中老(lao)鐵路(lu)萬象(xiang)站40米四管通(tong)(tong)信鐵塔3月31日(ri)上(shang)午順(shun)利澆(jiao)筑,標志著中老(lao)鐵路(lu)全(quan)線通(tong)(tong)信信號(hao)工(gong)程正式(shi)拉開序幕。
由中國鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)電氣化(hua)局承建(jian)(jian)的中老鐵(tie)路項(xiang)目(mu)通信(xin)信(xin)號工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)是整個鐵(tie)路列車運行、指揮、控制系統的核(he)心(xin)與關鍵,被譽為鐵(tie)路的“大腦和神經中樞(shu)”。項(xiang)目(mu)負責人李(li)春盛介(jie)紹,施工(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)從設備(bei)的進(jin)場(chang)檢驗,到(dao)鐵(tie)塔定位、基(ji)坑放(fang)樣、基(ji)坑標高測量、基(ji)坑開挖(wa)、地基(ji)承載力實驗,到(dao)鐵(tie)塔后續的施工(gong)(gong),都要求專人全(quan)程(cheng)盯(ding)控,確保各環節工(gong)(gong)藝質量合(he)規達標。項(xiang)目(mu)部將嚴(yan)格落實疫情防控措(cuo)施,全(quan)力組織優勢資源,安全(quan)有效推進(jin)施工(gong)(gong)進(jin)度。
中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)老(lao)鐵(tie)路(lu)是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”倡議與(yu)老(lao)撾“變陸鎖國為(wei)陸聯國”戰略對接項(xiang)目,北起老(lao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)邊境口岸(an)磨丁,南至老(lao)撾首都萬(wan)象,全長414公里。該鐵(tie)路(lu)全部采用中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國管理標準和技術標準建設,設計(ji)時速160公里,為(wei)電氣化客(ke)貨混運鐵(tie)路(lu)。工(gong)程于2016年12月全面開(kai)工(gong),計(ji)劃2021年12月建成通車。
