近日,由中(zhong)國鐵建(jian)所屬中(zhong)鐵十(shi)二局承(cheng)建(jian)的彌(mi)(勒)蒙(自)鐵路重(zhong)點(dian)控制性工(gong)程(cheng)開遠隧道(dao)比計(ji)劃工(gong)期提前(qian)60天貫通(tong)。
彌(mi)蒙鐵(tie)路是中越(yue)國際大通道(dao)的重要組成部分(fen),線路北起云桂(gui)鐵(tie)路彌(mi)勒站,止于紅河州州府蒙自市,正線全長(chang)107公里,設(she)計時速(su)250公里。開遠隧道(dao)位于云南省(sheng)開遠市,是全線首座貫通的Ⅰ級高風(feng)險隧道(dao),為單洞雙線隧道(dao),全長(chang)1660米,全隧均為淺埋地段,洞身穿越(yue)可溶巖地層,局(ju)部地段穿越(yue)膨脹土地層。此外,隧道(dao)依次下穿鎖(suo)蒙高速(su)公路、在建物流園區(qu)、323國道(dao)等(deng)既(ji)有(you)構筑(zhu)物及鄰近別(bie)墅區(qu)等(deng),施工難度大。
施工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中,該公司(si)采用“三臺(tai)階臨(lin)時仰拱(gong)法和預留核心土”施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法、中管棚(peng)超前(qian)支護以及徑向注(zhu)漿固結(jie)等(deng)措施,先后(hou)攻克了超淺埋(mai)、地(di)表沉降(jiang)量(liang)大(da)和初(chu)支變形大(da)等(deng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)難題;同時,針對長大(da)隧道(dao)明洞施工(gong)(gong)(gong)特點(dian),創新(xin)使(shi)用高鐵(tie)隧道(dao)長距離明洞襯砌(qi)成(cheng)套裝(zhuang)備(bei)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),形成(cheng)了安(an)全(quan)系數(shu)高、結(jie)構整體性好(hao)、襯砌(qi)質量(liang)可靠的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法。
