為認真(zhen)貫徹落(luo)實(shi)習近平總書(shu)記對制(zhi)止餐(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)行(xing)(xing)為作出的(de)(de)重要指示精神,國資委相關(guan)行(xing)(xing)業協會(hui)(hui)充分發(fa)揮聯(lian)(lian)系(xi)餐(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)行(xing)(xing)業、貼近餐(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)企(qi)業的(de)(de)優勢,向全行(xing)(xing)業發(fa)出制(zhi)止浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)、節(jie)約(yue)用餐(can)(can)的(de)(de)倡(chang)議(yi)。8月11日,世(shi)界(jie)中(zhong)餐(can)(can)業聯(lian)(lian)合會(hui)(hui)發(fa)出《關(guan)于“堅決制(zhi)止餐(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)行(xing)(xing)為切實(shi)培養(yang)節(jie)約(yue)習慣(guan),在全社(she)會(hui)(hui)營造浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)可恥節(jie)約(yue)為榮的(de)(de)氛(fen)圍”倡(chang)議(yi)書(shu)》。8月12日,中(zhong)國商業聯(lian)(lian)合會(hui)(hui)聯(lian)(lian)合中(zhong)國連(lian)鎖經營行(xing)(xing)業協會(hui)(hui)、中(zhong)國烹飪協會(hui)(hui)、中(zhong)國飯店(dian)協會(hui)(hui)以(yi)及行(xing)(xing)業內相關(guan)知(zhi)名企(qi)業,向各地餐(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)協會(hui)(hui)、飯店(dian)協會(hui)(hui)、國家級酒家和(he)住宿(su)餐(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)企(qi)業、餐(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)外賣服務企(qi)業發(fa)出《關(guan)于制(zhi)止餐(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)行(xing)(xing)為培養(yang)節(jie)約(yue)習慣(guan)的(de)(de)倡(chang)議(yi)書(shu)》。
倡(chang)議書中(zhong),各行(xing)(xing)業協會從(cong)弘揚中(zhong)華民族傳統美德、踐(jian)行(xing)(xing)社會主義核心價值觀(guan)的(de)(de)(de)高度,闡述(shu)了(le)制(zhi)止餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)(lang)費行(xing)(xing)為的(de)(de)(de)重要性(xing),號召廣(guang)大餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)企業積(ji)極投(tou)身到節(jie)(jie)約用餐(can)(can)(can)(can)行(xing)(xing)動(dong)中(zhong)去(qu):一是加大節(jie)(jie)約用餐(can)(can)(can)(can)宣傳力(li)度,弘揚尊重勞(lao)動(dong)、勤儉(jian)節(jie)(jie)約的(de)(de)(de)傳統美德,倡(chang)導“文(wen)(wen)明(ming)就餐(can)(can)(can)(can),杜絕浪(lang)(lang)費”的(de)(de)(de)用餐(can)(can)(can)(can)文(wen)(wen)化(hua),引導廣(guang)大消(xiao)費者(zhe)自覺抵(di)制(zhi)鋪張浪(lang)(lang)費。二是創新(xin)與(yu)節(jie)(jie)約用餐(can)(can)(can)(can)相適(shi)應的(de)(de)(de)經營服務方(fang)式(shi),積(ji)極開(kai)發(fa)推(tui)廣(guang)“小份(fen)、適(shi)價”套餐(can)(can)(can)(can),推(tui)行(xing)(xing)公(gong)(gong)筷公(gong)(gong)勺、分餐(can)(can)(can)(can)制(zhi)、環(huan)(huan)保打包(bao)等(deng)服務方(fang)式(shi),回應社會期(qi)待(dai)。三是推(tui)動(dong)綠色廚房創建(jian),切實減少食材采(cai)購(gou)、烹(peng)飪、包(bao)裝等(deng)各環(huan)(huan)節(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)浪(lang)(lang)費,規范外賣(mai)食品(pin)(pin)一次性(xing)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)具的(de)(de)(de)使用。四(si)是開(kai)發(fa)制(zhi)作適(shi)應不同人群營養需要和口味特點的(de)(de)(de)菜(cai)(cai)品(pin)(pin),定期(qi)更新(xin)菜(cai)(cai)單,適(shi)時調整菜(cai)(cai)式(shi),滿(man)足消(xiao)費者(zhe)求新(xin)求變的(de)(de)(de)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)需求。五(wu)是推(tui)動(dong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)信息公(gong)(gong)開(kai)透明(ming),公(gong)(gong)示菜(cai)(cai)品(pin)(pin)主輔配料(liao)、口味、份(fen)量等(deng)內容,方(fang)便消(xiao)費者(zhe)選(xuan)擇,避免因信息誤(wu)導造(zao)成食品(pin)(pin)浪(lang)(lang)費。倡(chang)議書的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)布,對餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)行(xing)(xing)業樹(shu)立綠色發(fa)展理念,營造(zao)“文(wen)(wen)明(ming)消(xiao)費、節(jie)(jie)約用餐(can)(can)(can)(can)”的(de)(de)(de)氛圍(wei)將起到積(ji)極推(tui)動(dong)作用。
