10月18日(ri),京杭(hang)運河首條(tiao)千(qian)噸(dun)級試點(dian)純電(dian)動運輸船(chuan)“中天電(dian)運001”在常州江蘇(su)金洋造(zao)船(chuan)有限公司碼頭下水。
該船(chuan)由鋰電(dian)池與(yu)超(chao)級(ji)電(dian)容“雙電(dian)”驅動,整船(chuan)電(dian)池容量1458千瓦(wa)時(shi),采(cai)用常州供電(dian)公司投(tou)資建(jian)設的靠岸充電(dian)設施充電(dian)2.5小時(shi),可續航50千米,主要用于中(zhong)天(tian)鋼鐵碼頭到(dao)連江橋碼頭的礦渣運輸(shu)。
目(mu)前國內90%以上的水運船舶采用柴油(you)(you)動(dong)力做(zuo)推(tui)進(jin)系統,存在燃(ran)油(you)(you)成本高、噪音大、污染(ran)嚴重等問題。相比燃(ran)油(you)(you)船舶,電(dian)動(dong)船舶零排放(fang)、零污染(ran)、低振動(dong)、低噪音,可(ke)大幅減(jian)少(shao)二氧(yang)化(hua)碳、氮氧(yang)化(hua)物等廢(fei)氣的排放(fang),改(gai)善空(kong)氣質(zhi)量(liang)和河(he)道水質(zhi)。
2018年,常州供(gong)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)廣泛調研國內電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)前沿技術(shu),前后7次(ci)與(yu)多(duo)家企業磋商對(dui)接(jie),實測燃油(you)貨船(chuan)(chuan)數(shu)據(ju),組織多(duo)次(ci)技術(shu)認證(zheng),充分(fen)征求相關部門(men)意見,推動(dong)(dong)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)運輸船(chuan)(chuan)項目落地實施(shi)。2018年12月,中天(tian)鋼鐵集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)、上海瑞(rui)華集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)與(yu)常州供(gong)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)簽訂(ding)三方合作協(xie)議,采用(yong)市(shi)場化方式建(jian)設(she)運營千噸級純(chun)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)運輸船(chuan)(chuan)。根據(ju)協(xie)議內容,中天(tian)鋼鐵集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)出(chu)資建(jian)設(she)船(chuan)(chuan)體,上海瑞(rui)華集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)提(ti)供(gong)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)運輸船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)動(dong)(dong)力技術(shu)和電(dian)(dian)池(chi)租賃,常州供(gong)電(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)投資建(jian)設(she)岸電(dian)(dian)充電(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi)。
目(mu)前(qian),常州供電(dian)公司已在雪堰華渡水上服務區建(jian)設充電(dian)樁14處。按(an)目(mu)前(qian)柴油6.5元/升(sheng)、10千(qian)伏一般工商業電(dian)價0.65元/千(qian)瓦時估算(suan),純電(dian)動船舶與燃(ran)油船舶相比(bi),單位(wei)里程可節省75%的用能(neng)成本(ben)。
