5月28日,國內(nei)首個“內(nei)橋”型接(jie)線雙回(hui)路(lu)供電(dian)的110千伏移(yi)(yi)動(dong)變電(dian)站在(zai)浙江杭州110千伏五福變正(zheng)式投運,成功(gong)應用于市(shi)區變電(dian)站改造升(sheng)級工程。這(zhe)座由五個白(bai)色箱子(zi)組成的移(yi)(yi)動(dong)變電(dian)站,創新(xin)采用雙回(hui)路(lu)供電(dian)和(he)插拔式電(dian)纜頭,提高了移(yi)(yi)動(dong)變電(dian)站的供電(dian)可靠性和(he)應急處理(li)響應速(su)度。
隨著杭(hang)州城(cheng)區(qu)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)投運(yun)年份(fen)增(zeng)加,老(lao)舊設(she)備(bei)隱患逐步顯現(xian),面臨(lin)的(de)(de)(de)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)壓(ya)力(li)與日俱增(zeng)。由于城(cheng)區(qu)負(fu)荷(he)(he)相對集中(zhong),負(fu)載率(lv)超過80%的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)較(jiao)多,依托現(xian)有(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網轉移(yi)負(fu)荷(he)(he)難度(du)較(jiao)大(da)(da),即使(shi)部(bu)分變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)可(ke)(ke)依托配網轉移(yi)負(fu)荷(he)(he),改(gai)造(zao)(zao)期(qi)間(jian)配網也將(jiang)承受很大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行壓(ya)力(li)。改(gai)造(zao)(zao)期(qi)間(jian)非正常供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方式歷時(shi)較(jiao)長(chang),若發生設(she)備(bei)或線路(lu)故障將(jiang)導(dao)致整站(zhan)全停(ting)。而目前的(de)(de)(de)移(yi)動(dong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)主要(yao)應用(yong)于應急搶修,因此普遍(bian)采用(yong)“線變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)組(zu)”型(xing),只有(you)(you)單回路(lu)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。在(zai)110千伏(fu)進線發生故障或遭遇外(wai)力(li)破壞時(shi),“線變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)組(zu)”型(xing)移(yi)動(dong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)會失(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian),無法滿足變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)改(gai)造(zao)(zao)升級對供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)可(ke)(ke)靠性的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。對此,杭(hang)州供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)公司研發出110千伏(fu)“內橋”型(xing)移(yi)動(dong)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),一(yi)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源如果失(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian),另一(yi)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源立刻替(ti)補供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提升了供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)可(ke)(ke)靠性。
這座110千伏移(yi)動變電(dian)(dian)站由車載(zai)式(shi)主(zhu)變、車載(zai)式(shi)GIS、車載(zai)式(shi)10千伏箱(xiang)式(shi)柜(ju)、車載(zai)式(shi)綜自(zi)箱(xiang)、移(yi)動式(shi)電(dian)(dian)源箱(xiang)五(wu)大單元組成(cheng)。每(mei)個單元由平板車和集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)拼接而成(cheng),箱(xiang)內配置消防、安防、照明、通信等設施(shi)。投(tou)運后,可解(jie)決局部地區負(fu)荷(he)突發性(xing)增長(chang)、變電(dian)(dian)站主(zhu)變過載(zai)問題,也可解(jie)決電(dian)(dian)網改(gai)造過程中(zhong)停電(dian)(dian)改(gai)造、負(fu)荷(he)轉移(yi)問題,還能提升電(dian)(dian)網應急搶修供(gong)電(dian)(dian)和防震減災的能力。
值(zhi)得(de)一提的(de)(de)是(shi),由(you)于移(yi)動變(bian)電(dian)站常用于應急搶(qiang)修,而原有的(de)(de)電(dian)纜頭接線(xian)方式往(wang)往(wang)需要耗費(fei)大量的(de)(de)時間(jian),杭州供電(dian)公司(si)在(zai)設計(ji)中特別采用一次電(dian)纜插(cha)拔頭連(lian)接、二次電(dian)纜預插(cha)拔式接口連(lian)接技術,可短時完成安裝(zhuang),提高安裝(zhuang)調試的(de)(de)便捷性,大大提升電(dian)網的(de)(de)響應速度和應急處置能(neng)力。
