“十一五”期間(jian),中(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)認真貫徹落實黨中(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)、國務院和(he)國資委關(guan)于收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)配調控(kong)的(de)要求,始終把促進(jin)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)改革發展放在勞(lao)動(dong)用工(gong)(gong)和(he)收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)配工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)首位(wei),堅持和(he)完善“按勞(lao)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)配為(wei)主體、多種分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)配方(fang)式并存”的(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)配制度,不斷深化用工(gong)(gong)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)配制度改革,勞(lao)動(dong)生產率顯(xian)著提高,職工(gong)(gong)收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)逐(zhu)年(nian)增長,企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)配關(guan)系更加和(he)諧。中(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)從事勞(lao)動(dong)用工(gong)(gong)和(he)收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)配工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)同志們付(fu)出了(le)(le)辛(xin)勤努力(li),作(zuo)(zuo)了(le)(le)大(da)量卓有成效的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),我向大(da)家表示感(gan)謝和(he)慰(wei)問!
