保護(hu)中(zhong)心審核,獲得(de)國家(jia)版權(quan)局頒發的(de)(de)計(ji)算機軟件(jian)著作權(quan)登記證書。 “復雜條(tiao)件(jian)下地(di)(di)鐵(tie)車站(zhan)(zhan)(彭城廣場(chang)站(zhan)(zhan))施工(gong)(gong)BIM技(ji)術應(ying)用研(yan)究”項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)成(cheng)果還被江蘇省住(zhu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)廳及(ji)業內專家(jia)鑒定為(wei)達到(dao)國際先(xian)進水(shui)平(ping)。
自(zi)主研發信息化施工平臺3部,將(jiang)智慧建(jian)造理念深(shen)度融入項目(mu)施工一線
在徐州(zhou)地鐵建(jian)設(she)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中,項(xiang)目通過(guo)(guo)(guo)在施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中不(bu)斷(duan)摸(mo)索,積累(lei)經(jing)驗,自主研發了信(xin)息化(hua)(hua)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)平(ping)臺3部。一是(shi)軌(gui)道交通智(zhi)慧(hui)建(jian)造信(xin)息平(ping)臺:將BIM與項(xiang)目管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)邏輯深度融(rong)(rong)合,做到過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)BIM、人人BIM、智(zhi)慧(hui)BIM,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)進(jin)度驅(qu)動(dong)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)全要素(su)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)全過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)動(dong)態智(zhi)慧(hui)化(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)控。二(er)是(shi)盾(dun)構施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)監控平(ping)臺:采(cai)用(yong)互聯(lian)網+及大數據(ju)(ju)分(fen)析技術,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)盾(dun)構施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)的即時性、全方位、智(zhi)慧(hui)化(hua)(hua)監控,解決多項(xiang)目群的盾(dun)構施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)難題。三是(shi)安(an)全智(zhi)慧(hui)教育平(ping)臺:采(cai)用(yong)移動(dong)互聯(lian)技術,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)多學習模塊嵌入、高效化(hua)(hua)在線考試(shi)、智(zhi)慧(hui)化(hua)(hua)統(tong)計分(fen)析。實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)“標準(zhun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)流程(cheng)(cheng)化(hua)(hua)、流程(cheng)(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)信(xin)息化(hua)(hua)、信(xin)息工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)數據(ju)(ju)化(hua)(hua)及數據(ju)(ju)利用(yong)智(zhi)能化(hua)(hua)”的四化(hua)(hua)融(rong)(rong)合。

在安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育方(fang)面(mian),徐州城市軌道交通1號(hao)線05標建(jian)設(she)(she)了(le)江蘇(su)省軌道交通建(jian)設(she)(she)中首家“VR安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)體(ti)驗館”, VR體(ti)驗式安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育系(xi)統(tong)針(zhen)對(dui)地(di)鐵施工(gong)實(shi)際狀況,有高空墜落、物(wu)體(ti)打擊、坍塌、觸(chu)電(dian)、機(ji)械傷害等(deng)20多(duo)種體(ti)驗項目,將施工(gong)現場常發事(shi)故融匯于虛(xu)擬技術,在VR世界(jie)中建(jian)設(she)(she)了(le)一個(ge)“真實(shi)的”施工(gong)現場,便(bian)于更好的對(dui)作業人員進行安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育,提高參建(jian)職工(gong)的安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)意識和(he)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)技能。
打響(xiang)地下鐵(tie)道(dao)戰,保障(zhang)風險零事故
