【新年開新局 奮戰“開門紅”】中國鐵建:描繪復工春耕圖 澎湃發展新動能

海內外重(zhong)大工(gong)程接(jie)連(lian)中標落地、施工(gong)現場大干(gan)如火如荼、查安全除(chu)隱患不斷深(shen)入,隨(sui)著(zhu)春天的到來,中國鐵(tie)建各單位(wei)全面復工(gong)復產,在生產經營各領(ling)域掀起“大干(gan)熱潮(chao)”。

下好經營先手棋

日(ri)前,鐵建(jian)(jian)國(guo)際中標阿(a)根廷米特(te)雷(lei)貨運鐵路阿(a)爾維(wei)爾連(lian)(lian)接線(xian)項目。該(gai)項目是中國(guo)鐵建(jian)(jian)在阿(a)根廷簽約的首個現匯項目,位于阿(a)根廷圣達菲(fei)省羅(luo)薩(sa)(sa)里(li)奧市羅(luo)薩(sa)(sa)里(li)奧港(gang)區,建(jian)(jian)成后(hou)將(jiang)與(yu)圣馬丁(ding)貨運鐵路改造(zao)項目相連(lian)(lian),并極大地縮短羅(luo)薩(sa)(sa)里(li)奧港(gang)貨物(wu)中轉時間,提升港(gang)口物(wu)流效率,降低運輸成本(ben),促進當地經濟(ji)發展。春(chun)節(jie)后(hou),中國(guo)鐵建(jian)(jian)召開(kai)年初系列會(hui)議,部署經營工(gong)(gong)作,持(chi)續優化國(guo)內“五位一體(ti)”和海外“3+5+N”經營體(ti)系,健全完(wan)善協同經營機(ji)制,取(qu)得了(le)經營工(gong)(gong)作開(kai)門紅。

中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)持續(xu)鞏固傳統市(shi)場(chang)優勢,落實各級“主陣地”和(he)大項目經(jing)(jing)營責任,確保守(shou)土(tu)有(you)責、守(shou)土(tu)盡責,穩步提升重點(dian)區域、核心城(cheng)市(shi)的市(shi)場(chang)占有(you)率。在廣東,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)十(shi)七局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)二(er)(er)十(shi)二(er)(er)局(ju)(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)標(biao)新建(jian)廣州至湛江高速(su)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)珠三角樞(shu)紐機場(chang)段站前工(gong)程(cheng);在天津(jin),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)十(shi)八局(ju)(ju)與中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)建(jian)電氣化局(ju)(ju)聯合體、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)二(er)(er)十(shi)二(er)(er)局(ju)(ju)分別中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)標(biao)新建(jian)天津(jin)至濰坊高速(su)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)天津(jin)樞(shu)紐相(xiang)關工(gong)程(cheng);在安(an)徽,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)二(er)(er)十(shi)四局(ju)(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)標(biao)新建(jian)阜陽(yang)至蒙城(cheng)至宿(su)州(淮(huai)北)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)站前工(gong)程(cheng)……中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)在全(quan)國(guo)不斷織密鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)網(wang),助力各地經(jing)(jing)濟發展進入“350”時代。

除了鐵(tie)路(lu),公(gong)路(lu)建(jian)設也在(zai)不(bu)斷延伸(shen)。在(zai)云南,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)十一局、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)十七(qi)局于近(jin)日中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)標(biao)(biao)麻彝高速公(gong)路(lu);在(zai)福建(jian),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)十四(si)局中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)標(biao)(biao)泉州白瀨(lai)水利(li)樞紐工程等級公(gong)路(lu);在(zai)安徽,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)建(jian)昆(kun)侖投(tou)(tou)資集團聯合中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)二十局、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)建(jian)投(tou)(tou)資基金(jin)管理有限(xian)公(gong)司于近(jin)日中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)標(biao)(biao)G4222和縣(xian)至襄陽高速公(gong)路(lu)和縣(xian)至含山段……中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)建(jian)積極參與各(ge)地各(ge)級公(gong)路(lu)建(jian)設,不(bu)斷完善(shan)綜(zong)合立體交(jiao)通網絡,有效服(fu)務國家重大戰略、區(qu)域協調發(fa)展(zhan)戰略實施。

