緊跟時代導(dao)向 國內第一(yi)條以(yi)PPP模式投資(zi)建設的地鐵
為了適應(ying)(ying)地(di)鐵建(jian)設投資(zi)(zi)大(da)、風(feng)險(xian)高、周期長、成本高的(de)(de)(de)(de)特點(dian),解(jie)決地(di)方財政不足以(yi)支撐(cheng)地(di)鐵建(jian)設但城(cheng)市發展又急需(xu)地(di)鐵建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)復雜(za)矛盾,中國建(jian)筑率先采用PPP(政府(fu)和社(she)會資(zi)(zi)本合(he)作(zuo)模(mo)(mo)式(shi))等創新模(mo)(mo)式(shi)積極參與國家基(ji)礎(chu)設施的(de)(de)(de)(de)投資(zi)(zi)建(jian)設。這(zhe)種(zhong)模(mo)(mo)式(shi),率先在(zai)徐(xu)州地(di)鐵1號線上得到(dao)了應(ying)(ying)用,徐(xu)州軌(gui)道公司受徐(xu)州市人(ren)民政府(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)委托,與中建(jian)共(gong)同(tong)成立項(xiang)目(mu)公司。雙方按(an)照約的(de)(de)(de)(de)比例共(gong)同(tong)完成出資(zi)(zi),其余所需(xu)資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)雙方分別通(tong)過銀行按(an)揭等形式(shi)募集,在(zai)項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)融資(zi)(zi)方案中綜合(he)運用了股(gu)權(quan)融資(zi)(zi)、信托和資(zi)(zi)管計劃,資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)來(lai)源有(you)自(zi)有(you)資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)也(ye)有(you)保險(xian)資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)和銀行資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)。這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)模(mo)(mo)式(shi)可有(you)效(xiao)彌(mi)補當(dang)期財政投入不足,減輕當(dang)期財政支出壓力,平滑年度間財政支出波(bo)動(dong),防范和化(hua)解(jie)政府(fu)性(xing)債務風(feng)險(xian),還將資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)需(xu)求量大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)劣勢轉化(hua)為資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)流(liu)動(dong)性(xing)強的(de)(de)(de)(de)優勢,實現“資(zi)(zi)金(jin)(jin)(jin)融合(he)撬動(dong)大(da)項(xiang)目(mu)”,保證了項(xiang)目(mu)順利落地(di),具有(you)四兩(liang)撥千斤的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)用。目(mu)前(qian)也(ye)已納(na)入全國30個首批(pi)PPP試點(dian)工程,成為國家軌(gui)道交通(tong)建(jian)設PPP合(he)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)示范項(xiang)目(mu)。
智慧建(jian)造 破(po)除彭城廣場站施(shi)工難題
徐(xu)州地(di)鐵1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)彭城廣場站(zhan)位于(yu)徐(xu)州市最(zui)繁華的商業中(zhong)心,是(shi)徐(xu)州地(di)鐵1、2號(hao)線(xian)(xian)的換乘車(che)(che)站(zhan),也是(shi)國(guo)內(nei)首座集明-暗-蓋挖為(wei)一(yi)體的大(da)(da)型換乘車(che)(che)站(zhan)。車(che)(che)站(zhan)規(gui)模超大(da)(da),基坑最(zui)深(shen)處達(da)34m,有(you)17個出(chu)入(ru)口,3組(zu)風亭及2個下沉廣場,其(qi)中(zhong)1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)基坑長(chang)141.55米(mi),寬58.5米(mi),基坑設(she)計深(shen)度最(zui)深(shen)可達(da)35.5米(mi),是(shi)目(mu)前地(di)鐵施(shi)工(gong)領域第(di)一(yi)大(da)(da)基坑,地(di)鐵項目(mu)的地(di)連墻距(ju)蘇(su)(su)北第(di)一(yi)高樓蘇(su)(su)寧廣場圍護(hu)樁最(zui)近處距(ju)離僅有(you)0.9m,容不得半點閃失(shi)。由于(yu)其(qi)周邊環境的敏(min)感性、地(di)質(zhi)問題的突出(chu)性、結構施(shi)工(gong)的復雜(za)性,被業界專家評為(wei)江蘇(su)(su)最(zui)難、全國(guo)罕見。
