王文斌(bin)指出(chu),通過(guo)“三個(ge)強(qiang)化”、“三個(ge)平臺”、設立“三個(ge)監(jian)督局”以及“四(si)個(ge)進一步”,進行體制(zhi)機制(zhi)調整,將(jiang)更(geng)加強(qiang)化對企(qi)業國有資產(chan)的監(jian)督,更(geng)加有效(xiao)發揮(hui)監(jian)事會的制(zhi)度優勢,更(geng)加充分發揮(hui)監(jian)事會在(zai)防止(zhi)國有資產(chan)流(liu)失方面的重要作用,努(nu)力打造法(fa)治央(yang)企(qi)、陽光央(yang)企(qi)。
會(hui)議還通報了(le)黨的(de)十八大(da)以來(lai)監事會(hui)第五任期(qi)履(lv)職成效和第六(liu)任期(qi)主要工(gong)作。
