5月18日,國家(jia)能源集團神(shen)東煤(mei)炭科(ke)技公關項(xiang)目“基于分布式網絡保護的(de)(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)防越(yue)級跳閘關鍵技術的(de)(de)(de)研究與應用”在大柳(liu)塔(ta)煤(mei)礦順利投入使用近一(yi)(yi)個月,成功解(jie)決了越(yue)級跳閘的(de)(de)(de)問題,為供(gong)電(dian)系統(tong)安全可靠運(yun)行提供(gong)了重要保障,向智能化供(gong)電(dian)邁出(chu)了堅實的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)步。
供電(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)是煤(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)安全生產(chan)(chan)的(de)基礎保障系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),其中(zhong)越級(ji)跳閘導致大面(mian)積停(ting)電(dian)嚴重(zhong)影(ying)響礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)(jing)安全生產(chan)(chan),是一直困擾礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)(jing)供電(dian)管(guan)理人員的(de)“老大難”問題。4月中(zhong)旬“基于(yu)分布式網絡保護的(de)供電(dian)防(fang)越級(ji)跳閘關(guan)鍵技術的(de)研究與應用(yong)”率(lv)先在大柳塔煤(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)大井(jing)(jing)高壓供電(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)進(jin)行實踐。數據(ju)顯示(shi),該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)投(tou)運前(qian)3個月,越級(ji)跳閘到供電(dian)中(zhong)心的(de)地面(mian)白家渠變電(dian)所5次,而該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)投(tou)運后至今為0次。
該(gai)技(ji)術打破傳統(tong)的供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)故障(zhang)“各(ge)自(zi)為(wei)政(zheng)、獨立判(pan)(pan)別(bie)”模式,以(yi)相(xiang)互間(jian)實時(shi)共享的故障(zhang)數(shu)據(ju)為(wei)判(pan)(pan)據(ju)。供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)上下(xia)級(ji)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)識(shi)別(bie),根據(ju)故障(zhang)位置(zhi)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)分配上下(xia)級(ji)開關(guan)跳閘時(shi)間(jian),故障(zhang)定(ding)位準,速度(du)快,防越級(ji)無死(si)角。在有效解(jie)(jie)決(jue)電(dian)(dian)纜短路故障(zhang)的前提(ti)下(xia),突(tu)破了高(gao)(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)纜接地精確(que)選線(xian)和開關(guan)執行機構(gou)動(dong)(dong)作時(shi)間(jian)監測等供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)“瓶頸”問題(ti)。通過輔(fu)助選線(xian)信號(hao)源(yuan)裝置(zhi)主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)注(zhu)入的附(fu)件(jian)信號(hao),以(yi)附(fu)加信號(hao)為(wei)判(pan)(pan)據(ju),以(yi)“邊緣計(ji)算、網絡保(bao)護”防越級(ji)故障(zhang)定(ding)位技(ji)術判(pan)(pan)別(bie)接地點,判(pan)(pan)據(ju)清晰、速度(du)快,準確(que)率高(gao)(gao),實現高(gao)(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)纜接地精確(que)選線(xian)。開關(guan)動(dong)(dong)作機構(gou)動(dong)(dong)作時(shi)間(jian)在線(xian)監測預警,徹底(di)解(jie)(jie)決(jue)了越級(ji)跳閘問題(ti),極大地提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了礦井供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化水平和安全(quan)管理水平,為(wei)智能礦山建(jian)設提(ti)供(gong)(gong)了供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)安全(quan)保(bao)障(zhang)。
