7月7日,南方電網統調負荷今年第5次創新高,達到13360萬千瓦,比去年最高負荷增長3%。廣東電網統調負荷今年第8次創新高,首次突破9000萬千瓦,達到9021萬千瓦,比去年最高負荷增長7.3%。目前,全網運行穩定,電力供應充足,廣東未發生錯峰限電現象。
今年以來,廣東(dong)(dong)全省(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力供(gong)需形勢(shi)平穩,5月(yue)底開始出(chu)現持(chi)續濕(shi)熱高溫天氣,全網負荷快速攀升(sheng)。面(mian)對持(chi)續上升(sheng)的負荷需求,南方(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司采取多(duo)項(xiang)措施(shi)全力做(zuo)好供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保障服務:一是(shi)抓好電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網風(feng)險(xian)防控(kong)措施(shi)落實(shi)(shi),加(jia)強西(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)東(dong)(dong)送通道和各省(sheng)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)設備運行(xing)維護,超前制定應急預案(an),確(que)保電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力可靠供(gong)應。二是(shi)盡最(zui)大(da)能(neng)力消納云南富余水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),上半年完成西(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)東(dong)(dong)送電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量631億(yi)千瓦時,同比增長15%,超計劃78億(yi)千瓦時。三是(shi)做(zuo)好用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)服務。全面(mian)落實(shi)(shi)客戶(hu)經理制,跟蹤服務重(zhong)(zhong)點用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目及(ji)(ji)大(da)客戶(hu),協調(diao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網建設、業擴(kuo)報裝、停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理及(ji)(ji)搶(qiang)修復電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)等問(wen)題,保證客戶(hu)“早用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、用(yong)好電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、少(shao)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、快復電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”。落實(shi)(shi)“一企(qi)一案(an)”,對廣東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)181家大(da)型骨干企(qi)業用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)特點、發展需求等進行(xing)摸底調(diao)查(cha),收集并(bing)解決各類(lei)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)問(wen)題237個。四是(shi)加(jia)強需求側管理,繼續強化(hua)有(you)序用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理,細化(hua)有(you)序用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)案(an),優先(xian)保障居民生(sheng)活及(ji)(ji)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)用(yong)戶(hu)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