徐(xu)州地(di)質情況復雜多(duo)樣(yang),整個(ge)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)區間(jian)施工難(nan)度(du)極(ji)大,技術質量(liang)要(yao)求極(ji)高。盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)下(xia)穿徐(xu)州火車站16股鐵(tie)路(lu),影響范(fan)圍將近200m區間(jian)地(di)質條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)復雜,徐(xu)州火車站范(fan)圍地(di)質條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)均為上(shang)軟下(xia)硬(ying)地(di)層(ceng);盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)下(xia)穿黃河故道隧道頂部有12米厚粘土層(ceng);大馬路(lu)橋為條(tiao)石(shi)橋墩,盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)下(xia)穿時,毛石(shi)基礎距隧道頂只有7.22米。面對眾多(duo)風險源,項目(mu)組織(zhi)成立的“盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)突擊隊”主動(dong)出(chu)擊,通過制(zhi)定精細嚴(yan)密的施工方案,在盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)過程中(zhong),嚴(yan)格控制(zhi)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)參數(shu),并(bing)(bing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了(le)徐(xu)州首次帶(dai)壓開倉工作。邀請國內知(zhi)名(ming)盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)專家先后組織(zhi)對此安全咨詢(xun)會,學習(xi)國內盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)先進(jin)(jin)(jin)施工經驗(yan)。同時引入自動(dong)監控信息化平臺,為盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)機掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)提供第一手資料,并(bing)(bing)通過對數(shu)據的分析,及時調整盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)參數(shu),保(bao)證盾(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)(dun)構(gou)下(xia)穿徐(xu)州火車站期間(jian)安全、平穩。僅僅用了(le)76天便完(wan)成了(le)原(yuan)本計劃4個(ge)月的施工任務,高效完(wan)成了(le)原(yuan)定的施工任務。

大國重器(qi),“打洞能手”盾構機(ji)鑿山越水武力(li)值(zhi)MAX
在地(di)鐵(tie)隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)挖(wa)掘(jue)中必然會(hui)用到(dao)(dao)一種(zhong)能在地(di)底(di)下(xia)挖(wa)洞的(de)(de)大家伙,這就是專門用于(yu)隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)(ji),常(chang)被(bei)(bei)形(xing)象地(di)稱作地(di)下(xia)穿山甲。它是個重達450噸的(de)(de)大塊(kuai)頭,由刀(dao)盤(pan)、前盾(dun)(dun)、中盾(dun)(dun)、盾(dun)(dun)尾、拼(pin)裝機(ji)(ji)、螺旋(xuan)機(ji)(ji)、設備(bei)橋架、后(hou)備(bei)臺車等12個部分組成(cheng),系統驅動(dong)為液壓(ya)(ya)動(dong)力,使(shi)用10kv高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)配電(dian),具(ju)有自動(dong)化程度高(gao)、節省(sheng)人力、施工速(su)度快、一次成(cheng)型、不(bu)受(shou)氣候影響(xiang)、不(bu)影響(xiang)隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)頂路面(mian)(mian)交通等特點。地(di)鐵(tie)隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)(ji)能前面(mian)(mian)吃(chi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)后(hou)面(mian)(mian)排(pai)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu),平均每天能在地(di)下(xia)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)10米,比人工開(kai)挖(wa)的(de)(de)效率高(gao)高(gao)8到(dao)(dao)10倍(bei)。盾(dun)(dun)構機(ji)(ji)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)就像一列能鉆地(di)的(de)(de)火車在運(yun)行(xing),它的(de)(de)工作原理(li)其實和(he)電(dian)動(dong)剃須(xu)刀(dao)有幾分相似。當開(kai)始(shi)工作時(shi)它靠著機(ji)(ji)身內的(de)(de)千(qian)斤頂給予(yu)的(de)(de)動(dong)力向前推動(dong),旋(xuan)轉刀(dao)盤(pan)掘(jue)開(kai)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)層。