9月(yue)27日,由中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵建所屬中(zhong)(zhong)鐵十四局(ju)三公(gong)司承建的福(fu)建省在建最大(da)互通(tong)(tong)式立交橋(qiao)——寧古(gu)高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路六都樞(shu)紐互通(tong)(tong)式立交橋(qiao)建成通(tong)(tong)車(che),沈海復線高(gao)(gao)速、寧古(gu)高(gao)(gao)速及寧德城區之間(jian)實(shi)現完美對接,形成了便(bian)捷的交通(tong)(tong)流(liu)轉換。
該項(xiang)目(mu)是福(fu)建省重點(dian)工(gong)程(cheng),也是服務上汽集團(tuan)寧德(de)(de)基(ji)地的配套(tao)項(xiang)目(mu),位于(yu)福(fu)建省寧德(de)(de)市蕉(jiao)城區六都村附近(jin),共設匝(za)道11條、連接線1條,總長8029米,4次(ci)上跨(kua)、1次(ci)下穿既有高(gao)速公路(lu),為(wei)國(guo)內少(shao)見的小半徑、大(da)坡度、復(fu)合式曲線匝(za)道橋,架(jia)梁最大(da)縱坡為(wei)3.7%,是正(zheng)常架(jia)梁坡度的兩倍。施工(gong)工(gong)藝要求高(gao),架(jia)梁工(gong)作任務艱(jian)巨,與同為(wei)福(fu)建省重點(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)北山區域西林校(xiao)區配套(tao)的鑒湖路(lu)工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)相互干擾(rao),增(zeng)加(jia)了項(xiang)目(mu)的施工(gong)復(fu)雜(za)性。

建設者在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中不等不靠,“大(da)干(gan)晴天、搶干(gan)陰(yin)天、巧干(gan)雨(yu)天”,嚴把安全關、質量關,采取早班(ban)和晚(wan)班(ban)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作制度(du),避開高溫施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),咬住(zhu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)目標,細化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序,根據工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程數量及特點,合理調配施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍、機(ji)械設備,嚴格落實(shi)獎罰(fa)機(ji)制,確保了(le)各節(jie)點目標的順利完成(cheng)。
據項(xiang)目經理李保(bao)(bao)印介紹,面對(dui)復雜(za)的(de)施工環境和(he)技術難(nan)題,項(xiang)目部(bu)采用(yong)(yong)BIM建模、智能張拉壓漿系統、螺(luo)旋(xuan)管貝雷梁(liang)支架(jia)及變形監控與預(yu)警體系等(deng)工藝工法(fa),解決了匝(za)道(dao)橋建設(she)(she)難(nan)題;為確(que)保(bao)(bao)制架(jia)梁(liang)任務的(de)圓滿完成(cheng)(cheng),六(liu)都互通(tong)橋梁(liang)拼寬段設(she)(she)置了跨墩龍門提梁(liang)機,配合(he)(he)多(duo)臺大噸位汽車吊和(he)架(jia)梁(liang)機聯(lian)合(he)(he)作業,解決了運梁(liang)通(tong)道(dao)修筑(zhu)困難(nan)、險峻的(de)地理形勢(shi)和(he)施工干擾(rao)等(deng)問題;施工中采用(yong)(yong)了砂石分(fen)離機、脈沖式(shi)除塵器、智能焊(han)接機器人(ren)等(deng)設(she)(she)備,制定了環境保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)及水土保(bao)(bao)持管理辦法(fa),使整個互通(tong)與周(zhou)邊(bian)的(de)蒼山翠嶺渾然一體,起到了良好的(de)環境保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)成(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)。
此(ci)外,項(xiang)目部黨(dang)(dang)支部在項(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)(jian)設過程中(zhong)堅持“抓黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)從工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)發,抓工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)從黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)入(ru)手(shou)”,落實福建(jian)(jian)(jian)省黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)標準化工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)要求,以“6432”創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)體(ti)系為(wei)準繩,支部建(jian)(jian)(jian)在工(gong)(gong)地上,黨(dang)(dang)旗(qi)飄(piao)在崗位上,黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)同志沖鋒(feng)在前,班子成員(yuan)劃定責任(ren)區(qu),頂住寧(ning)古高速六都互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)快速推進的(de)施工(gong)(gong)壓力,實現了黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與(yu)中(zhong)心工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)深度融合,確保了寧(ning)古六都互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)順利通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)。

據悉,寧古高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路工程是福建(jian)省高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路網規劃(hua)(2016-2030年)“第二橫”寧德至(zhi)光(guang)澤高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路的重要組成部分(fen),建(jian)成后將(jiang)進(jin)一步完善福建(jian)省高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路網,對構建(jian)福建(jian)省東北部沿(yan)海地區(qu)通(tong)往(wang)內陸(lu)新通(tong)道,拓(tuo)展三都澳港區(qu)內陸(lu)腹地,促進(jin)沿(yan)線(xian)資源開發及(ji)經濟(ji)社會協調(diao)發展具有重要意義。
