1月25日,由中國地質科學院礦產資源研究所與中石油青海油田合作鉆探的柴達木盆地第一口氣鉀預探井——氣鉀1井有兩項鉆井技術獲得重大突破,打破了柴達木盆地氣鉀勘探鉆井的技術瓶頸。
氣(qi)(qi)鉀1井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)位(wei)于柴(chai)達(da)(da)木盆(pen)地(di)(di)三湖地(di)(di)區(qu)北斜坡鹽湖構造(zao),完(wan)鉆(zhan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)深3500米(mi)。在氣(qi)(qi)鉀1井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)鉆(zhan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)過(guo)程(cheng)中,針對第(di)四系未成巖地(di)(di)層異常松散、PVC襯(chen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)保型取(qu)芯(xin)(xin)單(dan)趟進尺少及(ji)長(chang)(chang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)段(duan)封(feng)固(gu)(gu)固(gu)(gu)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)質量難以保證的(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)難題(ti),青海油田與承鉆(zhan)單(dan)位(wei)一起,通過(guo)現場實踐,研究改(gai)造(zao)發(fa)明了新(xin)式取(qu)芯(xin)(xin)工(gong)具,平均單(dan)筒取(qu)芯(xin)(xin)進尺達(da)(da)到10米(mi)以上,既(ji)保證了取(qu)芯(xin)(xin)收(shou)獲率(lv),又減(jian)少了起下(xia)(xia)鉆(zhan)次(ci)(ci)數(shu)和(he)時(shi)間,創(chuang)造(zao)了柴(chai)達(da)(da)木盆(pen)地(di)(di)取(qu)芯(xin)(xin)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)段(duan)最(zui)(zui)長(chang)(chang)、次(ci)(ci)數(shu)最(zui)(zui)多,松散地(di)(di)層取(qu)芯(xin)(xin)收(shou)獲率(lv)最(zui)(zui)高的(de)新(xin)紀(ji)錄;研發(fa)了具有混拌震(zhen)動功效(xiao)、能使水泥漿在井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)底得到二次(ci)(ci)充分(fen)攪拌和(he)充分(fen)水化的(de)CTG固(gu)(gu)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)新(xin)工(gong)具,有效(xiao)地(di)(di)解決(jue)了下(xia)(xia)套管(guan)(guan)(guan)連續(xu)灌泥漿和(he)長(chang)(chang)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)段(duan)封(feng)固(gu)(gu)的(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)瓶頸,完(wan)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)套管(guan)(guan)(guan)固(gu)(gu)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)封(feng)固(gu)(gu)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)段(duan)長(chang)(chang)達(da)(da)3500米(mi),固(gu)(gu)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)質量全井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)段(duan)優(you)質,創(chuang)造(zao)柴(chai)達(da)(da)木盆(pen)地(di)(di)一次(ci)(ci)性固(gu)(gu)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)封(feng)固(gu)(gu)井(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)段(duan)最(zui)(zui)長(chang)(chang)的(de)新(xin)紀(ji)錄。