服務國家(jia)重大戰略、重要(yao)部署(shu),既是責(ze)任(ren)(ren)使命,也(ye)是經(jing)營宗旨。中國鐵建不斷聚(ju)焦國家(jia)和(he)地區(qu)(qu)各項重要(yao)任(ren)(ren)務,積(ji)極打(da)造(zao)“鐵建方(fang)案”,提供“鐵建智(zhi)慧”,踐(jian)行(xing)“鐵建擔(dan)當(dang)”,推(tui)進經(jing)營工作高質量發(fa)展。踐(jian)行(xing)鄉村(cun)振(zhen)興戰略,中國鐵建大橋(qiao)局(ju)承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)新建西安至(zhi)延(yan)安鐵路(lu)西安至(zhi)銅川段西安樞紐(niu)聯絡(luo)線1標(biao)(biao)建設任(ren)(ren)務,繼續鞏固(gu)拓展革(ge)命老(lao)區(qu)(qu)脫貧攻(gong)堅成(cheng)果,全面(mian)推(tui)進鄉村(cun)振(zhen)興,形成(cheng)西部大開發(fa)新格局(ju);服務“一帶一路(lu)”建設,中鐵十(shi)二(er)局(ju)于(yu)近(jin)日(ri)牽頭(tou)承(cheng)(cheng)攬湟源至(zhi)西海公(gong)路(lu),打(da)造(zao)通往中亞、南亞國家(jia)陸路(lu)口岸(an)以及進入新疆的快速陸路(lu)通道;錨定(ding)山(shan)東省(sheng)新舊動(dong)能轉換,中國鐵建港(gang)(gang)航局(ju)繼2022年中標(biao)(biao)煙(yan)臺港(gang)(gang)龍(long)口港(gang)(gang)區(qu)(qu)南作業區(qu)(qu)通用、液散泊位(wei)工程(cheng)后,再次中標(biao)(biao)煙(yan)臺港(gang)(gang)龍(long)口港(gang)(gang)區(qu)(qu)南作業區(qu)(qu)2號、3號通用泊位(wei)工程(cheng)采購施工總承(cheng)(cheng)包(bao)(PC)項目,助推(tui)煙(yan)臺市加快推(tui)進港(gang)(gang)口產業結構升(sheng)級。

吹響生產沖鋒號

“生(sheng)產端效率效益(yi)(yi)代表著企業(ye)核心競爭力,要(yao)進一步加快發展智(zhi)慧建(jian)(jian)造,推行(xing)精益(yi)(yi)化管理,降(jiang)低生(sheng)產要(yao)素(su)成(cheng)本,加強重難點項目管控(kong),增強創譽創效能力。”這(zhe)是中(zhong)國(guo)鐵建(jian)(jian)在年(nian)初系列會(hui)議上達成(cheng)的共識。中(zhong)國(guo)鐵建(jian)(jian)以(yi)(yi)智(zhi)慧建(jian)(jian)造促升(sheng)級,以(yi)(yi)精益(yi)(yi)管理增效益(yi)(yi),重點重抓穩(wen)生(sheng)產,各(ge)個區域(yu)領域(yu)迎來重要(yao)突破。

近日,滬渝蓉高(gao)鐵(tie)五峰至恩施段(duan)開工建設(she)(she),由鐵(tie)四院承擔的國(guo)家重點研發計劃項(xiang)目《陸路(lu)(lu)交通(tong)基(ji)(ji)礎設(she)(she)施智能(neng)化設(she)(she)計共性(xing)關鍵技術》北斗(dou)星基(ji)(ji)增強系統在(zai)該(gai)(gai)項(xiang)目應(ying)用。這是北斗(dou)星基(ji)(ji)定位技術首(shou)次應(ying)用于鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)智能(neng)勘測領域。該(gai)(gai)技術可解決復雜山區(qu)沿線路(lu)(lu)段(duan)大(da)范圍連續(xu)定位難題,進一步(bu)提高(gao)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)勘測效率與技術水(shui)平。

在(zai)(zai)南沙中國鐵建環(huan)球中心(xin)(xin)1號(hao)(hao)樓(lou),“YOGO外賣機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)”正(zheng)式“上崗”。如今(jin)的(de)(de)中國鐵建環(huan)球中心(xin)(xin)1號(hao)(hao)樓(lou)相當于一個物(wu)聯網(wang)系統,在(zai)(zai)引(yin)入(ru)智(zhi)能機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)后(hou),工作人(ren)員對樓(lou)棟內的(de)(de)閘(zha)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)等(deng)都進行了改造。當機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)準備搭乘電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)時,會(hui)自動(dong)向電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)內的(de)(de)通信模塊(kuai)發(fa)送(song)呼叫信息,云(yun)端(duan)平(ping)臺(tai)隨即發(fa)送(song)指令告(gao)訴機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren),判斷最優乘梯(ti)(ti)路線,而機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)配備的(de)(de)攝像頭、傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi),則會(hui)根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)內人(ren)數,綜合決策是否要搭乘這(zhe)臺(tai)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti),在(zai)(zai)等(deng)待電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)到位開門后(hou)進入(ru)。而對于在(zai)(zai)中國鐵建環(huan)球中心(xin)(xin)1號(hao)(hao)樓(lou)的(de)(de)上班(ban)族來說,跟機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)一起(qi)擠電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)、享受機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)在(zai)(zai)樓(lou)宇中提(ti)供各種服務的(de)(de)人(ren)機(ji)(ji)(ji)共(gong)融生活場(chang)景(jing),以后(hou)也將成為常態。

