2020年8月全(quan)面(mian)啟動(dong)以來,中國(guo)中車集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)“高定位、高力度(du)、高強度(du)”推(tui)進(jin)對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)行(xing)動(dong)。把(ba)(ba)“打造一(yi)流的管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)體系(xi)”納入“十四五”發展戰(zhan)略重(zhong)點目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)之(zhi)一(yi)高度(du)定位;把(ba)(ba)深化(hua)(hua)(hua)對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)行(xing)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)為“一(yi)把(ba)(ba)手”戰(zhan)略工(gong)(gong)程,建(jian)(jian)(jian)立了集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)公司主要領導掛(gua)帥(shuai)、全(quan)級次全(quan)穿(chuan)透(tou)的領導和組織體系(xi);按(an)照“強基、賦能(neng)、攀高”遞進(jin)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)路(lu)徑,建(jian)(jian)(jian)立了體系(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、矩陣式高效工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)體系(xi),全(quan)面(mian)對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)確(que)立了3342項(xiang)具體措施(shi)和成果(guo)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)清(qing)單;建(jian)(jian)(jian)立了管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)考核評價機(ji)制(zhi),把(ba)(ba)對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)任(ren)務(wu)納入集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)巡視督查,開發“中車管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)行(xing)動(dong)督辦信(xin)息系(xi)統(tong)”,高質(zhi)量推(tui)動(dong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)清(qing)單和措施(shi)落實,目(mu)(mu)前工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)清(qing)單完(wan)成率達到90%以上;建(jian)(jian)(jian)立“揭榜掛(gua)帥(shuai)”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)機(ji)制(zhi),著力打造管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)樣板(ban)工(gong)(gong)程,遴選(xuan)重(zhong)點建(jian)(jian)(jian)設集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)標(biao)(biao)(biao)桿企業(ye)17家、管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)標(biao)(biao)(biao)桿項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)64個;大力創建(jian)(jian)(jian)入選(xuan)國(guo)資委的3家標(biao)(biao)(biao)桿企業(ye)、1個標(biao)(biao)(biao)桿項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)和1個標(biao)(biao)(biao)桿模式,圍(wei)繞深化(hua)(hua)(hua)精益管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、強化(hua)(hua)(hua)科技創新、打造數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)企業(ye)等(deng)重(zhong)點,在(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)體系(xi)和管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)能(neng)力現代化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設上重(zhong)點突破。總結提(ti)(ti)煉的精益體系(xi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)標(biao)(biao)(biao)桿項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)成果(guo),獲評第二十八(ba)屆(jie)全(quan)國(guo)企業(ye)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)現代化(hua)(hua)(hua)成果(guo)一(yi)等(deng)獎。

中國(guo)(guo)中車集團深化對標管理提升,突出(chu)向(xiang)(xiang)管理要效(xiao)率、向(xiang)(xiang)管理要效(xiao)益,階段工作成(cheng)效(xiao)初步顯現(xian)。根據2021年快(kuai)報,全面完成(cheng)年度“穩增(zeng)長”目(mu)標,全員勞動生產同比增(zeng)長5.1%,在《財富》2021年最受贊賞中國(guo)(guo)公司評選中名列榜(bang)首。