挖(wa)掘(jue)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)層的(de)(de)同時(shi)用混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)環(huan)管(guan)(guan)片貼牢,防止土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)層塌陷,每次掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)一環(huan)1.2米長,含6塊(kuai)管(guan)(guan)片。而(er)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)則會(hui)被(bei)(bei)螺旋(xuan)運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)(ji)輸(shu)送到(dao)(dao)裝載泥(ni)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)車輛上,運(yun)回(hui)到(dao)(dao)地(di)面(mian)(mian),此后(hou)由管(guan)(guan)片組裝機(ji)(ji)將盾(dun)(dun)構管(guan)(guan)片依次進(jin)(jin)行(xing)拼(pin)裝,就形(xing)成(cheng)了一個隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)雛形(xing)。
當(dang)地(di)鐵遇上(shang)文物保護,“同(tong)和(he)裕銀號”整樓平移
“同(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)裕(yu)銀號(hao)(hao)”舊址(zhi)是(shi)徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)市僅存(cun)不(bu)多的(de)、兼有西式(shi)建筑(zhu)特色的(de)民(min)國建筑(zhu),是(shi)市級文(wen)物(wu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)單(dan)位,這座(zuo)民(min)國建筑(zhu)見證了徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)金融機(ji)構發(fa)展歷(li)史,見證了徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)市經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)發(fa)展歷(li)史過程(cheng)。由于(yu)建筑(zhu)位置處于(yu)我市正(zheng)在(zai)修(xiu)建的(de)地(di)鐵1號(hao)(hao)線火車(che)(che)站(zhan)站(zhan)施工(gong)范圍內,因(yin)此(ci)項目部(bu)面(mian)臨(lin)拆遷(qian)和(he)(he)重(zhong)建的(de)抉擇。如果異地(di)復建,盡管文(wen)物(wu)本體(ti)存(cun)在(zai),但歷(li)史風貌(mao)消失。經(jing)(jing)過徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)市文(wen)物(wu)部(bu)門通過調研論證,借鑒(jian)外地(di)經(jing)(jing)驗(yan),實施平(ping)移(yi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)方法(fa),這是(shi)唯一的(de)最佳選(xuan)擇,既能(neng)夠確保(bao)(bao)文(wen)物(wu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)單(dan)位的(de)原(yuan)真性和(he)(he)完整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)性,又能(neng)使遷(qian)移(yi)的(de)工(gong)程(cheng)量(liang)小、時間周期(qi)短,“同(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)裕(yu)銀號(hao)(hao)”舊址(zhi)實施平(ping)移(yi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)是(shi)徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)市不(bu)可(ke)移(yi)動(dong)文(wen)物(wu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)方法(fa)上首次(ci)創(chuang)新(xin)。 現(xian)場使用(yong)三臺SPMT組裝式(shi)自動(dong)平(ping)板車(che)(che)用(yong)來托運平(ping)移(yi)樓(lou)房(fang),三輛車(che)(che)共(gong)計216個輪(lun)胎,可(ke)以輕(qing)松承(cheng)載三層小樓(lou)1300噸的(de)重(zhong)量(liang),車(che)(che)頭支撐樓(lou)房(fang)的(de)千斤(jin)頂緩(huan)緩(huan)降低后,整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)個樓(lou)體(ti)就落在(zai)車(che)(che)身(shen)上的(de)橘黃色千斤(jin)頂上,這些橘黃色千斤(jin)頂能(neng)自動(dong)控制讓樓(lou)體(ti)在(zai)拖動(dong)過程(cheng)中保(bao)(bao)持水平(ping)狀態(tai),由于(yu)新(xin)址(zhi)位于(yu)現(xian)地(di)點(dian)西北方向(xiang)240米左右,施工(gong)現(xian)場空間也受限制,所以平(ping)板車(che)(che)先(xian)拖動(dong)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)座(zuo)建筑(zhu)先(xian)向(xiang)北幾十米,再向(xiang)西近200米,整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)個過程(cheng)經(jing)(jing)過兩次(ci)90度轉彎,最終安全將(jiang)銀樓(lou)護(hu)送到了“新(xin)家”。平(ping)移(yi)之后,徐(xu)(xu)州(zhou)“同(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)裕(yu)銀號(hao)(hao)”樓(lou)將(jiang)不(bu)再用(yong)于(yu)商(shang)業(ye),將(jiang)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)起(qi)來,供(gong)市民(min)、游(you)客(ke)參觀。