中國鐵(tie)建緊盯重點(dian)區域、重大工程、重要(yao)節點(dian),推(tui)進現場(chang)施工順利(li)進行。

日(ri)前(qian),在中(zhong)鐵十四局承建的南玉鐵路控制性(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程六律邕江特大橋(qiao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang),亞洲(zhou)在用承重最(zui)大、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)節段最(zui)長的懸臂(bei)灌注造(zao)橋(qiao)機正在進(jin)行跨越江面施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。100余名建設者分工(gong)(gong)(gong)配(pei)合,駕駛著這個“巨無霸”穩步(bu)推(tui)進(jin)現(xian)場(chang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。這是中(zhong)國(guo)鐵建搶(qiang)抓(zhua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)黃金期,推(tui)進(jin)在建項目全(quan)面大干的一個縮影。

2月14日,隨著(zhu)火(huo)車一(yi)(yi)聲(sheng)鳴笛,首列滿(man)載(zai)144根從波蘭(lan)進口(kou)的(de)120米長軌(gui)(gui)(gui)的(de)火(huo)車,順利到達塞爾維亞歷史(shi)上第一(yi)(yi)座鋪(pu)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)基地(di)——中(zhong)鐵十一(yi)(yi)局薩耶羅沃鋪(pu)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)基地(di),標志著(zhu)該鋪(pu)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)基地(di)正式進入存軌(gui)(gui)(gui)階段,為(wei)后(hou)續(xu)鋪(pu)軌(gui)(gui)(gui)施工(gong)創(chuang)造了有利條(tiao)件。

2月16日(ri),經過40余名工(gong)人3天3夜(ye)的(de)緊張組裝調試(shi),山東(dong)省(sheng)目前直(zhi)徑最(zui)小盾構機“沂(yi)蒙一號(hao)”正式始發穿(chuan)越祊河段,由中(zhong)鐵(tie)十五局承建(jian)的(de)山東(dong)國能(neng)(neng)費縣熱源(yuan)長輸(shu)(shu)供(gong)熱管網工(gong)程“腸梗(geng)阻(zu)”即(ji)將攻克。該項(xiang)目建(jian)成后,通過大(da)溫差(cha)技術實(shi)現熱源(yuan)高(gao)效(xiao)傳(chuan)輸(shu)(shu),可向臨沂(yi)北部城區(qu)提供(gong)最(zui)大(da)供(gong)熱能(neng)(neng)力約3000萬平方(fang)米,徹底(di)解決城區(qu)集中(zhong)供(gong)熱熱源(yuan)不(bu)足難題(ti)。

2月21日,中鐵十四(si)局參與建設的廣澳區鐵路(lu)取得(de)階段性進展,用(yong)于該(gai)鐵路(lu)汕頭海灣隧道的“鮀島號”盾構(gou)機下線,將挑戰穿越該(gai)隧道地層11處(chu)斷(duan)裂帶。

此外,在北疆雪(xue)國(guo),中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)建大(da)(da)(da)橋局(ju)承建的(de)(de)黑河公路口岸聯檢設施(shi)工(gong)程正式(shi)實行運輸工(gong)具雙(shuang)向通關。在秦(qin)嶺深(shen)處,中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十一局(ju)承建的(de)(de)天竺山一號隧道已累計掘(jue)(jue)進突破4100米大(da)(da)(da)關。建設者在進口、出口相向掘(jue)(jue)進的(de)(de)基礎上(shang),于隧道中(zhong)間增設斜(xie)井,全力加快(kuai)施(shi)工(gong)進度。在海南,中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十二局(ju)承建的(de)(de)海南東(dong)寨港(三江(jiang)灣)生態修復(fu)項目火熱開工(gong)……中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)建的(de)(de)勞動號子響徹大(da)(da)(da)江(jiang)南北,神(shen)州大(da)(da)(da)地上(shang),上(shang)演著(zhu)火熱的(de)(de)大(da)(da)(da)干景象。

搶耕安全責任田

一年春(chun)作手(shou),萬(wan)事行為先。新年伊始,中國鐵建各單位認真規劃全年安全生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)作,開(kai)展(zhan)好安全生產(chan)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)“第(di)一課”,確保新的一年現場施工(gong)(gong)起步(bu)開(kai)局(ju)順利,切實(shi)做到復工(gong)(gong)復產(chan)“不負春(chun)”。

