12月1日,由中國(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)所屬(shu)單位參建(jian)的京港(gang)高(gao)鐵(tie)商丘(qiu)至(zhi)合肥段、鄭渝高(gao)鐵(tie)鄭州至(zhi)襄陽段、鄭阜高(gao)鐵(tie)同時開通運營,3條(tiao)高(gao)速鐵(tie)路(lu)設計時速均為350公里。
京港高鐵(tie)商合(he)段全長378公(gong)(gong)(gong)里。中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)所(suo)屬鐵(tie)四(si)院在設(she)(she)計過程中(zhong),將(jiang)環保(bao)(bao)理(li)念(nian)貫(guan)穿(chuan)始終,嚴格遵守環保(bao)(bao)選線(xian)原則,采(cai)用全地下方式穿(chuan)過斷層(ceng)密布、巖(yan)溶發(fa)育的(de)太湖山,極大限(xian)(xian)度保(bao)(bao)護了含(han)山太湖山國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)森林公(gong)(gong)(gong)園(yuan)和關山口水庫水源地。施工(gong)中(zhong),中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)在全線(xian)第(di)一家(jia)(jia)通過京福客(ke)專(zhuan)安徽公(gong)(gong)(gong)司首件驗收(shou),總結形成的(de)無(wu)砟(zha)軌(gui)(gui)道工(gong)藝(yi)工(gong)法(fa)被中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)鐵(tie)路集團有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司編(bian)入《鐵(tie)路工(gong)程建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)指導性(xing)工(gong)藝(yi)工(gong)法(fa)手(shou)冊》在鐵(tie)路系統推廣(guang)應用,《無(wu)砟(zha)軌(gui)(gui)道軌(gui)(gui)排的(de)精調裝置》等多(duo)項(xiang)科技(ji)成果獲得國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)專(zhuan)利授權。全線(xian)按照跨區間無(wu)縫(feng)線(xian)路設(she)(she)計,采(cai)用500米長鋼軌(gui)(gui)一次性(xing)鋪(pu)設(she)(she)施工(gong),保(bao)(bao)證高速列車(che)的(de)行駛更加安全、旅客(ke)乘坐(zuo)更加舒適。
鄭阜高鐵全長277公里。中(zhong)國(guo)鐵建針對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難題,堅持科技攻關,將膠拼技術首次應用到周淮(huai)特大(da)橋跨新運河連續(xu)梁施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)。該技術具有(you)節省(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期、降低(di)(di)勞動成(cheng)本、提(ti)高標準化及(ji)機械化作業程度(du)(du)、適用范(fan)圍廣泛、不(bu)受地理(li)條(tiao)件限制(zhi)、降低(di)(di)能耗、環保(bao)等優勢,是(shi)橋梁綠色施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)典范(fan)。淮(huai)陽軌(gui)道(dao)板場是(shi)全線(xian)首家正式采(cai)用CRTS-III型(xing)軌(gui)道(dao)板流水(shui)機組法(fa)生產作業的高鐵軌(gui)道(dao)板預制(zhi)場,連續(xu)化作業集(ji)成(cheng)度(du)(du)高、自動化程度(du)(du)高、機械系(xi)統運行效率高,其(qi)核心(xin)技術工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝、裝備為國(guo)際(ji)(ji)首創(chuang),達到國(guo)際(ji)(ji)領先(xian)水(shui)平(ping)。
鄭渝高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)鄭襄段(duan)全(quan)(quan)長389公里。為(wei)提(ti)升高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)站(zhan)房(fang)建設(she)水準,鐵(tie)(tie)四院在設(she)計過程中(zhong)深入(ru)提(ti)取地方文化元素,結(jie)合站(zhan)房(fang)建筑造型特點,通過“詩意(yi)的建造”,做到(dao)一站(zhan)一景。國內(nei)首(shou)座(zuo)上(shang)跨(kua)(kua)南水北(bei)調干渠(qu)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)連續(xu)(xu)梁拱橋——鄭渝高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)張良鎮跨(kua)(kua)南水北(bei)調干渠(qu)特大(da)橋連續(xu)(xu)梁拱橋,全(quan)(quan)長309.6米(mi),主跨(kua)(kua)設(she)計為(wei)下承式鋼管混凝土拱橋結(jie)構。施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong),建設(she)者(zhe)采取加大(da)測量精度和頻(pin)次措(cuo)施(shi),保(bao)證了(le)連續(xu)(xu)梁及鋼管拱高(gao)(gao)精度合龍(long)。李家大(da)山(shan)隧道是(shi)鄭渝高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)進入(ru)湖北(bei)段(duan)的首(shou)座(zuo)高(gao)(gao)速(su)鐵(tie)(tie)路隧道,為(wei)巖(yan)溶(rong)淺埋偏壓(ya)隧道,洞身最大(da)埋深33米(mi)。建設(she)者(zhe)采用多孔振搗、智能張拉壓(ya)漿等多項施(shi)工(gong)技術(shu),實施(shi)“整體(ti)包裹(guo)+蒸(zheng)汽發生器”冬季保(bao)溫防護施(shi)工(gong),確保(bao)橋梁施(shi)工(gong)質量。
3條高(gao)鐵的(de)開通(tong)(tong),將在長三(san)角城(cheng)(cheng)市群、中(zhong)原(yuan)城(cheng)(cheng)市群及淮海(hai)經濟區之間形成便捷、快速、高(gao)效(xiao)的(de)客運(yun)通(tong)(tong)道,滿足(zu)城(cheng)(cheng)市群之間快速、便捷、高(gao)效(xiao)的(de)出行需(xu)求,實現豫、皖、浙3省(sheng)交通(tong)(tong)動(dong)(dong)脈“無縫對接”,通(tong)(tong)暢“泛長三(san)角區域(yu)”的(de)互(hu)動(dong)(dong)和合(he)作。據悉,到(dao)今(jin)年年底,我國鐵路營業里程將達到(dao)13.9萬公里,其中(zhong)高(gao)鐵3.5萬公里,居世界第一。
