5月28日,國(guo)內(nei)首個“內(nei)橋(qiao)”型接線雙回路供電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)110千伏移(yi)動(dong)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)在浙江杭(hang)州110千伏五(wu)福變(bian)(bian)正式(shi)投運,成功(gong)應用(yong)于市區(qu)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)改造(zao)升級工程。這座由五(wu)個白(bai)色箱子組成的(de)移(yi)動(dong)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),創新(xin)采用(yong)雙回路供電(dian)(dian)(dian)和插(cha)拔式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜頭,提高了移(yi)動(dong)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)可(ke)靠性和應急處理響應速(su)度。
隨(sui)著杭州城區變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)投運年份增(zeng)加,老舊設備(bei)(bei)隱患逐步顯現,面臨的改造(zao)(zao)壓力與日俱增(zeng)。由于(yu)城區負(fu)荷(he)相對(dui)集中,負(fu)載率超(chao)過(guo)80%的變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)較(jiao)多(duo),依(yi)托現有電(dian)(dian)網(wang)轉移(yi)負(fu)荷(he)難度較(jiao)大(da),即使部分變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)可(ke)依(yi)托配網(wang)轉移(yi)負(fu)荷(he),改造(zao)(zao)期間(jian)配網(wang)也將承(cheng)受很(hen)大(da)的運行壓力。改造(zao)(zao)期間(jian)非(fei)正常供電(dian)(dian)方(fang)式歷時(shi)較(jiao)長,若發(fa)生設備(bei)(bei)或(huo)線路(lu)(lu)故障(zhang)(zhang)將導致整站(zhan)全(quan)停。而目前的移(yi)動(dong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)主要(yao)(yao)應用于(yu)應急搶(qiang)修,因(yin)此普遍采用“線變(bian)(bian)(bian)組”型(xing)(xing),只有單回(hui)路(lu)(lu)供電(dian)(dian)。在110千伏(fu)進線發(fa)生故障(zhang)(zhang)或(huo)遭(zao)遇外力破(po)壞(huai)時(shi),“線變(bian)(bian)(bian)組”型(xing)(xing)移(yi)動(dong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)會失電(dian)(dian),無法(fa)滿足變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)改造(zao)(zao)升級(ji)對(dui)供電(dian)(dian)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)的要(yao)(yao)求。對(dui)此,杭州供電(dian)(dian)公司研發(fa)出110千伏(fu)“內橋”型(xing)(xing)移(yi)動(dong)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan),一(yi)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)源如果失電(dian)(dian),另(ling)一(yi)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)源立刻替(ti)補供電(dian)(dian),大(da)大(da)提升了供電(dian)(dian)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)。
這(zhe)座110千(qian)伏(fu)移動變(bian)(bian)電(dian)站由車(che)(che)(che)(che)載(zai)式(shi)主(zhu)變(bian)(bian)、車(che)(che)(che)(che)載(zai)式(shi)GIS、車(che)(che)(che)(che)載(zai)式(shi)10千(qian)伏(fu)箱(xiang)式(shi)柜(ju)、車(che)(che)(che)(che)載(zai)式(shi)綜自箱(xiang)、移動式(shi)電(dian)源箱(xiang)五大(da)單元組成。每個單元由平板車(che)(che)(che)(che)和(he)(he)集裝箱(xiang)拼接而成,箱(xiang)內配(pei)置消(xiao)防(fang)、安防(fang)、照(zhao)明、通信等設(she)施(shi)。投運后(hou),可解決(jue)局部地區負(fu)荷突(tu)發性增長、變(bian)(bian)電(dian)站主(zhu)變(bian)(bian)過(guo)載(zai)問(wen)(wen)題,也(ye)可解決(jue)電(dian)網改造過(guo)程(cheng)中停電(dian)改造、負(fu)荷轉(zhuan)移問(wen)(wen)題,還能(neng)提升電(dian)網應(ying)急搶修供電(dian)和(he)(he)防(fang)震減災的能(neng)力。
值(zhi)得一提(ti)的是,由于移動變電站常用(yong)于應(ying)急搶修,而原有的電纜(lan)(lan)頭接(jie)(jie)線方式往往需要耗(hao)費大量(liang)的時間,杭(hang)州供電公司在(zai)設計中(zhong)特別采用(yong)一次電纜(lan)(lan)插拔頭連(lian)接(jie)(jie)、二次電纜(lan)(lan)預插拔式接(jie)(jie)口連(lian)接(jie)(jie)技術,可短時完成(cheng)安(an)裝,提(ti)高安(an)裝調試的便捷(jie)性(xing),大大提(ti)升(sheng)電網(wang)的響(xiang)應(ying)速度和(he)應(ying)急處置能(neng)力。
