3月14日(ri),中國自主研發設計的(de)全球(qiu)首(shou)條智能化磁(ci)浮(fu)軌(gui)排生產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)在(zai)鐵(tie)建重工長沙第二產(chan)(chan)(chan)業園實(shi)現量產(chan)(chan)(chan),目(mu)前正在(zai)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)廣東清遠磁(ci)浮(fu)旅(lv)游專線(xian)工程的(de)軌(gui)排供貨訂(ding)單。該生產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)全長約(yue)(yue)500米,寬約(yue)(yue)18米,可實(shi)現軌(gui)排自動(dong)上下料、自動(dong)輸送翻轉、自動(dong)裝夾定位、智能數控加工、在(zai)線(xian)智能檢測、自動(dong)涂裝以及柔性(xing)裝配,填補了全球(qiu)磁(ci)浮(fu)軌(gui)道(dao)設備智能化生產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)空白。

據了(le)解(jie),該生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線具有制造工(gong)(gong)序集成化(hua)、生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)數(shu)據信息化(hua)、控制系統智(zhi)能化(hua)的特(te)點,通過流水線串聯和(he)并(bing)聯式生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan),采用單機多刀(dao)頭(tou)機械(xie)加工(gong)(gong)、數(shu)控彎曲等世界先進(jin)加工(gong)(gong)技術,降低了(le)工(gong)(gong)人70%以上(shang)的勞動強度,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)質量穩定可(ke)控,合格率達(da)99%,加工(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率大幅提高,年生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)能力可(ke)達(da)80公里。
磁(ci)浮軌排(pai)是承載磁(ci)浮車(che)輛(liang)運行的(de)線(xian)(xian)路裝備(bei),車(che)輛(liang)通過懸浮在軌排(pai)上面實(shi)現平穩運行。傳統的(de)磁(ci)浮軌排(pai)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)吊(diao)裝和裝夾定(ding)位,采用單(dan)(dan)一設(she)備(bei)單(dan)(dan)刀加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作業(ye),生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)耗時長,設(she)備(bei)和人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)占用多,制造精(jing)度及生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)效率低,一根(gen)F型(xing)鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)至少需(xu)要(yao)(yao)9個小(xiao)時才能(neng)(neng)完(wan)成。通過智能(neng)(neng)流(liu)(liu)水線(xian)(xian),單(dan)(dan)根(gen)F型(xing)鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)不(bu)超過40分鐘(zhong),相比傳統加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)模(mo)式軌排(pai)變形達到(dao)2毫(hao)米(mi),智能(neng)(neng)流(liu)(liu)水線(xian)(xian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)軌排(pai)變形均(jun)控(kong)制在0.5毫(hao)米(mi)以內,且(qie)占用設(she)備(bei)及人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)少。
正在(zai)建設的清遠磁浮旅游專線(xian)工程所需軌排(pai)約18公里(li),目前生產(chan)線(xian)已完成6公里(li)的軌排(pai)生產(chan)任務(wu),其中4公里(li)軌排(pai)已交(jiao)(jiao)付客戶,產(chan)品質量獲得評審(shen)專家一(yi)致肯(ken)定(ding)。所有產(chan)品今年(nian)將(jiang)全部(bu)交(jiao)(jiao)付使用。
據悉,清遠(yuan)(yuan)磁(ci)浮線(xian)是國內首條(tiao)中(zhong)低(di)速磁(ci)浮旅游(you)專線(xian),線(xian)路(lu)規劃全長38.5公里(li),連接廣州長隆旅游(you)度假區和清遠(yuan)(yuan)市。一期工程正線(xian)全長8公里(li),預計今年底運(yun)行,將成為(wei)繼日本、韓國和長沙、北京之后的世界上(shang)第5條(tiao)中(zhong)低(di)速磁(ci)浮運(yun)營(ying)線(xian),為(wei)我國開創磁(ci)浮交(jiao)通+旅游(you)的產業新(xin)模式和推動磁(ci)浮交(jiao)通建(jian)設(she)推廣具有(you)重要示范意義。
