7月9日10時50分,成昆鐵(tie)路(lu)擴能改造工程米易至攀枝花(hua)段下行(xing)聯(lian)絡線高風險隧道——保安(an)營1號隧道順利貫通,標(biao)志(zhi)著成昆鐵(tie)路(lu)復線最(zui)后一個難點(dian)控制(zhi)性工程被攻克(ke),為成昆鐵(tie)路(lu)聯(lian)絡線按期開通奠定(ding)了堅實基(ji)礎(chu)。

中鐵二十三局承建成昆鐵路復線保安營一號隧道貫通
中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)建所屬(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)二十三局(ju)承建的(de)保安營1號隧(sui)道(dao)是(shi)一(yi)座長(chang)距離小斷面(mian)獨(du)頭(tou)掘(jue)進的(de)高風(feng)(feng)險(xian)隧(sui)道(dao),具有高地(di)應力、高瓦斯(si)、高地(di)溫(wen)等特點。該隧(sui)道(dao)位于攀枝花境內,全長(chang)13326米,最大埋深887米,是(shi)米易至攀枝花段擴能改造工程聯系老成昆線(xian)的(de)下行單線(xian)小斷面(mian)隧(sui)道(dao)聯絡線(xian)。隧(sui)道(dao)圍巖破碎,地(di)質異常復(fu)雜,加(jia)上(shang)長(chang)距離獨(du)頭(tou)掘(jue)進作業(ye)面(mian)狹窄,交通(tong)組織(zhi)復(fu)雜、通(tong)風(feng)(feng)排煙困難,使(shi)得施工難度極大,風(feng)(feng)險(xian)高、管控嚴。
施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設(she)(she)過程中,項目部(bu)創(chuang)新施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法,改進(jin)(jin)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)配套機具(ju),革新管理理念(nian),采(cai)用技術質(zhi)量分(fen)級管理,強化現(xian)場管理人(ren)員質(zhi)量安(an)全一(yi)崗雙責制(zhi)(zhi),盡全力(li)(li)營造安(an)全良(liang)好的施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環境。面(mian)(mian)對(dui)(dui)40多攝氏(shi)度的隧道(dao)高(gao)地溫(wen)(wen),項目部(bu)每天(tian)自制(zhi)(zhi)十余噸冰塊,放置在施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)區域內降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen),并為工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)配送綠(lv)豆(dou)湯、西(xi)瓜、防(fang)暑降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)藥品;面(mian)(mian)對(dui)(dui)隧道(dao)高(gao)濃度瓦(wa)斯(si),增(zeng)設(she)(she)瓦(wa)斯(si)抽采(cai)系統,對(dui)(dui)機械設(she)(she)備進(jin)(jin)行防(fang)爆改裝,同(tong)時輔以(yi)超前(qian)地質(zhi)預報、監控量測等(deng)手段(duan),有(you)(you)效降(jiang)低隧道(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)險;實施(shi)(shi)(shi)局處兩級督導包保、現(xian)場駐守等(deng)措施(shi)(shi)(shi),增(zeng)派隧道(dao)專家,積極(ji)組(zu)織(zhi)科(ke)技攻關,反復評(ping)審論證施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案,持續(xu)抓安(an)全質(zhi)量、督節點兌現(xian)、保施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)度。經過6年(nian)的努力(li)(li),項目部(bu)終于(yu)克服高(gao)瓦(wa)斯(si)、高(gao)地溫(wen)(wen)、高(gao)地應力(li)(li)、通(tong)風(feng)排煙(yan)困(kun)(kun)難(nan)、小斷面(mian)(mian)獨頭掘進(jin)(jin)長等(deng)諸多困(kun)(kun)難(nan),成功(gong)攻克成昆鐵路米攀段(duan)最后一(yi)個難(nan)點控制(zhi)(zhi)性工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,有(you)(you)效保證了(le)烏東德水電站按期(qi)蓄水驗收(shou)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)要求,可盡快(kuai)實現(xian)成昆復線客貨(huo)分(fen)離。

隧道內工人施工中
成(cheng)昆鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)復線(xian)(xian)(xian)是在既(ji)有(you)成(cheng)昆鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)基(ji)礎上新建或(huo)增建二線(xian)(xian)(xian)的鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)線(xian)(xian)(xian),是西部大開發(fa)“十三五”規劃的重點工程,也(ye)是國家“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)(lu)”發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)戰略中連接東南亞(ya)國際貿易口岸的重要(yao)通道,其米(mi)攀段(duan)已于2020年5月26日開通運營,此次貫通的保安營1號隧道位(wei)于連接成(cheng)昆鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)原線(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)復線(xian)(xian)(xian)的聯絡線(xian)(xian)(xian)上,其建成(cheng)后,將加速成(cheng)昆鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)客貨運分離,助力該鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)運力的提(ti)升,并對完善國家鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)網、提(ti)速出境通道、促進攀西少數(shu)民族地區脫貧致富和(he)經濟(ji)社會(hui)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)具(ju)有(you)重要(yao)意義。
