經過近4個小時(shi)的混凝(ning)土澆注,7月18日下(xia)午4點(dian)58分,由中國中鐵大(da)橋(qiao)局(ju)承建的湛江調(diao)順(shun)跨(kua)海大(da)橋(qiao)西主塔(ta)成功封(feng)(feng)(feng)頂(東主塔(ta)于7月17日封(feng)(feng)(feng)頂),至(zhi)此,大(da)橋(qiao)兩個主塔(ta)全部(bu)封(feng)(feng)(feng)頂,預計年底拉通。
調順(shun)跨(kua)海(hai)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)是湛江市首個(ge)PPP項目,為廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)重點(dian)工(gong)程。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)位(wei)于廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)湛江市北(bei)部,跨(kua)越(yue)湛江灣連接湛江市調順(shun)島及(ji)海(hai)東(dong)新區,全(quan)長約9.36公里。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)主(zhu)橋(qiao)為雙塔雙索面(mian)斜(xie)拉橋(qiao),全(quan)長591米,主(zhu)跨(kua)296米,索塔為門(men)形。整幅橋(qiao)面(mian)寬(kuan)37.5米,雙向6車道。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)主(zhu)塔高136.9米,相當(dang)于50層(ceng)樓的高度。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)中,中鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)局超(chao)前謀劃、精心組織,攻克了(le)地質條件復雜,潮(chao)汐(xi)頻繁、潮(chao)差(cha)流速大(da)(da),大(da)(da)體積混(hun)凝土澆注,塔梁同(tong)步施(shi)(shi)工(gong)等一系列難題(ti)。
在(zai)大(da)(da)橋主墩基礎鋼(gang)護筒(tong)(tong)施工(gong)中,因鋼(gang)護筒(tong)(tong)長度長、重量(liang)大(da)(da)、垂直度要(yao)求高、插(cha)打難度極大(da)(da),為保障樁身整體質量(liang),項目部(bu)(bu)運用“十(shi)字交會法(fa)”,采用打樁船插(cha)打鋼(gang)護筒(tong)(tong),保證了(le)垂直度在(zai)千分之三(san)以(yi)內。項目部(bu)(bu)還攻關改良了(le)鉆孔樁鉆機“新鉆頭(tou)”,并采用鋼(gang)筋籠內外籠分開下放的新工(gong)藝,讓單根樁基從平臺到成孔工(gong)期由15天縮短至5天。
由于大橋為(wei)跨海(hai)大橋,為(wei)確(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量,主(zhu)(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)與港珠澳大橋一樣的(de)(de)環氧鋼筋、C55海(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)高(gao)性能混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu),外(wai)表面(mian)均涂裝防腐(fu)(fu)材料(liao)。為(wei)減少環氧鋼筋在運輸過程(cheng)中損壞,項(xiang)目部(bu)專設(she)一間鋼筋加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠,把加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)環氧鋼筋的(de)(de)專家和(he)機械從中山(shan)“搬到”施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場,現(xian)做現(xian)用(yong)(yong),確(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)大橋防腐(fu)(fu)標準(zhun)(zhun)滿足(zu)設(she)計要求。大橋主(zhu)(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)共(gong)分24節澆(jiao)筑,為(wei)了讓(rang)主(zhu)(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)快(kuai)速(su)(su)安全地“長高(gao)”,項(xiang)目部(bu)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)液壓爬模施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術,合理布置大型(xing)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)吊;采(cai)用(yong)(yong)BIM技(ji)(ji)術進(jin)行仿真施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)模擬,并通(tong)過測量精(jing)準(zhun)(zhun)定位、監(jian)控線型(xing)檢測技(ji)(ji)術、使用(yong)(yong)環氧鋼筋、混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)摻加(jia)(jia)疏水化合孔(kong)栓物(wu)等新材料(liao)、新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),確(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)了塔(ta)(ta)(ta)柱(zhu)的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全和(he)質(zhi)量;通(tong)過細化塔(ta)(ta)(ta)柱(zhu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)責任矩陣,強化工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)銜接,優化人力資源(yuan)配置,將原(yuan)本7天(tian)1節的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度提高(gao)至5天(tian)1節,確(que)(que)保(bao)(bao)了塔(ta)(ta)(ta)柱(zhu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)度。
調順跨海大(da)橋(qiao)作為(wei)湛江“一(yi)灣(wan)兩岸”的重(zhong)要連接載體(ti)(ti),是湛江的城市地(di)(di)標。大(da)橋(qiao)是國(guo)(guo)內首(shou)座(zuo)以(yi)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)文化(hua)和(he)地(di)(di)方(fang)文化(hua)為(wei)設計(ji)理念的橋(qiao)梁,主塔設計(ji)以(yi)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)紅(hong)為(wei)主色(se),橋(qiao)塔上部采用(yong)新(xin)中(zhong)式簡約手法,以(yi)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)傳(chuan)統(tong)印(yin)章作為(wei)設計(ji)靈感(gan),篆體(ti)(ti)書寫(xie)“調順”二字(zi),整體(ti)(ti)構筑(zhu)物的色(se)彩運用(yong)和(he)概念意向都表達了對中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)傳(chuan)統(tong)文化(hua)的傳(chuan)承與(yu)發展(zhan)。其以(yi)“風調雨(yu)順,湛江紅(hong)門”為(wei)主題,集交通(tong)要道、海灣(wan)景觀等于(yu)一(yi)體(ti)(ti),建成后將成為(wei)湛江灣(wan)上一(yi)座(zuo)堪稱“實力與(yu)顏值擔當”的地(di)(di)標式橋(qiao)梁。
調順跨海大(da)(da)橋是(shi)湛(zhan)江市路網規劃中灣區(qu)內環(huan)的(de)(de)北(bei)線(xian)組(zu)成部分,將(jiang)成為湛(zhan)江市區(qu)與海東(dong)(dong)新區(qu)的(de)(de)重要連接紐帶,對(dui)(dui)推動湛(zhan)江迅速(su)融入(ru)、對(dui)(dui)接、服務粵港澳大(da)(da)灣區(qu),助(zhu)力廣東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)東(dong)(dong)部海洋新城建設,加(jia)快廣東(dong)(dong)粵西(xi)片(pian)區(qu)經濟快速(su)發(fa)展具有重要作用。
