中國通號打造全球首條互聯互通地鐵

近日,隨(sui)著(zhu)重慶地鐵五號線一期信號系統互聯互通交(jiao)叉測試的(de)成(cheng)功(gong),裝備中(zhong)國(guo)通號完全自主(zhu)CBTC信號系統的(de)重慶軌道(dao)交(jiao)通5號線率先具備互聯互通條(tiao)件,標志(zhi)著(zhu)由中(zhong)國(guo)通號打造的(de)全球首(shou)條(tiao)互聯互通地鐵即將孕育而生。

長(chang)期(qi)以(yi)(yi)來,由于不同(tong)地鐵線(xian)路車載信(xin)號(hao)設備(bei)與(yu)地面信(xin)號(hao)設備(bei)間(jian)無法“交(jiao)流(liu)”,導致(zhi)列車跨線(xian)運行一直是一項世(shi)(shi)界性難(nan)題,國(guo)(guo)外曾(ceng)努力(li)嘗試但始終沒有實現不同(tong)廠家間(jian)的(de)(de)地鐵信(xin)號(hao)系統(tong)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)。在我國(guo)(guo),隨著以(yi)(yi)中國(guo)(guo)通(tong)號(hao)CBTC信(xin)號(hao)系統(tong)為代表的(de)(de)自主(zhu)知識產權(quan)信(xin)號(hao)系統(tong)的(de)(de)成(cheng)熟(shu)應用(yong),我國(guo)(guo)已編制出了適(shi)應中國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)情的(de)(de)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)技術(shu)標準,真正意(yi)義上建立了不同(tong)廠家之間(jian)、車載信(xin)號(hao)系統(tong)與(yu)地面信(xin)號(hao)系統(tong)之間(jian),互(hu)(hu)相(xiang)兼(jian)容、互(hu)(hu)相(xiang)“交(jiao)流(liu)”的(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu),一舉(ju)解(jie)決了這個(ge)世(shi)(shi)界性難(nan)題。地鐵互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)后,可以(yi)(yi)滿足乘(cheng)客一站(zhan)式“直達”的(de)(de)需求,減少(shao)客流(liu)換(huan)乘(cheng)壓力(li),降低地鐵建成(cheng)本資,大幅度提高車輛利用(yong)率和運營(ying)效率。

重慶5號(hao)線(xian)裝備的FZL300型(xing)CBTC互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)信(xin)號(hao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)是(shi)中國(guo)通(tong)號(hao)自主研發,為城市軌(gui)道交通(tong)“互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)”量身定制的基于無線(xian)通(tong)信(xin)的移動閉(bi)塞系(xi)(xi)統(tong),可實(shi)現(xian)列車(che)最(zui)小90秒追蹤間隔。在原有(you)CBTC列車(che)控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的基礎(chu)上,該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)可實(shi)現(xian)列車(che)不降(jiang)速(su)降(jiang)級跨線(xian)運(yun)營至其它(ta)線(xian)路(lu),并(bing)支持其它(ta)線(xian)路(lu)車(che)輛進入(ru)本(ben)線(xian)運(yun)行(xing),滿(man)足城市軌(gui)道交通(tong)未來聯(lian)通(tong)聯(lian)運(yun)需求,對節約旅客出行(xing)時間、提(ti)高城市軌(gui)道交通(tong)運(yun)營效率具有(you)重要意(yi)義。

重(zhong)慶地鐵(tie)5號(hao)(hao)線(一(yi)(yi)期)工程北(bei)起園博(bo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)站南至跳蹬站,線路(lu)長(chang)39.75km,設(she)(she)(she)(she)車站25座,最高運行時速可達100公(gong)里。工程分段(duan)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)開通(tong)(tong)(tong),其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)首通(tong)(tong)(tong)段(duan)擬于2017年底開通(tong)(tong)(tong)運營,成(cheng)為(wei)全球首條(tiao)實現城市軌(gui)(gui)道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)地鐵(tie)線路(lu)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)通(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)(hao)旗下城軌(gui)(gui)公(gong)司(si)負(fu)責整(zheng)(zheng)體工程組(zu)織實施及信號(hao)(hao)系統集成(cheng);研(yan)究設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)院集團負(fu)責核心(xin)(xin)系統的(de)(de)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)、研(yan)發;上海(hai)工程局(ju)負(fu)責施工安裝工作,其核心(xin)(xin)產品(pin)均由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)通(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)(hao)各工業企業自主生產,充分凸顯了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)通(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)(hao)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)研(yan)發、裝備制(zhi)造(zao)、工程服務“三位一(yi)(yi)體”的(de)(de)完整(zheng)(zheng)產業鏈優(you)勢(shi),是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)通(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)(hao)整(zheng)(zheng)體品(pin)牌優(you)勢(shi)的(de)(de)又一(yi)(yi)次(ci)集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)體現。

信號(hao)系統是(shi)(shi)軌(gui)(gui)道交通(tong)的(de)“大腦(nao)”,是(shi)(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)車(che)(che)輛(liang)安全(quan)、高(gao)效(xiao)運(yun)行的(de)神經中(zhong)樞,指揮全(quan)線列(lie)車(che)(che)以(yi)高(gao)密度(du)、高(gao)速(su)度(du)、舒適(shi)運(yun)行。FZL300型互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)移(yi)動(dong)閉(bi)塞系統是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)國通(tong)號(hao)在成(cheng)熟的(de)高(gao)鐵列(lie)控(kong)技術(shu)標(biao)準基礎上,依據(ju)國內城市軌(gui)(gui)道交通(tong)信號(hao)系統“互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)”標(biao)準,對原有CBTC系統進行升級而形成(cheng)的(de)列(lie)車(che)(che)運(yun)行控(kong)制(zhi)系統。系統采用了全(quan)新的(de)LTE車(che)(che)地(di)通(tong)信技術(shu),替(ti)代了原有WLAN技術(shu),支持更高(gao)的(de)移(yi)動(dong)接(jie)入速(su)度(du),安全(quan)性和(he)抗干擾能(neng)力更強,并且預(yu)留(liu)了多專業綜合(he)承載條件。

建設期間,中國通(tong)(tong)(tong)號會同國內信(xin)號廠商(shang),在中國城市(shi)(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)協會技術裝備(bei)委員會牽頭下共同編制(zhi)了CBTC互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)技術標準,旨在促(cu)進中國城市(shi)(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)建設,實現并滿足城市(shi)(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)需(xu)求,達到經濟適用(yong)、資源共享、技術先進及可持續發展(zhan)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。這也是城市(shi)(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)在世界范圍內一次創新的(de)革命與探(tan)索,為城市(shi)(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)產品通(tong)(tong)(tong)用(yong)化(hua)、技術標準化(hua)、網絡化(hua)運營邁出了重要的(de)一步(bu)(bu)。目(mu)前,長沙(sha)地鐵也確定(ding)使用(yong)CBTC互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)技術標準,互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)技術得(de)以進一步(bu)(bu)應用(yong)。