為攻克“四面楚(chu)歌”下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)難題,確保工(gong)程如期(qi)推(tui)進(jin),項目(mu)部借力專家(jia)保障機(ji)制,利用培訓、專家(jia)咨詢會(hui)等(deng)形式充分認識到項目(mu)風險點及(ji)難點,先后邀請中國(guo)工(gong)程院院士王夢恕(shu)、廣州(zhou)地鐵(tie)(tie)原總工(gong)、深圳地鐵(tie)(tie)原總工(gong)等(deng)專家(jia)為徐(xu)州(zhou)地鐵(tie)(tie)建設出謀劃(hua)策(ce)。同時(shi)引進(jin)兩(liang)臺國(guo)際先進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)改(gai)良版SR385RC8旋(xuan)挖(wa)鉆機(ji),經(jing)過(guo)(guo)改(gai)良的(de)(de)(de)(de)旋(xuan)挖(wa)鉆機(ji)在原機(ji)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang)將(jiang)功率(lv)提高(gao)到420KW,平(ping)均每(mei)小(xiao)時(shi)鉆進(jin)速(su)度約50cm~90cm,極大的(de)(de)(de)(de)提高(gao)了地下(xia)(xia)連續墻(qiang)(qiang)及(ji)臨時(shi)中立柱(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)槽速(su)度。項目(mu)部積極開展“明-暗-蓋(gai)挖(wa)復(fu)雜結構(gou)體(ti)系轉換及(ji)其(qi)對敏感環境影響、爆破(po)振動(dong)下(xia)(xia)土巖水(shui)耦合致災機(ji)理、基于BIM技術的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)全過(guo)(guo)程智慧(hui)建造技術”等(deng)關鍵技術創新攻關,短短4個月(yue)便完成(cheng)(cheng)了56幅地連墻(qiang)(qiang)、87根(gen)格(ge)構(gou)柱(zhu)建設成(cheng)(cheng)功地解決了彭城(cheng)廣場站格(ge)構(gou)柱(zhu)托換、盾構(gou)過(guo)(guo)站、暗挖(wa)洞室群(qun)施(shi)工(gong)、地下(xia)(xia)水(shui)超(chao)前(qian)探測及(ji)控制等(deng)諸多難題。

BIM技術(shu)開(kai)展(zhan)智慧化管控,達到國際(ji)先進水平
在(zai)(zai)攻(gong)克徐州城(cheng)市軌(gui)道(dao)交通(tong)(tong)1號線彭城(cheng)廣場(chang)站(zhan)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工難(nan)(nan)題的(de)(de)過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),項(xiang)(xiang)目成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)立(li)《復雜(za)條件(jian)(jian)(jian)下地(di)鐵(tie)車站(zhan)(彭城(cheng)廣場(chang)站(zhan))施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工BIM技術(shu)應(ying)(ying)用研(yan)究》科研(yan)小組。利(li)用BIM的(de)(de)3D建(jian)模技術(shu),同(tong)時(shi)為(wei)它(ta)添(tian)加完整(zheng)的(de)(de)、實(shi)際的(de)(de)工程信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi),使之成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)包(bao)含有(you)設計(ji)(ji)意圖、項(xiang)(xiang)目資料(liao)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)、材料(liao)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)及(ji)設計(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)理(li)數據等(deng)方面信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)的(de)(de)三維實(shi)體。從最初的(de)(de)模型構建(jian),到安全、質量(liang)、進(jin)度、監(jian)測預(yu)警、設計(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)理(li)等(deng)模塊的(de)(de)建(jian)立(li)、實(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、應(ying)(ying)用,通(tong)(tong)過過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)斷摸索,形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)現(xian)在(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)手機(ji)、web、pad端(duan)軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)系(xi)統(tong),讓你可以隨時(shi)隨地(di)了解(jie)、掌控施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工現(xian)場(chang)情況,實(shi)現(xian)智慧建(jian)造(zao)。