日(ri)前,在重慶市沙(sha)坪壩區鳳鳴(ming)山工(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)(di)上,中國(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)建重工(gong)(gong)(gong)集團自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)研制的(de)單護盾TBM——領航1號成(cheng)功始發。這(zhe)是國(guo)(guo)內自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)研制的(de)單護盾TBM首次用于城市地(di)(di)鐵(tie)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
據悉,重(zhong)慶軌道(dao)交通(tong)環(huan)(huan)線(xian)設(she)站33座,全長約51公(gong)里(li),作為(wei)重(zhong)慶市(shi)軌道(dao)交通(tong)線(xian)網(wang)的重(zhong)要組成(cheng)(cheng)部分,具有重(zhong)要的連接功能(neng),是線(xian)網(wang)中最重(zhong)要的骨干線(xian)路,計劃于(yu)2017年建成(cheng)(cheng)通(tong)車。根據重(zhong)慶地鐵(tie)(tie)地質(zhi)以砂質(zhi)泥(ni)巖、砂巖及泥(ni)質(zhi)粉(fen)砂巖為(wei)主(zhu)的情況(kuang),鐵(tie)(tie)建重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)設(she)計的這(zhe)臺單(dan)護(hu)盾(dun)TBM是首次在國內(nei)用于(yu)城市(shi)地鐵(tie)(tie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),與盾(dun)構法(fa)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)相(xiang)比,單(dan)護(hu)盾(dun)TBM解決了原盾(dun)構法(fa)稀渣(zha)(zha)外(wai)運(yun)污染環(huan)(huan)境的難題,更加環(huan)(huan)保。在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝上,單(dan)護(hu)盾(dun)TBM不需要使用主(zhu)軸(zhou)承密(mi)封(feng)油脂(zhi)、泡(pao)沫(mo)劑、膨(peng)潤土等(deng)渣(zha)(zha)土改良劑,出渣(zha)(zha)效率高,工(gong)(gong)(gong)序簡化,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)速度(du)更快,同時每米可(ke)節省主(zhu)軸(zhou)承密(mi)封(feng)油脂(zhi)和泡(pao)沫(mo)劑等(deng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)材料成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)約300元,此項目3個TBM區間隧(sui)道(dao)總長約6公(gong)里(li)至7公(gong)里(li),可(ke)減少施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)約200萬元。
專家認為,鐵(tie)建重工將單護(hu)盾(dun)TBM用(yong)于城市地鐵(tie)施工,除(chu)了在環保(bao)、經濟(ji)上(shang)都有顯著的(de)效果外,還拓寬了國內單護(hu)盾(dun)TBM的(de)應(ying)用(yong)領域。
