2019年4月8日,由中(zhong)國通用技術集團中(zhong)機(ji)公(gong)司總(zong)承包的(de)斯(si)里蘭卡南部鐵路項(xiang)目(mu)一(yi)期(qi)(qi)工程(以下簡稱“斯(si)南鐵項(xiang)目(mu)一(yi)期(qi)(qi)”)正式(shi)通車運營。斯(si)南鐵項(xiang)目(mu)一(yi)期(qi)(qi)鐵路總(zong)長(chang) 26.75公(gong)里,包括4個車站和2個乘降(jiang)所(suo),是一(yi)條設計時速(su) 120公(gong)里的(de)內(nei)燃牽(qian)引單(dan)線寬(kuan)軌鐵路。

2013年(nian)(nian)以(yi)來,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)通用技術集團中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)公司(si)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)斯(si)雙方(fang)領導人和斯(si)里蘭卡交(jiao)通部、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)駐斯(si)里蘭卡大使館(guan)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)進出口銀行的(de)持續關注、支持下(xia),與中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵五(wu)局(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵電氣化(hua)局(ju)等參建單位一道,以(yi)百年(nian)(nian)工(gong)程的(de)高標準,歷經2000多個(ge)晝夜(ye)奮戰(zhan),終于將百年(nian)(nian)來第一條現代化(hua)的(de)鐵路鋪(pu)設在斯(si)里蘭卡。
斯(si)南鐵項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)一期(qi)(qi)的(de)建設充分體(ti)現了“共(gong)商(shang)共(gong)建共(gong)享”的(de)理(li)念(nian):項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)設計和(he)施工是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)標準(zhun)和(he)當地標準(zhun)的(de)融合(he)(he),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)主要橋(qiao)梁、隧(sui)道(dao)等(deng)重點工程(cheng)的(de)關鍵技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員都(dou)來(lai)(lai)自中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo),主要機具和(he)軌道(dao)等(deng)材(cai)料均為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)制造。五年(nian)來(lai)(lai),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方克服了洪澇災(zai)害、地質缺陷(xian)等(deng)不利(li)影響,按照合(he)(he)同要求(qiu)順(shun)利(li)通車(che),在一帶一路沿(yan)線國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)展示了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)一流的(de)工程(cheng)管(guan)理(li)水平(ping)。項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)通車(che)后,將(jiang)(jiang)極大改(gai)善(shan)沿(yan)線交通運(yun)(yun)輸水平(ping),圍繞(rao)鐵路運(yun)(yun)輸創造眾多(duo)就業機會,拉動斯(si)里(li)蘭卡(ka)南部經濟增長并(bing)持續改(gai)善(shan)民生。同時(shi),在斯(si)南鐵項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)一期(qi)(qi)執行(xing)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方朝(chao)夕相處的(de)斯(si)里(li)蘭卡(ka)技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)才將(jiang)(jiang)成為(wei)斯(si)里(li)蘭卡(ka)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)和(he)人(ren)民的(de)寶(bao)貴財(cai)富,為(wei)未(wei)來(lai)(lai)斯(si)南鐵項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)二(er)期(qi)(qi)乃至斯(si)里(li)蘭卡(ka)軌道(dao)交通建設、管(guan)理(li)水平(ping)的(de)提(ti)升奠定堅實的(de)人(ren)才基礎。
