中煤集團新集公司通過鉆研,基(ji)于AutoCad軟(ruan)件進行二次開發,在(zai)原(yuan)軟(ruan)件僅(jin)能繪制鉆孔圖(tu)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),升級成能自(zi)動繪制集鉆孔及其確定的(de)煤層面于一體的(de)三維立體圖(tu),成功應用信息化技術加快了數字化礦山建設。
一是(shi)三(san)維(wei)效果直觀(guan)。通過三(san)維(wei)視圖(tu)(tu)(tu)命令,能(neng)直觀(guan)展示各個(ge)視角(jiao)下鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)及煤(mei)(mei)層圖(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)立體效果;通過動態觀(guan)察命令,能(neng)觀(guan)察鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)及煤(mei)(mei)層圖(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)實體效果,彌補了平(ping)面視圖(tu)(tu)(tu)需空間建模的(de)不足,準(zhun)確率(lv)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)90%以(yi)上。二是(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)成果可(ke)靠(kao)。在反復驗算鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)探數據的(de)基礎上,多(duo)次優化“實際(ji)(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)參(can)(can)數表(biao)”中開孔(kong)(kong)位置(zhi)、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)方位、傾角(jiao)、見煤(mei)(mei)孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)、穿煤(mei)(mei)孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)、孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)等參(can)(can)數后運(yun)(yun)行程序繪(hui)圖(tu)(tu)(tu),所繪(hui)制(zhi)(zhi)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)的(de)煤(mei)(mei)層頂(ding)底(di)板三(san)維(wei)曲面圖(tu)(tu)(tu)均與鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)參(can)(can)數相吻合,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)形準(zhun)確可(ke)靠(kao),誤差(cha)為零,較(jiao)二維(wei)制(zhi)(zhi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)質量有(you)質的(de)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)。三(san)是(shi)軟件(jian)運(yun)(yun)用廣泛(fan)。新開發的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)軟件(jian)適用于礦(kuang)井瓦斯抽采鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)和地(di)質探測鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu),便于根(gen)據實際(ji)(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)參(can)(can)數確定鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)實際(ji)(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)范圍、孔(kong)(kong)底(di)間距、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)布置(zhi)均勻度(du),提(ti)(ti)高實際(ji)(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)與設計鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)的(de)相似度(du),優化鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)設計,提(ti)(ti)供(gong)效果考察依據;能(neng)夠根(gen)據多(duo)個(ge)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)見煤(mei)(mei)巖情況(kuang),確定煤(mei)(mei)層見煤(mei)(mei)、穿煤(mei)(mei)曲面、煤(mei)(mei)層剖面煤(mei)(mei)厚、傾角(jiao)等參(can)(can)數以(yi)及斷(duan)層等構造參(can)(can)數,準(zhun)確指導采掘作(zuo)業(ye),減少誤差(cha)率(lv)85%以(yi)上。四是(shi)提(ti)(ti)高工作(zuo)效率(lv)。
新開發軟(ruan)件的(de)突破,減(jian)少(shao)了(le)(le)(le)繁(fan)瑣的(de)鉆孔參(can)數核算過程,解放了(le)(le)(le)繁(fan)重的(de)手動繪圖工(gong)序(xu),突破了(le)(le)(le)二維(wei)視圖的(de)瓶頸,減(jian)少(shao)90%繪圖工(gong)作量,大(da)幅提升了(le)(le)(le)工(gong)作效率。