在(zai)(zai)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工現(xian)場(chang),每位施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工員手中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)都(dou)手持一(yi)(yi)部安裝有(you)BIM(建(jian)筑信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)模型)系(xi)統(tong)APP的(de)(de)手機(ji),整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)工程項(xiang)(xiang)目被(bei)分解(jie)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)若(ruo)干(gan)呈(cheng)現(xian)出數字化(hua)仿真(zhen)狀態的(de)(de)模型,分別發(fa)放(fang)到每個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)工種手中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),就像身處于一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)“微信(xin)(xin)群組”中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),每個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)節點情況都(dou)會被(bei)第一(yi)(yi)時(shi)間分發(fa),完工后(hou)第一(yi)(yi)時(shi)間保(bao)存,在(zai)(zai)項(xiang)(xiang)目竣工驗(yan)收時(shi),交工驗(yan)收資料(liao)將由硬盤資料(liao)形式呈(cheng)現(xian),成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功解(jie)決了暗挖洞(dong)室群施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工、地(di)下水超前(qian)探測及(ji)控制等(deng)諸多難(nan)(nan)題。目前(qian),“軌(gui)道(dao)交通(tong)(tong)智慧建(jian)造(zao)平(ping)臺Android手機(ji)端(duan)軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)系(xi)統(tong)V1.0”等(deng)4款計(ji)(ji)算機(ji)軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)系(xi)統(tong)順利(li)通(tong)(tong)過中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國版權(quan)保(bao)護中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)審核,獲得國家版權(quan)局頒(ban)發(fa)的(de)(de)計(ji)(ji)算機(ji)軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)著作權(quan)登記證書。 “復雜(za)條件(jian)(jian)(jian)下地(di)鐵(tie)車站(zhan)(彭城(cheng)廣場(chang)站(zhan))施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工BIM技術(shu)應(ying)(ying)用研(yan)究”項(xiang)(xiang)目成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)還被(bei)江(jiang)蘇省住(zhu)建(jian)廳及(ji)業內專(zhuan)家鑒定為(wei)達到國際先(xian)進(jin)水平(ping)。
自主研發信(xin)息化施工平臺(tai)3部,將(jiang)智(zhi)慧(hui)建造理(li)念深度融入項目(mu)施工一線

大(da)國重器,“打洞(dong)能手”盾(dun)構機鑿(zao)山越水武力(li)值(zhi)MAX
在(zai)(zai)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)隧(sui)道(dao)挖(wa)(wa)掘中必然會用(yong)(yong)到一(yi)種(zhong)能在(zai)(zai)地(di)(di)(di)底下(xia)(xia)挖(wa)(wa)洞的(de)大家伙,這就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)專門用(yong)(yong)于(yu)隧(sui)道(dao)掘進的(de)盾(dun)構(gou)機(ji)(ji)(ji),常被(bei)形(xing)(xing)象(xiang)地(di)(di)(di)稱作(zuo)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)穿山甲。