12月(yue)19日,白鶴灘泄(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞(dong)主體工程(cheng)完工。據悉(xi),該水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站共布置三(san)(san)條無(wu)壓泄(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞(dong),是目前世界最大(da)的無(wu)壓泄(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞(dong)群。每(mei)條泄(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞(dong)由進水(shui)(shui)塔、無(wu)壓洞(dong)身段(上平段及(ji)龍落(luo)尾)、出(chu)口挑流鼻坎(kan)及(ji)通風補(bu)氣系(xi)統組成。三(san)(san)條泄(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞(dong)最大(da)泄(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)水(shui)(shui)量約(yue)每(mei)秒1.2萬立(li)方米(mi),只需18分鐘就能灌滿整個西湖,流速更是達到每(mei)秒47米(mi),在泄(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)設施建造史上位(wei)列前茅。

泄(xie)洪洞(dong)是水(shui)電工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中承(cheng)擔泄(xie)洪任務的建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)物。受高(gao)速(su)水(shui)流(liu)空化、氣蝕影響,泄(xie)洪建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)物是電站(zhan)運(yun)行期間最易出現(xian)破壞的工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)部位(wei),多年來行業內一直在探索水(shui)工(gong)(gong)隧洞(dong)高(gao)質(zhi)量混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)襯砌(qi)的可(ke)能(neng),卻始(shi)終未(wei)能(neng)取得突破。白鶴灘(tan)水(shui)電站(zhan)泄(xie)洪洞(dong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)首(shou)次實現(xian)全過流(liu)面澆筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)低坍落度混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu),并(bing)研發(fa)基于薄(bo)壁結構襯砌(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)的智能(neng)溫控技術,解決了(le)襯砌(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)“無(wu)襯不(bu)裂”的世界難題,發(fa)明“施(shi)工(gong)(gong)縫(feng)無(wu)縫(feng)銜接(jie)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)”等一系(xi)列(lie)創新工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),徹(che)底解決了(le)襯砌(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量頑(wan)疾(ji),過流(liu)面達到了(le)2米靠(kao)尺檢查(cha)不(bu)平整(zheng)度小于3毫米的標準,實現(xian)了(le)體型(xing)精準、平整(zheng)光滑、無(wu)缺陷,養護狀(zhuang)態下(xia)呈現(xian)鏡(jing)面映射效果,在業界被譽(yu)為“鏡(jing)面混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)”,確保了(le)泄(xie)洪建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)物運(yun)行期安(an)全,成為白鶴灘(tan)水(shui)電站(zhan)世界一流(liu)精品工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的一張名片。

白鶴灘泄洪洞工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)主體工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)順利完工(gong)(gong),凝(ning)結(jie)著所有參(can)(can)建者的(de)智慧和(he)汗(han)水(shui)(shui)。以泄洪洞龍(long)落(luo)(luo)(luo)尾段(duan)為(wei)例,在(zai)(zai)短短的(de)400米(mi)范圍內垂直落(luo)(luo)(luo)差(cha)達(da)到(dao)90米(mi),并包括三種體型(xing)、四(si)種襯砌斷面(mian),最(zui)大坡(po)度(du)達(da)到(dao)23°,在(zai)(zai)如此高(gao)難度(du)的(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)部位澆筑(zhu)低(di)坍(tan)落(luo)(luo)(luo)度(du)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)在(zai)(zai)業內尚(shang)無先例。參(can)(can)建各方成(cheng)立(li)“黨員(yuan)攻關(guan)小組”積極(ji)開展技術創新,自(zi)主研(yan)發大坡(po)度(du)重(zhong)載(zai)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)運料系(xi)統(tong)和(he)大坡(po)度(du)曲面(mian)底板常(chang)態混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)成(cheng)套施工(gong)(gong)裝備(bei),與之前已研(yan)制(zhi)成(cheng)功(gong)并投入使用的(de)高(gao)邊墻低(di)坍(tan)落(luo)(luo)(luo)度(du)上料系(xi)統(tong)、水(shui)(shui)平旋轉布料系(xi)統(tong),共同構(gou)成(cheng)了(le)巨(ju)型(xing)泄洪洞全過流面(mian)低(di)坍(tan)落(luo)(luo)(luo)度(du)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)(gong)系(xi)列化(hua)裝備(bei),為(wei)我國水(shui)(shui)電工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)裝備(bei)制(zhi)造帶來重(zhong)大革新。
白(bai)鶴灘(tan)水(shui)電站泄洪洞(dong)工程(cheng)的完(wan)工,是行業內首(shou)次實現水(shui)工隧洞(dong)襯砌混凝土的無缺陷建造,提(ti)高了襯砌混凝土質量標準。建造過程(cheng)中各項(xiang)技(ji)術均達到(dao)世界領(ling)先水(shui)平,再一(yi)次為填補世界水(shui)電建設技(ji)術空白(bai)提(ti)供了中國(guo)智慧。
