12月(yue)19日,白鶴灘(tan)泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)(dong)主體工程完工。據悉,該水(shui)電站共布(bu)置三條無壓(ya)泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)(dong),是目前(qian)世界最大(da)的無壓(ya)泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)(dong)群。每(mei)條泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)(dong)由進水(shui)塔、無壓(ya)洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)段(上平段及龍落尾)、出口挑流鼻坎及通風補氣系統組成(cheng)。三條泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)(dong)最大(da)泄(xie)(xie)水(shui)量約每(mei)秒1.2萬立方米,只(zhi)需18分鐘就能(neng)灌滿整個西(xi)湖,流速更(geng)是達到(dao)每(mei)秒47米,在泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)設施(shi)建造史上位(wei)列前(qian)茅。

泄(xie)洪洞是水(shui)電工(gong)(gong)程中承(cheng)擔泄(xie)洪任務的(de)建(jian)筑(zhu)物。受高速水(shui)流(liu)(liu)空化、氣蝕影響,泄(xie)洪建(jian)筑(zhu)物是電站運(yun)行期(qi)間最(zui)易出現破壞的(de)工(gong)(gong)程部位,多年(nian)來行業內(nei)一(yi)直在(zai)探索水(shui)工(gong)(gong)隧(sui)洞高質量混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)襯砌(qi)的(de)可能,卻(que)始終未能取得突(tu)破。白鶴(he)灘(tan)水(shui)電站泄(xie)洪洞工(gong)(gong)程首次(ci)實現全(quan)過流(liu)(liu)面澆(jiao)筑(zhu)低坍落度混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu),并研發(fa)基于薄(bo)壁結構(gou)襯砌(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)的(de)智能溫控技術,解決(jue)了(le)襯砌(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)“無襯不裂”的(de)世(shi)界(jie)難題(ti),發(fa)明“施工(gong)(gong)縫(feng)無縫(feng)銜接工(gong)(gong)藝”等(deng)一(yi)系列(lie)創新工(gong)(gong)藝,徹底解決(jue)了(le)襯砌(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)施工(gong)(gong)質量頑疾,過流(liu)(liu)面達到(dao)了(le)2米靠尺檢(jian)查不平(ping)整度小于3毫(hao)米的(de)標準,實現了(le)體型精準、平(ping)整光滑、無缺(que)陷(xian),養護狀態下呈現鏡面映射(she)效果,在(zai)業界(jie)被譽(yu)為(wei)“鏡面混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)”,確保了(le)泄(xie)洪建(jian)筑(zhu)物運(yun)行期(qi)安全(quan),成(cheng)為(wei)白鶴(he)灘(tan)水(shui)電站世(shi)界(jie)一(yi)流(liu)(liu)精品工(gong)(gong)程的(de)一(yi)張名片。

白鶴灘泄(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)順利完工(gong)(gong),凝結(jie)著所有參建者的(de)智慧(hui)和汗水(shui)。以泄(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)龍落尾段為例(li),在短(duan)短(duan)的(de)400米(mi)范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)垂(chui)直(zhi)落差達到90米(mi),并(bing)包括三種(zhong)(zhong)體(ti)(ti)型(xing)(xing)、四種(zhong)(zhong)襯(chen)砌斷面,最(zui)大坡(po)度(du)達到23°,在如此高(gao)(gao)難度(du)的(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)部位澆筑低坍落度(du)混(hun)凝土在業內(nei)尚無先例(li)。參建各(ge)方成(cheng)立(li)“黨員攻關小組”積極開展技術創新,自主(zhu)研(yan)發大坡(po)度(du)重載自動化運料(liao)系(xi)統和大坡(po)度(du)曲面底板常態混(hun)凝土成(cheng)套施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)備,與之(zhi)前已研(yan)制(zhi)成(cheng)功并(bing)投入使用的(de)高(gao)(gao)邊墻低坍落度(du)上料(liao)系(xi)統、水(shui)平旋轉布(bu)料(liao)系(xi)統,共同(tong)構成(cheng)了巨型(xing)(xing)泄(xie)洪(hong)洞(dong)全過流面低坍落度(du)混(hun)凝土施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)系(xi)列化裝(zhuang)備,為我(wo)國水(shui)電工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)裝(zhuang)備制(zhi)造帶來重大革新。
白(bai)鶴灘水電(dian)站泄(xie)洪洞(dong)工(gong)程的完工(gong),是(shi)行(xing)業內(nei)首次實現(xian)水工(gong)隧洞(dong)襯(chen)砌(qi)混凝(ning)土的無缺陷建造(zao),提(ti)高(gao)了襯(chen)砌(qi)混凝(ning)土質量標準。建造(zao)過程中(zhong)各項(xiang)技(ji)術均達(da)到世界領先(xian)水平,再(zai)一(yi)次為填補世界水電(dian)建設技(ji)術空白(bai)提(ti)供了中(zhong)國智慧(hui)。