它是(shi)個重達450噸的(de)大塊頭,由刀(dao)(dao)盤(pan)(pan)、前(qian)盾(dun)、中盾(dun)、盾(dun)尾、拼(pin)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、設備橋(qiao)架、后(hou)備臺車等(deng)12個部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成,系統(tong)驅動為(wei)液壓(ya)動力(li),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)10kv高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)配電,具有自(zi)動化(hua)程度高(gao)(gao)(gao)、節省人力(li)、施(shi)工速度快、一(yi)次(ci)成型(xing)、不(bu)受氣候(hou)影(ying)響、不(bu)影(ying)響隧(sui)道(dao)頂(ding)路面交通等(deng)特點。地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)隧(sui)道(dao)盾(dun)構(gou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)能前(qian)面吃土(tu)(tu)(tu)后(hou)面排(pai)土(tu)(tu)(tu),平均每天能在(zai)(zai)地(di)(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)掘進10米(mi),比人工開挖(wa)(wa)的(de)效率(lv)高(gao)(gao)(gao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)8到10倍。盾(dun)構(gou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)就(jiu)(jiu)像(xiang)一(yi)列能鉆(zhan)地(di)(di)(di)的(de)火車在(zai)(zai)運(yun)行(xing),它的(de)工作(zuo)原理其實和電動剃(ti)須刀(dao)(dao)有幾分(fen)相似。當開始工作(zuo)時(shi)它靠著(zhu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)身內的(de)千斤頂(ding)給予(yu)的(de)動力(li)向前(qian)推動,旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉刀(dao)(dao)盤(pan)(pan)掘開土(tu)(tu)(tu)層。挖(wa)(wa)掘土(tu)(tu)(tu)層的(de)同時(shi)用(yong)(yong)混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)環管(guan)(guan)片(pian)(pian)貼牢,防(fang)止(zhi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)層塌陷,每次(ci)掘進一(yi)環1.2米(mi)長,含6塊管(guan)(guan)片(pian)(pian)。而掘進出(chu)來的(de)土(tu)(tu)(tu)則會被(bei)螺旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)到裝(zhuang)載泥土(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)車輛上,運(yun)回到地(di)(di)(di)面,此后(hou)由管(guan)(guan)片(pian)(pian)組(zu)裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)將盾(dun)構(gou)管(guan)(guan)片(pian)(pian)依次(ci)進行(xing)拼(pin)裝(zhuang),就(jiu)(jiu)形(xing)(xing)成了一(yi)個隧(sui)道(dao)雛(chu)形(xing)(xing)。
當(dang)地鐵(tie)遇(yu)上文物(wu)保護,“同(tong)和裕(yu)銀號”整樓(lou)平移
“同和(he)裕(yu)銀號(hao)(hao)”舊址(zhi)是(shi)(shi)徐(xu)州市僅存不(bu)(bu)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)、兼有西(xi)(xi)式(shi)建(jian)(jian)筑特色的(de)(de)(de)(de)民(min)國建(jian)(jian)筑,是(shi)(shi)市級(ji)文(wen)物(wu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)單位,這座民(min)國建(jian)(jian)筑見(jian)證了徐(xu)州金融機構(gou)發展歷(li)史,見(jian)證了徐(xu)州市經濟發展歷(li)史過(guo)程。由于(yu)(yu)建(jian)(jian)筑位置處(chu)于(yu)(yu)我(wo)市正(zheng)在(zai)修建(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)(di)鐵1號(hao)(hao)線(xian)火車(che)站站施工范圍內,因此項目部面(mian)臨拆遷(qian)和(he)重(zhong)建(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抉(jue)擇。如果異地(di)(di)(di)復建(jian)(jian),盡管文(wen)物(wu)本(ben)體存在(zai),但歷(li)史風(feng)貌消失。