天(tian)津(jin)港集疏運(yun)(yun)專用貨(huo)運(yun)(yun)通道項(xiang)目是服務京津(jin)冀(ji)協同(tong)發展(zhan),助(zhu)力實現“港城共(gong)榮”的(de)(de)(de)一項(xiang)重大工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。為順(shun)利(li)推進復(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)復(fu)(fu)產,嚴防各類安(an)全(quan)事故(gu)發生,中鐵十九局(ju)天(tian)津(jin)港貨(huo)運(yun)(yun)通道項(xiang)目部通過(guo)“開(kai)工(gong)(gong)第一課”活動(dong),向工(gong)(gong)友(you)們詳細講解(jie)復(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)注意事項(xiang),切(qie)實將安(an)全(quan)生產工(gong)(gong)作抓(zhua)早、抓(zhua)細、抓(zhua)實,凝心(xin)聚力奮戰“開(kai)門紅”。活動(dong)以(yi)“視頻+展(zhan)板+講解(jie)+互動(dong)”的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式,圍繞企業復(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)復(fu)(fu)產知識、安(an)全(quan)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)典型(xing)案(an)例、常見安(an)全(quan)隱患、新(xin)職工(gong)(gong)三級安(an)全(quan)教(jiao)育(yu)等內容,分析節后(hou)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)風險,提出科(ke)學有效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)應對措施(shi)。“兩小時的(de)(de)(de)培訓(xun),內容通俗易(yi)懂,對我們挺有幫助(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)”,項(xiang)目辦公室女職工(gong)(gong)張(zhang)榕明說。

在(zai)(zai)“北緯一度”的海濱之城,馬(ma)來(lai)西亞(ya)新山加(jia)冕廣場(chang)項目(mu)(mu)團隊通過精心策劃,密切組織協調,已(yi)經早早復(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)復(fu)產。該項目(mu)(mu)是(shi)中鐵建設在(zai)(zai)馬(ma)來(lai)西亞(ya)的第(di)二(er)個超高層(ceng)項目(mu)(mu),是(shi)當(dang)地(di)地(di)標建筑,位于“一帶一路”沿(yan)線的重要節點(dian)之上,目(mu)(mu)前正處于幕墻、裝修、機電調試收尾階段(duan),即將迎來(lai)竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收。為了保(bao)證完美(mei)收官,項目(mu)(mu)管理人(ren)員(yuan)加(jia)強施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程監督和指導(dao),緊盯關鍵環節,開足馬(ma)力進(jin)行(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程建設。“從事電工(gong)(gong)(gong)作業,需要佩戴絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)手套(tao)、穿絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)鞋,斷(duan)電后進(jin)行(xing)作業……”每天在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)進(jin)入施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang)前,項目(mu)(mu)都會(hui)常(chang)態化開展安全(quan)教育,確保(bao)所(suo)有工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)接受“全(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)、無死(si)角(jiao)”的安全(quan)教育培訓,持續提高安全(quan)意識。

在中鐵十四局(ju)鹽豐快速通(tong)道(二期(qi))工(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)檢(jian)(jian)查專班剛(gang)剛(gang)完(wan)成(cheng)對(dui)全(quan)(quan)(quan)線的安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)大檢(jian)(jian)查。他們在復產(chan)(chan)之(zhi)初積極開展安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)教育培(pei)訓,提(ti)升(sheng)管理人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)新年安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產(chan)(chan)精氣神,對(dui)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)現(xian)場的安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)隱患及時進(jin)行全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)查找并一一銷號(hao),解決現(xian)場施工(gong)(gong)的“后顧之(zhi)憂(you)”。據悉(xi),該(gai)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)剛(gang)剛(gang)獲評2022年江(jiang)蘇省公路水運(yun)工(gong)(gong)程平安(an)工(gong)(gong)地(di)建設省級“示范工(gong)(gong)地(di)”,這也(ye)為項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)全(quan)(quan)(quan)體人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)注入(ru)了新年抓生產(chan)(chan)管安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)的嶄(zhan)新動力(li)。“目(mu)前(qian),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)正在全(quan)(quan)(quan)力(li)進(jin)行橋面(mian)系鋪裝和護(hu)欄(lan)施工(gong)(gong),力(li)爭在10月(yue)完(wan)成(cheng)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)建設。”該(gai)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)負責(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)表示。

此外,中國鐵(tie)建各(ge)單位還通過(guo)開(kai)展(zhan)安全演練、安全督導組(zu)進工(gong)地等(deng)形式,不斷把安全工(gong)作盯緊做實,為現場施(shi)工(gong)保駕護航(hang)。
