3月12日,中(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)印尼雅(ya)萬(wan)高鐵(tie)(tie)項目再傳捷報(bao)。雅(ya)萬(wan)高鐵(tie)(tie)5號隧(sui)道順利貫(guan)通,這也是中(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)雅(ya)萬(wan)高鐵(tie)(tie)項目第(di)二座(zuo)隧(sui)道實現貫(guan)通。
雅萬(wan)高(gao)鐵(tie)5號隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)全(quan)(quan)(quan)長422米,屬淺埋隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),全(quan)(quan)(quan)部為(wei)黏土地質(zhi),自穩能力(li)差,地質(zhi)條件復雜。為(wei)保(bao)證(zheng)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),該隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)采(cai)用了(le)先進(jin)的(de)(de)地質(zhi)超(chao)前預報及圍巖(yan)監(jian)控(kong)量測技術以確保(bao)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)快速(su)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。經過工(gong)(gong)(gong)程師的(de)(de)多次技術攻關,最(zui)終確定采(cai)用三臺階臨時仰拱法克服全(quan)(quan)(quan)隧(sui)(sui)淺埋、圍巖(yan)軟弱的(de)(de)困難,通過短進(jin)尺、強支護、勤監(jian)控(kong)、快調整等手段(duan),確保(bao)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)和開挖(wa)進(jin)度。針對5號隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)口橋隧(sui)(sui)相接(jie)處溝壑深(shen)陡地形(xing),項(xiang)目(mu)部打(da)破常規,調整方案(an),改進(jin)設(she)備,解決運輸(shu)困難,順利(li)完成(cheng)出(chu)(chu)口大管棚施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)了(le)出(chu)(chu)口安全(quan)(quan)(quan)。在該隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong),還培養出(chu)(chu)79名印尼隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)技術工(gong)(gong)(gong)人,在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong)發揮重要(yao)作用,即將成(cheng)為(wei)雅萬(wan)高(gao)鐵(tie)建設(she)的(de)(de)主力(li)軍。
新型冠狀(zhuang)病毒(du)疫(yi)情(qing)期間,人員、物資赴印尼(ni)受限(xian),讓本來就困難的雨季施工(gong)雪上加(jia)霜。但(dan)是(shi)中國中鐵(tie)印尼(ni)雅萬高鐵(tie)項目經理部眾志成城、齊(qi)心協力(li)堅守海外施工(gong)生產(chan)陣(zhen)地,以實(shi)際行動踐行初(chu)心使命,堅實(shi)做(zuo)好疫(yi)情(qing)防控(kong),堅決(jue)推進(jin)施工(gong)生產(chan),在疫(yi)情(qing)期間,實(shi)現(xian)梁場(chang)存滿、隧道(dao)貫通(tong)、實(shi)際生產(chan)產(chan)值超額完(wan)成,真正做(zuo)到疫(yi)情(qing)防控(kong)和施工(gong)生產(chan)兩(liang)(liang)手(shou)抓、兩(liang)(liang)手(shou)硬、兩(liang)(liang)不誤。
各界對(dui)中國(guo)中鐵(tie)隊伍給與了(le)(le)極(ji)高(gao)的(de)評價。2月份印尼交通部長布迪(di)·卡利亞(ya)·蘇馬迪(di)親赴中鐵(tie)雅(ya)(ya)萬高(gao)鐵(tie)項(xiang)目施工(gong)現場,寫(xie)下了(le)(le)“雅(ya)(ya)萬高(gao)鐵(tie),引以為(wei)豪,KCIC-CREC,攜手合作,如期完工(gong)”的(de)祝(zhu)語,半個月后,實際行動有力(li)證明,中國(guo)中鐵(tie)拼搏進取,CREC堅(jian)實可靠。目前中國(guo)中鐵(tie)管段內路基、橋梁、隧道等工(gong)程(cheng)都(dou)在(zai)積極(ji)推進,架梁、制梁、車站等生(sheng)產都(dou)在(zai)有序進行,為(wei)完成今年(nian)生(sheng)產任務(wu)指標(biao)奠定(ding)了(le)(le)堅(jian)實基礎。
中印(yin)尼(ni)全(quan)面(mian)合(he)作(zuo)的(de)(de)雅萬高(gao)鐵是(shi)(shi)“21世紀海(hai)上絲綢之路”倡議(yi)向前邁進的(de)(de)重要(yao)一步,是(shi)(shi)印(yin)尼(ni)“全(quan)球海(hai)洋支(zhi)點”戰略的(de)(de)重要(yao)落地項(xiang)目。該項(xiang)目是(shi)(shi)中國高(gao)速鐵路從技術標(biao)準、勘察設計、工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)、裝備(bei)制造(zao)、物(wu)資供應,到運營管理、人(ren)才培訓(xun)、沿線(xian)綜合(he)開發等(deng)全(quan)產業鏈(lian)走(zou)出國門的(de)(de)“第(di)一單”。雅加達至萬隆高(gao)鐵全(quan)長142.3公(gong)里(li),最高(gao)設計時速350公(gong)里(li)。建成后車程(cheng)將由現在的(de)(de)3個多小時縮短至40多分鐘。