采(cai)用智能(neng)監(jian)控系統 實現施工現場智能(neng)化管理
項(xiang)目還創(chuang)新(xin)“視頻監(jian)控(kong)(kong)+工地監(jian)管(guan)”新(xin)模(mo)式,在項(xiang)目管(guan)理(li)中借力“互聯網+”,在項(xiang)目全(quan)線部署遠程(cheng)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)網絡,充分運用視頻監(jian)控(kong)(kong)、在線監(jian)測等有效手段,打(da)造立體(ti)式、全(quan)覆蓋的智能化工地監(jian)管(guan)網絡,實現了對項(xiang)目進度、安全(quan)、揚塵治理(li)情(qing)況了有效管(guan)控(kong)(kong)。

在(zai)施工(gong)圍擋(dang)設計方(fang)面,項目結合當地歷史文(wen)(wen)化特(te)(te)點(dian)(dian),經過與市民(min)充(chong)分(fen)溝通,提煉城市特(te)(te)有的歷史文(wen)(wen)化元(yuan)素符號(hao),并(bing)開展“校企合作”,委托江(jiang)蘇(su)師(shi)范大(da)(da)學(xue)美(mei)術學(xue)院和(he)(he)中(zhong)國(guo)礦業(ye)大(da)(da)學(xue)藝術設計學(xue)院創意完成了施工(gong)圍擋(dang)方(fang)案。設計內容(rong)(rong)按赤、橙、黃、綠、青、藍、紫七種(zhong)顏色分(fen)列主題,以透視(shi)的塊狀(zhuang)結構點(dian)(dian)綴有代表性歷史文(wen)(wen)化景點(dian)(dian)照(zhao)片并(bing)突出(chu)顯示相應站(zhan)點(dian)(dian)剖視(shi)效果(guo)圖,所(suo)用各元(yuan)素編排有序、內在(zai)統一(yi)。方(fang)案整體基調(diao)現代、大(da)(da)氣,能夠體現徐(xu)州(zhou)市歷史文(wen)(wen)化名城特(te)(te)色和(he)(he)軌道(dao)交通工(gong)程特(te)(te)點(dian)(dian),且與周邊背景環境實現較(jiao)好的協(xie)調(diao)融合。圍擋(dang)內容(rong)(rong)嚴(yan)格(ge)按照(zhao)“2+1”的模式呈現,即2個地鐵施工(gong)宣傳,1個公益性文(wen)(wen)化宣傳。在(zai)1號(hao)線(xian)和(he)(he)2號(hao)線(xian)共計60處圍擋(dang)中(zhong),公益性文(wen)(wen)化宣傳占比三分(fen)之(zhi)一(yi)。內容(rong)(rong)上(shang)涵蓋了地鐵口(kou)號(hao)標語(yu)、中(zhong)國(guo)傳統歷史文(wen)(wen)化及核心價值觀的宣傳等,嚴(yan)禁任(ren)何商業(ye)性廣告出(chu)現。各種(zhong)公益宣傳語(yu)朗(lang)朗(lang)上(shang)口(kou),深入人心,充(chong)分(fen)體現了徐(xu)州(zhou)市的精(jing)神文(wen)(wen)明內涵。

地鐵專家手繪工程圖 走(zou)紅網絡引追捧
地鐵(tie)建設(she)過程中,還出(chu)現(xian)(xian)這么一位老(lao)人(ren)(ren),以專(zhuan)(zhuan)業、細致精確的(de)(de)(de)“手(shou)繪(hui)工程圖(tu)”走紅,讓不懂工程的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)也能通過這些手(shou)繪(hui)圖(tu)片(pian)了解到(dao)地鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)施工的(de)(de)(de)大致過程。年近八(ba)旬(xun)的(de)(de)(de)地鐵(tie)專(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)張家(jia)識,是徐(xu)州1號線彭城廣場站的(de)(de)(de)特(te)聘專(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia),他白天深入徐(xu)州地鐵(tie)1號線彭城廣場站基坑隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),并時刻用手(shou)機拍(pai)照,記錄暗(an)挖(wa)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)情況,下班后把(ba)白天在施工現(xian)(xian)場的(de)(de)(de)所(suo)見所(suo)聞記錄下來(lai),通過漫畫的(de)(de)(de)形式表現(xian)(xian)出(chu)來(lai),展(zhan)現(xian)(xian)了“震撼而又(you)接地氣”的(de)(de)(de)徐(xu)州地鐵(tie)施工的(de)(de)(de)場景(jing),以此(ci)向后來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)者傳授隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)暗(an)挖(wa)的(de)(de)(de)“18字口訣” ,展(zhan)現(xian)(xian)老(lao)一輩設(she)計者的(de)(de)(de)嚴謹態(tai)度(du)和“匠人(ren)(ren)精神”。
