各(ge)地國(guo)資委成(cheng)立以來,認真貫(guan)徹落實(shi)(shi)黨中央、國(guo)務院的有(you)關部署,牢(lao)牢(lao)把握出(chu)資人職責定位,堅持和完善按勞分(fen)配(pei)(pei)為(wei)主體、多(duo)種分(fen)配(pei)(pei)方式(shi)并存的分(fen)配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)度,積(ji)極(ji)探索(suo)適合(he)國(guo)有(you)企業的勞動(dong)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)和收(shou)入(ru)(ru)分(fen)配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)度,依法規(gui)范勞動(dong)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管理,切實(shi)(shi)保障職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)合(he)法權益,初步建立起了職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)收(shou)入(ru)(ru)增長適度、差距合(he)理、關系和諧的收(shou)入(ru)(ru)分(fen)配(pei)(pei)格局,為(wei)維護社會和諧穩定、促(cu)進企業科學發展作出(chu)了積(ji)極(ji)貢(gong)獻。各(ge)地國(guo)資委從(cong)事勞動(dong)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)和收(shou)入(ru)(ru)分(fen)配(pei)(pei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的同志們付出(chu)了辛勤努力,做了大量(liang)卓有(you)成(cheng)效的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,我向(xiang)大家表示慰問和感謝!
“十二(er)五”是加快轉變(bian)經(jing)濟發展(zhan)(zhan)方式、促進經(jing)濟社會科學發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)攻堅時期,面對國(guo)有企業勞動用工和(he)收(shou)入分(fen)配(pei)方面的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)情況(kuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)問題,希(xi)望各地國(guo)資(zi)委開拓創新(xin)(xin)(xin),扎實(shi)工作,進一步深化(hua)勞動用工和(he)收(shou)入分(fen)配(pei)制度改革,建(jian)立健全企業收(shou)入分(fen)配(pei)的(de)激勵(li)約(yue)束機制,合理調整收(shou)入分(fen)配(pei)關系(xi),不斷(duan)增(zeng)強國(guo)有企業活力和(he)競爭力,為實(shi)現(xian)國(guo)資(zi)監管上新(xin)(xin)(xin)水(shui)平(ping)、國(guo)企發展(zhan)(zhan)上新(xin)(xin)(xin)臺(tai)階作出更(geng)大(da)貢(gong)獻!