經過(guo)徐(xu)州市文(wen)物(wu)部門通(tong)過(guo)調(diao)研論證,借鑒外地(di)(di)(di)經驗,實施平(ping)(ping)移(yi)(yi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa),這是(shi)(shi)唯一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)最佳(jia)選擇,既能(neng)夠確保(bao)(bao)文(wen)物(wu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)單位的(de)(de)(de)(de)原真性(xing)(xing)和(he)完整(zheng)性(xing)(xing),又能(neng)使遷(qian)移(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工程量小、時間(jian)周期(qi)短(duan),“同和(he)裕(yu)銀號(hao)(hao)”舊址(zhi)實施平(ping)(ping)移(yi)(yi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)是(shi)(shi)徐(xu)州市不(bu)(bu)可(ke)移(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)文(wen)物(wu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)上(shang)首次(ci)創新(xin)。 現場使用三臺(tai)SPMT組裝式(shi)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)平(ping)(ping)板(ban)車(che)用來(lai)托運(yun)平(ping)(ping)移(yi)(yi)樓房(fang),三輛車(che)共(gong)計216個(ge)輪胎,可(ke)以輕松(song)承載三層小樓1300噸的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)量,車(che)頭支撐樓房(fang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)千(qian)(qian)斤頂緩緩降(jiang)低后(hou),整(zheng)個(ge)樓體就落在(zai)車(che)身(shen)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)橘黃色千(qian)(qian)斤頂上(shang),這些橘黃色千(qian)(qian)斤頂能(neng)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)控制讓樓體在(zai)拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)過(guo)程中保(bao)(bao)持(chi)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)狀(zhuang)態,由于(yu)(yu)新(xin)址(zhi)位于(yu)(yu)現地(di)(di)(di)點西(xi)(xi)北(bei)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)240米(mi)(mi)左右,施工現場空(kong)間(jian)也(ye)受限制,所以平(ping)(ping)板(ban)車(che)先拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)整(zheng)座建(jian)(jian)筑先向(xiang)北(bei)幾十米(mi)(mi),再向(xiang)西(xi)(xi)近200米(mi)(mi),整(zheng)個(ge)過(guo)程經過(guo)兩(liang)次(ci)90度轉彎,最終安全將銀樓護(hu)(hu)送到了“新(xin)家”。平(ping)(ping)移(yi)(yi)之后(hou),徐(xu)州“同和(he)裕(yu)銀號(hao)(hao)”樓將不(bu)(bu)再用于(yu)(yu)商業,將整(zheng)體保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)起來(lai),供市民(min)、游客參觀。

項(xiang)目還(huan)創新“視頻(pin)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)+工地監(jian)管(guan)”新模式(shi),在項(xiang)目管(guan)理(li)中借(jie)力“互(hu)聯網(wang)+”,在項(xiang)目全線部署遠程監(jian)控(kong)(kong)網(wang)絡,充分運用(yong)視頻(pin)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)、在線監(jian)測等(deng)有(you)效手段(duan),打造立體式(shi)、全覆蓋(gai)的智能化工地監(jian)管(guan)網(wang)絡,實現了(le)對項(xiang)目進度、安全、揚塵治理(li)情(qing)況了(le)有(you)效管(guan)控(kong)(kong)。

軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)常被稱作是(shi)地(di)下穿(chuan)梭的(de)(de)(de)(de)銀(yin)龍,這條(tiao)銀(yin)龍在(zai)地(di)下空間(jian)輾轉騰(teng)挪,通過(guo)(guo)小半徑曲(qu)線(xian)、大(da)坡度(du)豎曲(qu)線(xian),經過(guo)(guo)高架、明挖段(duan)、盾構段(duan)等復雜環境最(zui)后達到(dao)安全(quan)、舒(shu)適(shi)、快速的(de)(de)(de)(de)現代化鐵路和(he)城(cheng)市(shi)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)追求的(de)(de)(de)(de)目標(biao),軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平順(shun)性直接(jie)影響了客車的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)性與乘客的(de)(de)(de)(de)舒(shu)適(shi)度(du)。