中煤集(ji)團新集(ji)公司通過鉆(zhan)(zhan)研,基(ji)于AutoCad軟(ruan)(ruan)件進行二次開發,在(zai)原軟(ruan)(ruan)件僅能(neng)繪制鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)圖(tu)的基(ji)礎上,升級成能(neng)自動繪制集(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)及其確定(ding)的煤層面于一體的三維立體圖(tu),成功應用(yong)信息化(hua)技術加快了數字化(hua)礦山建設。
一是(shi)三維(wei)效(xiao)果(guo)直(zhi)觀(guan)。通(tong)過三維(wei)視(shi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)命令(ling)(ling),能直(zhi)觀(guan)展示各個(ge)視(shi)角(jiao)(jiao)下鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)及煤(mei)(mei)層圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)(de)立(li)體(ti)效(xiao)果(guo);通(tong)過動態觀(guan)察命令(ling)(ling),能觀(guan)察鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)及煤(mei)(mei)層圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)(de)實體(ti)效(xiao)果(guo),彌補了平面(mian)視(shi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)需空間建模的(de)(de)(de)不足,準(zhun)確(que)(que)率提(ti)升90%以上。二是(shi)制圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)成果(guo)可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)。在反(fan)復驗算鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)探(tan)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,多次優(you)化(hua)“實際鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)參數(shu)表”中開(kai)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)位(wei)置、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)方(fang)位(wei)、傾角(jiao)(jiao)、見(jian)(jian)煤(mei)(mei)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)、穿煤(mei)(mei)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)、孔(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)等(deng)參數(shu)后運行程序繪圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu),所(suo)繪制鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)(de)煤(mei)(mei)層頂底(di)板三維(wei)曲面(mian)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)均與(yu)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)參數(shu)相吻合(he),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)形(xing)準(zhun)確(que)(que)可(ke)靠(kao)(kao),誤差為零,較(jiao)二維(wei)制圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)質量(liang)有質的(de)(de)(de)提(ti)升。三是(shi)軟件運用(yong)廣泛。新開(kai)發的(de)(de)(de)制圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)軟件適(shi)用(yong)于礦井(jing)瓦斯抽(chou)采(cai)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)和地質探(tan)測鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu),便于根據(ju)(ju)實際鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)參數(shu)確(que)(que)定(ding)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)實際控(kong)制范圍、孔(kong)(kong)(kong)底(di)間距、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)布置均勻度,提(ti)高(gao)實際鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)與(yu)設(she)計鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)(de)相似度,優(you)化(hua)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)設(she)計,提(ti)供(gong)效(xiao)果(guo)考察依(yi)據(ju)(ju);能夠根據(ju)(ju)多個(ge)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)見(jian)(jian)煤(mei)(mei)巖情況,確(que)(que)定(ding)煤(mei)(mei)層見(jian)(jian)煤(mei)(mei)、穿煤(mei)(mei)曲面(mian)、煤(mei)(mei)層剖面(mian)煤(mei)(mei)厚、傾角(jiao)(jiao)等(deng)參數(shu)以及斷層等(deng)構造參數(shu),準(zhun)確(que)(que)指導采(cai)掘作(zuo)業(ye),減少誤差率85%以上。四是(shi)提(ti)高(gao)工作(zuo)效(xiao)率。
新開發軟(ruan)件的(de)(de)突破,減少(shao)(shao)了(le)繁瑣的(de)(de)鉆孔參數(shu)核算過程,解放了(le)繁重的(de)(de)手動繪圖工序,突破了(le)二維視圖的(de)(de)瓶頸,減少(shao)(shao)90%繪圖工作量,大幅提升(sheng)了(le)工作效率。
