12月(yue)25日,中國鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)所屬鐵(tie)(tie)四(si)院總體設計(ji)的(de)國內首條(tiao)穿海地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)——廈(sha)門地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)2號線通(tong)車運營。這也是(shi)廈(sha)門地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)繼1號線后開通(tong)的(de)第二條(tiao)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)線路,標志著廈(sha)門地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)從單線到雙線,真正進(jin)入“換乘時代(dai)”。
廈門地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)2號線(xian)由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)(jian)所(suo)屬(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)一局(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)二(er)局(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)(jian)大橋局(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)四局(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)六局(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)七(qi)局(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)八(ba)局(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)二(er)十(shi)二(er)局(ju)和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)(jian)設參建(jian)(jian),全長(chang)41.6公里,全線(xian)為地(di)(di)下線(xian),設32座車(che)站。開通后,從位于島內(nei)東渡的(de)(de)郵輪中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)站到海滄(cang)灣(wan)公園站,穿過全長(chang)2784米的(de)(de)海底隧道,僅(jin)需3分(fen)鐘。
在海(hai)底隧道施工(gong)中,建設者采用了多項新技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)、新工(gong)藝,包括海(hai)上(shang)孤石爆(bao)破及注漿(jiang)(jiang)、全(quan)程(cheng)超前探孔探水(shui)、高(gao)水(shui)壓破碎巖層衡盾泥輔(fu)助泥水(shui)盾構帶壓換刀、承壓水(shui)環(huan)境下巖石裂(lie)隙注漿(jiang)(jiang)堵水(shui)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)等。
針對(dui)(dui)地(di)(di)下土建施(shi)(shi)工(gong)中涉及的(de)十幾種復雜(za)地(di)(di)層,建設者(zhe)對(dui)(dui)爆(bao)破(po)方案進行(xing)改(gai)進優化,在基坑(keng)爆(bao)破(po)中采用淺孔(kong)、數(shu)碼電子雷管及多段位毫秒延期(qi)松(song)動控制爆(bao)破(po),降低爆(bao)破(po)振動效應,減少爆(bao)破(po)對(dui)(dui)周圍建筑物(wu)的(de)影響。同時,他們(men)還(huan)首次(ci)將BIM+3D打印技(ji)術(shu)應用到(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)生產中,對(dui)(dui)主體結構、地(di)(di)質環(huan)境(jing)、周邊建筑物(wu)環(huan)境(jing)進行(xing)三維模(mo)(mo)型(xing)模(mo)(mo)擬,并進行(xing)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)模(mo)(mo)擬、優化,選擇出最(zui)優施(shi)(shi)工(gong)方案。
