為(wei)認(ren)真(zhen)貫徹落(luo)實(shi)習近平(ping)總(zong)書(shu)(shu)記對制止(zhi)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)浪費行(xing)(xing)為(wei)作出(chu)的(de)重要指(zhi)示精(jing)神,國(guo)(guo)資委相關(guan)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)協(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)充(chong)分發(fa)(fa)揮聯(lian)系餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)、貼(tie)近餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)優(you)勢,向全行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)(fa)出(chu)制止(zhi)浪費、節(jie)約(yue)用(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)的(de)倡(chang)議。8月11日(ri),世(shi)界中(zhong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)業(ye)(ye)聯(lian)合(he)會(hui)(hui)發(fa)(fa)出(chu)《關(guan)于“堅決制止(zhi)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)浪費行(xing)(xing)為(wei)切實(shi)培養節(jie)約(yue)習慣,在全社(she)會(hui)(hui)營造浪費可恥(chi)節(jie)約(yue)為(wei)榮的(de)氛(fen)圍(wei)”倡(chang)議書(shu)(shu)》。8月12日(ri),中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)商業(ye)(ye)聯(lian)合(he)會(hui)(hui)聯(lian)合(he)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)連鎖經(jing)營行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)協(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)烹飪(ren)協(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)飯店(dian)協(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)以及行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)內相關(guan)知名企(qi)業(ye)(ye),向各地餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)協(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)、飯店(dian)協(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)、國(guo)(guo)家級酒家和住宿餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)、餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)外賣服務企(qi)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)(fa)出(chu)《關(guan)于制止(zhi)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)浪費行(xing)(xing)為(wei)培養節(jie)約(yue)習慣的(de)倡(chang)議書(shu)(shu)》。
倡議書(shu)中(zhong),各行(xing)(xing)業協會從弘(hong)揚(yang)中(zhong)華民族傳統(tong)美德(de)、踐行(xing)(xing)社(she)(she)會主(zhu)義核心價值觀的(de)高度,闡述了制止餐(can)(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)為的(de)重要性(xing),號召廣(guang)大(da)餐(can)(can)飲(yin)企(qi)業積(ji)極(ji)(ji)投(tou)身到(dao)節約(yue)用(yong)餐(can)(can)行(xing)(xing)動中(zhong)去:一是加大(da)節約(yue)用(yong)餐(can)(can)宣(xuan)傳力度,弘(hong)揚(yang)尊重勞動、勤儉節約(yue)的(de)傳統(tong)美德(de),倡導(dao)“文明就餐(can)(can),杜絕浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)”的(de)用(yong)餐(can)(can)文化,引導(dao)廣(guang)大(da)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)自覺抵制鋪張浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)。二是創新與節約(yue)用(yong)餐(can)(can)相適(shi)應的(de)經營(ying)(ying)服(fu)務(wu)方(fang)式(shi),積(ji)極(ji)(ji)開發(fa)推(tui)廣(guang)“小份、適(shi)價”套餐(can)(can),推(tui)行(xing)(xing)公(gong)(gong)筷公(gong)(gong)勺、分(fen)餐(can)(can)制、環保(bao)打包等服(fu)務(wu)方(fang)式(shi),回(hui)應社(she)(she)會期待(dai)。三是推(tui)動綠色廚房創建(jian),切實(shi)減(jian)少食(shi)材(cai)采(cai)購、烹飪(ren)、包裝等各環節的(de)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei),規(gui)范外賣(mai)食(shi)品(pin)一次性(xing)餐(can)(can)具(ju)的(de)使用(yong)。四是開發(fa)制作適(shi)應不同人群(qun)營(ying)(ying)養需要和口味特點的(de)菜品(pin),定(ding)期更新菜單,適(shi)時調整菜式(shi),滿(man)足消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)求新求變的(de)餐(can)(can)飲(yin)需求。五是推(tui)動餐(can)(can)飲(yin)信息(xi)公(gong)(gong)開透明,公(gong)(gong)示菜品(pin)主(zhu)輔配(pei)料、口味、份量等內容(rong),方(fang)便消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)者(zhe)(zhe)選擇,避免因(yin)信息(xi)誤導(dao)造(zao)成(cheng)食(shi)品(pin)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)。倡議書(shu)的(de)發(fa)布,對(dui)餐(can)(can)飲(yin)行(xing)(xing)業樹立綠色發(fa)展理念,營(ying)(ying)造(zao)“文明消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)、節約(yue)用(yong)餐(can)(can)”的(de)氛圍將起到(dao)積(ji)極(ji)(ji)推(tui)動作用(yong)。
