建研院為“一帶一路”首個非洲項目肯尼亞蒙-內鐵路提供支持

由中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)路(lu)橋建設的(de)(de)(de)(de)肯尼亞蒙(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)將于(yu)2017年6月1日正式開通(tong)試運營。蒙(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)是(shi)肯尼亞國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)獨(du)立以(yi)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)最大工(gong)程,是(shi)其近(jin)百年來(lai)新(xin)建的(de)(de)(de)(de)第(di)一條(tiao)鐵(tie)路(lu),全長480公里,連(lian)接肯尼亞首都內羅畢和(he)(he)東(dong)非(fei)(fei)第(di)一大港蒙(meng)巴薩港。蒙(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)是(shi)東(dong)共體北部戰(zhan)略走(zou)廊的(de)(de)(de)(de)第(di)一段,也是(shi)“一帶一路(lu)”戰(zhan)略的(de)(de)(de)(de)首個非(fei)(fei)洲項目。根據遠期規劃,該鐵(tie)路(lu)將連(lian)接肯尼亞、坦桑尼亞、烏(wu)干達、盧旺達、布隆(long)迪(di)和(he)(he)南蘇(su)丹(dan)等東(dong)非(fei)(fei)6國(guo)(guo)(guo),對于(yu)促(cu)進東(dong)非(fei)(fei)現代化鐵(tie)路(lu)網的(de)(de)(de)(de)形成和(he)(he)地(di)區經(jing)濟發展具有(you)重要(yao)意義。蒙(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)作為(wei)完全采用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)一級標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)典型工(gong)程,是(shi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際上第(di)一次全部采用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)建造的(de)(de)(de)(de)現代化鐵(tie)路(lu),是(shi)實施(shi)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)“走(zou)出去”戰(zhan)略的(de)(de)(de)(de)一個成功(gong)范例。

蒙-內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路建(jian)設期間,建(jian)研(yan)院高性能(neng)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)心對(dui)其混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)工程(cheng)提供了(le)(le)(le)(le)全面的(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)咨詢與(yu)服(fu)務工作(zuo)。自(zi)2014年1月(yue)起,中(zhong)(zhong)心先(xian)后承擔了(le)(le)(le)(le)“肯尼亞當(dang)地天然火(huo)山灰質(zhi)材料在(zai)鐵(tie)路高性能(neng)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)應(ying)用技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)”、“蒙-內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路項目(mu)(mu)骨料吸水率對(dui)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)性能(neng)的(de)影響及(ji)改善控制(zhi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)”和“阿西河特大橋(qiao)清水高性能(neng)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)的(de)配制(zhi)及(ji)應(ying)用技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)”、“非洲(zhou)干旱地區混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)養護集成技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)”等多個研(yan)究(jiu)項目(mu)(mu)與(yu)工程(cheng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服(fu)務。在(zai)三年多的(de)時間內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei),中(zhong)(zhong)心多名專家先(xian)后12次赴肯尼亞施工現(xian)場提供技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服(fu)務,并在(zai)國內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)外(wai)系統開展了(le)(le)(le)(le)大量(liang)的(de)試驗研(yan)究(jiu)與(yu)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)攻關工作(zuo),研(yan)究(jiu)成果與(yu)現(xian)場技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)支持得到了(le)(le)(le)(le)業(ye)主(zhu)與(yu)施工單位的(de)一致認(ren)可,也在(zai)很大程(cheng)度上保證和提高了(le)(le)(le)(le)蒙-內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路的(de)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)工程(cheng)質(zhi)量(liang),產生(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)(le)顯著的(de)經濟效(xiao)益與(yu)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)價值。

以“肯尼亞當(dang)地(di)天然火山灰(hui)質(zhi)材(cai)料在鐵(tie)路高性(xing)能混凝(ning)土中的應用(yong)(yong)技(ji)術研究”項(xiang)目為例,該課題通過對(dui)肯尼亞當(dang)地(di)天然火山灰(hui)的開發利(li)用(yong)(yong),成功取(qu)代依賴遠(yuan)途(tu)運輸(shu)才能獲得(de)的粉煤灰(hui),作為礦物(wu)摻合料規(gui)模化(hua)應用(yong)(yong)于蒙-內鐵(tie)路混凝(ning)土工程(cheng),實現了(le)就地(di)取(qu)材(cai),降低了(le)建設成本,同時顯(xian)著提高了(le)混凝(ning)土性(xing)能,經濟效益(yi)和技(ji)術價(jia)值十分(fen)顯(xian)著。

通過高性能(neng)混(hun)凝土研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)(de)全(quan)過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)咨詢指(zhi)導(dao),以蒙-內鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)項(xiang)目研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果(guo)為基礎,最終形成(cheng)天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)生(sheng)產線2條,為工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)提(ti)供了(le)4萬(wan)多(duo)噸天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)產品,節約(yue)建(jian)設(she)成(cheng)本4000多(duo)萬(wan)元人民幣。在項(xiang)目研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)現場技(ji)術服務(wu)過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),發表論文12篇(pian),申請專(zhuan)利5項(xiang),形成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)交集團企(qi)業(ye)標(biao)準(zhun)《天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)在混(hun)凝土中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)應(ying)用技(ji)術規程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)》,形成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)協(xie)會(hui)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法“天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)高性能(neng)混(hun)凝土的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法”,獲得中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)企(qi)業(ye)管理協(xie)會(hui)科技(ji)成(cheng)果(guo)獎二(er)等(deng)獎。正(zheng)在申報編制中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)土木工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學會(hui)標(biao)準(zhun)《天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)在混(hun)凝土中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)應(ying)用技(ji)術規范》。天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)開發與工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)應(ying)用成(cheng)套技(ji)術,有望在肯尼(ni)亞后續(xu)建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)內-馬鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)進一步推廣使(shi)用,并(bing)可(ke)能(neng)在東(dong)非地(di)區除(chu)了(le)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之(zhi)外的(de)(de)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)交通工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)民建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)廣泛使(shi)用。在2016年北京市科委重大專(zhuan)項(xiang)課題的(de)(de)支(zhi)持下,建(jian)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)院(yuan)高性能(neng)混(hun)凝土研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心與中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)路(lu)(lu)(lu)橋一道,將廣泛開展(zhan)“一帶(dai)一路(lu)(lu)(lu)”沿(yan)線國(guo)家和地(di)區天(tian)(tian)然(ran)火(huo)山(shan)(shan)(shan)灰(hui)資源的(de)(de)調研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,有望在具備條件的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)推廣使(shi)用該項(xiang)技(ji)術。

目(mu)前,蒙(meng)-內鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)延(yan)長線(xian)內馬鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)也正在如火如荼地建設,建研院高性能(neng)混凝(ning)土(tu)研究中心繼續作為其混凝(ning)土(tu)工程(cheng)的主要(yao)技(ji)術咨詢與支撐單位,仍將憑(ping)借(jie)堅實的科研實力與工程(cheng)技(ji)術,在東非(fei)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)網建設中貢獻(xian)自己的力量。