城(cheng)市(shi)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)交通鋪軌(gui)(gui)(gui)領域,作為整個地(di)鐵建設過(guo)(guo)程中承上(shang)啟下的(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵專業,其施工工效及(ji)質量(liang)由為重要。徐州(zhou)地(di)鐵1號線(xian)采用(yong)高速鐵路軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)控制(zhi)網(wang)測量(liang)技術,研究建立城(cheng)鐵新型(xing)CPⅢ軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)測量(liang)基礎(chu)控制(zhi)網(wang),開發成(cheng)套(tao)數據采集、數據分析處理軟件及(ji)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)精確定位配套(tao)測量(liang)工裝,建立軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)基礎(chu)控制(zhi)網(wang)控制(zhi)點區間(jian)布設于管(guan)片(pian)上(shang),車站(zhan)(zhan)布設站(zhan)(zhan)臺側檐。通過(guo)(guo)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)檢小車棱鏡實時反應軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)狀態(tai),進行(xing)精調(diao)全(quan)站(zhan)(zhan)儀自由設站(zhan)(zhan)后,聯測8對(dui)控制(zhi)點,進行(xing)線(xian)路線(xian)形定位,全(quan)站(zhan)(zhan)儀通過(guo)(guo)外(wai)接(jie)專用(yong)電腦(nao),電腦(nao)顯示軌(gui)(gui)(gui)道(dao)幾(ji)何尺寸狀態(tai)與調(diao)線(xian)調(diao)坡線(xian)型(xing)偏差,通過(guo)(guo)兩者偏差進行(xing)精調(diao)。將線(xian)路平順(shun)性誤差值控制(zhi)在(zai)±0.1mm,大(da)大(da)減少(shao)了后續的(de)(de)(de)(de)運營維護成(cheng)本,提(ti)高了乘坐舒(shu)適(shi)度(du)。

系(xi)(xi)統機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)是(shi)(shi)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)安(an)全(quan)運(yun)營(ying)的(de)(de)神經、血液和大腦(nao),是(shi)(shi)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)安(an)全(quan)運(yun)營(ying)必不可(ke)少的(de)(de)重要組成(cheng)。隧道(dao)底部,環網電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)整齊的(de)(de)布放在支架上(shang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)里時刻(ke)傳(chuan)輸著地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)全(quan)部設(she)(she)備(bei)安(an)全(quan)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)所需(xu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流。如(ru)果沒有它,地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)的(de)(de)世界將是(shi)(shi)一片漆黑。隧道(dao)上(shang)部,接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)網靜靜的(de)(de)懸掛在電(dian)(dian)(dian)客車(che)(che)上(shang)方(fang),經過嚴格測量計(ji)算的(de)(de)導高拉出值,保證與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)客車(che)(che)的(de)(de)受電(dian)(dian)(dian)弓親密接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu),為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)客車(che)(che)行(xing)(xing)駛提(ti)供(gong)源源不斷的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流。集中聯鎖區(qu),信號設(she)(she)備(bei)交替(ti)閃爍著紅綠燈,計(ji)算不同(tong)的(de)(de)邏(luo)輯關系(xi)(xi),保障地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)安(an)全(quan)運(yun)營(ying)。列車(che)(che)內投放的(de)(de)多媒(mei)體設(she)(she)備(bei)、報時設(she)(she)備(bei)以及乘(cheng)客和工作人員(yuan)的(de)(de)手機(ji)(ji),全(quan)都有系(xi)(xi)統機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)來守護。