2020年(nian)12月(yue)29日(ri),經過(guo)43個月(yue)的艱苦奮戰,由中(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)二(er)院勘(kan)察設計、中(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)二(er)局承建的鄭(zheng)萬高鐵(tie)重慶段(duan)重難點控制性工(gong)程香樹灣(wan)隧道(dao)(dao)順(shun)利貫通。至此,鄭(zheng)萬高鐵(tie)重慶段(duan)27.5座隧道(dao)(dao)全(quan)部貫通,標志著鄭(zheng)萬高鐵(tie)工(gong)程建設取(qu)得重要突破,為2021年(nian)全(quan)線通車(che)奠定堅實基礎。
鄭萬(wan)高(gao)鐵全線長度818公里,重(zhong)慶段(duan)全長184公里,是我(wo)國第一條橋隧(sui)比超過90%的(de)復(fu)雜險峻(jun)山區(qu)高(gao)速鐵路,設(she)計最高(gao)時速350公里/時,為單洞雙線鐵路。此次(ci)重(zhong)慶段(duan)最后貫通的(de)香樹灣隧(sui)道橫穿(chuan)重(zhong)慶市巫山縣(xian)與(yu)湖北省巴東縣(xian),全長12474.5米。
香樹灣隧道地(di)質(zhi)條(tiao)件復雜多變(bian),隧區穿(chuan)越卵石土(tu)、坡崩(beng)積塊(kuai)石土(tu)、坡殘(can)積粉質(zhi)粘土(tu)等(deng)地(di)層,且存在順(shun)層及順(shun)層偏壓、巖堆等(deng)不良地(di)質(zhi),最大涌水量達12400m3/d,施(shi)工中(zhong)變(bian)形坍(tan)塌風(feng)險突出,施(shi)工難度大、安(an)全風(feng)險高。
建設過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)二局通(tong)過加強綜(zong)合(he)超(chao)前地質預(yu)報(bao)和監控量測、優(you)化(hua)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案、強化(hua)過程管控等舉措(cuo),全力保障隧(sui)道(dao)安(an)全貫通(tong);同(tong)時,通(tong)過實施(shi)(shi)“大(da)斷面(mian)機械化(hua)快(kuai)速開挖(wa)”“隧(sui)道(dao)快(kuai)速協同(tong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)”等施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)法(fa),并在(zai)過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)及時調整工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)循環(huan)、加強資源(yuan)配置、多(duo)作(zuo)(zuo)業面(mian)達到(dao)隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)平行流水作(zuo)(zuo)業,成功攻(gong)克了大(da)斷面(mian)軟弱(ruo)圍巖快(kuai)速施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)織(zhi)技(ji)術(shu),在(zai)時速350公里高鐵(tie)大(da)斷面(mian)軟弱(ruo)圍巖隧(sui)道(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)創下了多(duo)作(zuo)(zuo)業面(mian)連續9個月單口月綜(zong)合(he)成洞均超(chao)100米的(de)良好紀錄。
由于(yu)隧道(dao)內(nei)最高(gao)(gao)溫度(du)達40攝氏度(du)以(yi)上,作業(ye)環境惡劣,高(gao)(gao)溫、潮濕持(chi)續(xu)考(kao)驗著施工人員。為改善作業(ye)環境,項目(mu)部每天(tian)在(zai)3個隧道(dao)口放置6臺132千(qian)瓦的超大功(gong)率風機持(chi)續(xu)接力送風,在(zai)夏季每日生產10噸(dun)左右冰塊晝(zhou)夜用(yong)于(yu)隧道(dao)內(nei)降溫,保證了施工人員和(he)機械設備的正常施工生產。
進場施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)以來,中國中鐵二局修建(jian)盤山便(bian)道(dao)30多(duo)公(gong)里,將數(shu)百萬噸工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程材料和機(ji)械設備運送到施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場;先后開辟(pi)5個掌子(zi)面進行(xing)掘進,高峰期組(zu)織(zhi)800多(duo)人晝夜不停施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong);同(tong)時,與地震、安全、質(zhi)量(liang)等檢測部門建(jian)立信息聯動機(ji)制,實現隧道(dao)內手機(ji)信號網絡和可(ke)視化(hua)監控信息化(hua)全覆蓋,為隧道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全和質(zhi)量(liang)提(ti)供了保障(zhang)。
鄭萬(wan)高鐵全線建成通車(che)后(hou),將(jiang)(jiang)極大縮短重(zhong)慶及三(san)峽(xia)庫區與華中(zhong)、華北等地(di)的(de)時(shi)空(kong)距離,屆時(shi),從重(zhong)慶主城區坐高鐵到鄭州,將(jiang)(jiang)由(you)目前的(de)8個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)縮短到4個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi),到北京(jing)最(zui)快也只需要6個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)左右。
