近(jin)日,由中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵建所屬(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)鐵十二局承建的(de)彌(勒)蒙(自)鐵路(lu)重(zhong)點控制性工程開遠(yuan)隧道比計劃工期提(ti)前60天貫通。
彌蒙鐵(tie)路是(shi)中越(yue)國(guo)際大通(tong)道的重(zhong)要組(zu)成部分,線(xian)路北起云(yun)桂鐵(tie)路彌勒站,止于紅河州州府蒙自市(shi),正線(xian)全長107公里(li),設計時速250公里(li)。開遠隧(sui)道位于云(yun)南省開遠市(shi),是(shi)全線(xian)首(shou)座貫通(tong)的Ⅰ級高(gao)風險隧(sui)道,為單洞雙線(xian)隧(sui)道,全長1660米,全隧(sui)均(jun)為淺埋地(di)(di)段,洞身穿越(yue)可溶巖地(di)(di)層(ceng),局部地(di)(di)段穿越(yue)膨脹(zhang)土地(di)(di)層(ceng)。此外,隧(sui)道依(yi)次下(xia)穿鎖蒙高(gao)速公路、在建物(wu)(wu)流園(yuan)區(qu)、323國(guo)道等(deng)既有構筑物(wu)(wu)及鄰近(jin)別墅區(qu)等(deng),施工難度大。
施工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中,該公司采用“三臺階臨時(shi)仰拱法(fa)和預留(liu)核(he)心(xin)土”施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)、中管棚超前支護以及(ji)徑向注漿固結等措(cuo)施,先后(hou)攻(gong)克(ke)了超淺埋(mai)、地(di)表沉(chen)降量(liang)大(da)和初支變(bian)形(xing)大(da)等施工(gong)(gong)(gong)難題;同時(shi),針對(dui)長大(da)隧道(dao)明(ming)洞施工(gong)(gong)(gong)特點,創新使用高鐵隧道(dao)長距離(li)明(ming)洞襯砌(qi)成套裝備施工(gong)(gong)(gong),形(xing)成了安全系數高、結構(gou)整體性好、襯砌(qi)質(zhi)量(liang)可靠的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)。
