日前,國電(dian)科(ke)學(xue)技術研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)申報的(de)(de)科(ke)技項目“基于熱(re)能(neng)梯級利用原理的(de)(de)熱(re)電(dian)聯(lian)產供熱(re)技術優化(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)與(yu)應用”榮獲2014年中國電(dian)力科(ke)技進步一等(deng)獎,獲得了中國電(dian)機工(gong)程(cheng)學(xue)會頒發的(de)(de)證書(shu)。
電(dian)科院(yuan)高(gao)(gao)度重視(shi)火(huo)電(dian)機組節能工作(zuo),研發了(le)大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)主輔(fu)機節能技術,并得(de)到(dao)了(le)廣泛應(ying)用,取得(de)了(le)顯著節能效(xiao)益。其中“提高(gao)(gao)火(huo)電(dian)機組低負荷運(yun)行(xing)(xing)經濟性”研究成果在多臺機組上得(de)到(dao)了(le)應(ying)用,在行(xing)(xing)業內產生(sheng)了(le)較(jiao)大(da)影響。根據國家節能環保的(de)(de)(de)(de)迫切需求(qiu),2010年以來(lai)電(dian)科院(yuan)致力于熱(re)電(dian)聯產高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)供(gong)熱(re)方(fang)(fang)式方(fang)(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)研究。針(zhen)對不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)外部供(gong)熱(re)環境,結合各(ge)類型(xing)機組的(de)(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)特(te)性,提出了(le)熱(re)能深(shen)度梯級利用的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)網(wang)首站(zhan)改造技術,研制設計(ji)了(le)余熱(re)回收熱(re)能分級的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong),實現能量分級優化、混合加(jia)熱(re)、廢熱(re)回收。同時提出的(de)(de)(de)(de)拖動與采(cai)暖(nuan)(nuan)多用途動力供(gong)暖(nuan)(nuan)系(xi)統(tong)達到(dao)了(le)國際領先水平,解決了(le)長期連續(xu)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主要輔(fu)機汽(qi)動驅動小汽(qi)輪機的(de)(de)(de)(de)余熱(re)供(gong)熱(re)只能適(shi)應(ying)連續(xu)穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)工業熱(re)負荷、不(bu)適(shi)應(ying)只有季(ji)節性需求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)采(cai)暖(nuan)(nuan)熱(re)負荷難題。系(xi)統(tong)配套設計(ji)開發的(de)(de)(de)(de)寬背壓、雙(shuang)用途凝汽(qi)器,運(yun)行(xing)(xing)端差(cha)可達到(dao)2℃以下,實現低溫熱(re)網(wang)加(jia)熱(re)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能。
在(zai)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)集團的(de)推動下,該項目先后在(zai)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)濮陽熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)200兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦(wa)濕冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)、國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)榆(yu)次熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)330兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦(wa)空冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)、國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)滎陽電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)600兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦(wa)超臨界機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)和(he)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吉(ji)林(lin)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)200兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦(wa)濕冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)上完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)工程(cheng)示范。國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)濮陽電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)通過雙抽(chou)可(ke)調工業抽(chou)汽和(he)純(chun)凝(ning)/背壓切換(huan)技術改(gai)造,煤(mei)耗水平達到國(guo)(guo)內200兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦(wa)等級(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)最好水平;國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)榆(yu)次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)完(wan)成(cheng)空冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)高背壓供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)改(gai)造后,供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)期單臺機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)煤(mei)耗下降(jiang)(jiang)55克/千(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi);滎陽電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)進(jin)行引風(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)汽動與(yu)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)聯合改(gai)造后,在(zai)廠(chang)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)大幅下降(jiang)(jiang)的(de)同(tong)時(shi),實現了(le)純(chun)凝(ning)工況下煤(mei)耗下降(jiang)(jiang)0.7克/千(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi),顛(dian)覆了(le)以往(wang)對(dui)汽動引風(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)改(gai)造項目“經(jing)濟不(bu)節能(neng)”的(de)認識;吉(ji)林(lin)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)通過濕冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)低位能(neng)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)改(gai)造,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)年供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)能(neng)力增加120萬(wan)吉(ji)焦,供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)高峰(feng)期機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)煤(mei)耗下降(jiang)(jiang)106克/千(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi)。
該項目的(de)研發和應用,把我國(guo)熱電聯產技(ji)術水平提(ti)升到一個(ge)新的(de)高度,將帶(dai)動國(guo)內供熱技(ji)術改(gai)造進入(ru)一個(ge)新的(de)時期。該項技(ji)術應用推廣(guang)后,每年可(ke)以形成上億噸標煤的(de)節能量,將為(wei)國(guo)家(jia)節能減排做(zuo)出卓越(yue)貢(gong)獻(xian)。