從(cong)停車(che)(che)場、車(che)(che)輛段的(de)(de)柔性接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)網到(dao)隧道(dao)區(qu)間的(de)(de)剛性接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)網、從(cong)牽(qian)引混(hun)合變電(dian)(dian)(dian)所到(dao)跟隨所、從(cong)集中聯鎖區(qu)到(dao)非聯鎖區(qu)、從(cong)區(qu)間到(dao)車(che)(che)站,35kV到(dao)110V,34890V電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)讓地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)讀(du)懂夜的(de)(de)黑。

在施(shi)工圍(wei)擋(dang)(dang)設(she)(she)計(ji)方面,項目(mu)結(jie)合(he)(he)當(dang)地歷(li)(li)史文(wen)化(hua)特點,經過與市民充(chong)(chong)分(fen)(fen)溝通,提煉城(cheng)市特有的歷(li)(li)史文(wen)化(hua)元(yuan)素符(fu)號,并開展“校企合(he)(he)作”,委(wei)托江(jiang)蘇師范(fan)大學美(mei)術(shu)學院和中國(guo)礦業(ye)大學藝術(shu)設(she)(she)計(ji)學院創意完成了(le)施(shi)工圍(wei)擋(dang)(dang)方案。設(she)(she)計(ji)內(nei)(nei)容按赤、橙、黃、綠、青、藍、紫七種顏色(se)分(fen)(fen)列(lie)主(zhu)題(ti),以(yi)透視的塊(kuai)狀(zhuang)結(jie)構點綴有代表(biao)性(xing)歷(li)(li)史文(wen)化(hua)景點照片并突(tu)出顯(xian)示(shi)相應站點剖(pou)視效果圖,所用各元(yuan)素編排有序、內(nei)(nei)在統一(yi)。方案整體基調現(xian)代、大氣,能夠(gou)體現(xian)徐州市歷(li)(li)史文(wen)化(hua)名(ming)城(cheng)特色(se)和軌道交通工程特點,且與周邊(bian)背景環境實現(xian)較(jiao)好的協調融(rong)合(he)(he)。圍(wei)擋(dang)(dang)內(nei)(nei)容嚴格按照“2+1”的模(mo)式呈現(xian),即2個(ge)地鐵施(shi)工宣(xuan)傳(chuan),1個(ge)公(gong)益(yi)性(xing)文(wen)化(hua)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)。在1號線和2號線共計(ji)60處(chu)圍(wei)擋(dang)(dang)中,公(gong)益(yi)性(xing)文(wen)化(hua)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)占比三分(fen)(fen)之(zhi)一(yi)。內(nei)(nei)容上涵(han)蓋了(le)地鐵口號標語、中國(guo)傳(chuan)統歷(li)(li)史文(wen)化(hua)及核心(xin)價(jia)值觀的宣(xuan)傳(chuan)等,嚴禁任何商業(ye)性(xing)廣告出現(xian)。各種公(gong)益(yi)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)語朗(lang)(lang)朗(lang)(lang)上口,深入人(ren)心(xin),充(chong)(chong)分(fen)(fen)體現(xian)了(le)徐州市的精神文(wen)明內(nei)(nei)涵(han)。

地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)設(she)(she)過程中,還(huan)出現(xian)這(zhe)么(me)一(yi)位老人(ren),以專(zhuan)(zhuan)業、細致精確的(de)(de)“手繪工程圖”走紅,讓不(bu)懂工程的(de)(de)人(ren)也能通過這(zhe)些手繪圖片了解到(dao)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)隧道施(shi)工的(de)(de)大致過程。年近八旬的(de)(de)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)專(zhuan)(zhuan)家張家識,是徐州1號線(xian)彭城廣場(chang)站的(de)(de)特聘專(zhuan)(zhuan)家,他白(bai)(bai)天深入徐州地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)1號線(xian)彭城廣場(chang)站基坑隧道,并(bing)時刻用手機拍照,記錄暗挖隧道的(de)(de)情(qing)況,下班后(hou)把白(bai)(bai)天在(zai)施(shi)工現(xian)場(chang)的(de)(de)所(suo)見所(suo)聞記錄下來(lai),通過漫畫的(de)(de)形式表現(xian)出來(lai),展現(xian)了“震撼(han)而又接(jie)地(di)(di)氣”的(de)(de)徐州地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)施(shi)工的(de)(de)場(chang)景,以此(ci)向后(hou)來(lai)的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)(she)者傳授隧道暗挖的(de)(de)“18字口訣(jue)” ,展現(xian)老一(yi)輩設(she)(she)計者的(de)(de)嚴謹態度(du)和“匠人(ren)精神”。
