近日,由南方電(dian)網公司(si)承擔的6個國家“863計(ji)劃(hua)”二(er)期(qi)課題(ti)全部通過國家科(ke)技(ji)部驗收(shou)。至此(ci),南方電(dian)網公司(si)承擔的21項“十二(er)五”國家“863計(ji)劃(hua)”科(ke)技(ji)課題(ti),已完成11項,其余項目進度可控(kong)、在(zai)控(kong)。
此次二期的(de)(de)6個(ge)(ge)“863計劃”項(xiang)(xiang)目共申(shen)請發(fa)明專利96項(xiang)(xiang),獲軟件(jian)著作權35項(xiang)(xiang),頒布行(xing)業(ye)標準5項(xiang)(xiang)。其中,“含大規(gui)(gui)模(mo)(mo)新能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源的(de)(de)交直流互聯大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)運(yun)行(xing)與柔性控(kong)(kong)(kong)制關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術”課(ke)題,開(kai)發(fa)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)柔性協調控(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、輸(shu)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備廣域狀態監測與預(yu)警系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)優化運(yun)行(xing)決(jue)策平(ping)臺等多套電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)運(yun)行(xing)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)(tong);研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)(cheng)果有助于提(ti)高交直流互聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)穩定極限和輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li),提(ti)升輸(shu)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備運(yun)行(xing)效(xiao)率與事故反應(ying)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li),顯著節省遠距離輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)路的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)本和線(xian)(xian)路走廊占地(di)。“智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)安全通信(xin)與智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)化網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)絡管控(kong)(kong)(kong)技(ji)(ji)術研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)”課(ke)題,成(cheng)(cheng)功研(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)了(le)2M顆粒度(du)自(zi)動光交換(huan)設(she)(she)備、寬帶無(wu)線(xian)(xian)自(zi)組網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)傳輸(shu)設(she)(she)備、高精度(du)多源動態適應(ying)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一授時設(she)(she)備、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)通信(xin)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)自(zi)愈能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)仿(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)平(ping)臺,已在廣州(zhou)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)局(ju)示(shi)范(fan)(fan)應(ying)用。“電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)運(yun)營(ying)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術與應(ying)用”課(ke)題,研(yan)(yan)(yan)制了(le)車(che)載(zai)終端及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池管理(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong),建(jian)設(she)(she)了(le)南方電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)公司(si)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)充換(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)運(yun)營(ying)管理(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)示(shi)范(fan)(fan)工(gong)程,具備監控(kong)(kong)(kong)7個(ge)(ge)區域、8個(ge)(ge)充換(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)、5000個(ge)(ge)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(機)接(jie)入(ru)(ru)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)。“主(zhu)動配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)間歇(xie)式能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源消(xiao)納(na)(na)及優化”課(ke)題,開(kai)發(fa)了(le)分布式能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi)及主(zhu)動配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)分層分布式控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi),研(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)了(le)主(zhu)動配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)管理(li)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)綜(zong)合監控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)(tong)(tong),建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)主(zhu)動配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)示(shi)范(fan)(fan)工(gong)程,儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)接(jie)入(ru)(ru)容量(liang)(liang)1100千(qian)瓦,實(shi)現光伏消(xiao)納(na)(na)率100%。“微(wei)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)群(qun)高效(xiao)可靠運(yun)行(xing)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術及示(shi)范(fan)(fan)”課(ke)題,研(yan)(yan)(yan)制了(le)微(wei)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)群(qun)協調控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi)、復(fu)合儲能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)樣機、綜(zong)合電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi),研(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)了(le)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)(liang)管理(li)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)及微(wei)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)群(qun)仿(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)分析平(ping)臺,并(bing)在廣西貴港市三里鎮(zhen)第(di)一初級(ji)中學建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)微(wei)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)群(qun)示(shi)范(fan)(fan)工(gong)程(間歇(xie)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源裝機容量(liang)(liang)251千(qian)瓦)。“多特性小(xiao)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)群(qun)大規(gui)(gui)模(mo)(mo)接(jie)入(ru)(ru)消(xiao)納(na)(na)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與應(ying)用”課(ke)題,完(wan)善了(le)地(di)區電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)同(tong)步(bu)解列系統(tong)(tong)(tong),開(kai)發(fa)了(le)小(xiao)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)監測與仿(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)平(ping)臺,并(bing)實(shi)現示(shi)范(fan)(fan)應(ying)用(實(shi)現云南電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)17個(ge)(ge)地(di)調、1590座(zuo)小(xiao)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)接(jie)入(ru)(ru));研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)(cheng)果填補了(le)國內(nei)外在多特性小(xiao)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)群(qun)大規(gui)(gui)模(mo)(mo)接(jie)入(ru)(ru)消(xiao)納(na)(na)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與應(ying)用方面(mian)的(de)(de)空白,提(ti)升云南小(xiao)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)群(qun)的(de)(de)調度(du)運(yun)行(xing)管理(li)水平(ping)與可再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源的(de)(de)綜(zong)合消(xiao)納(na)(na)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)。
