近日,華能清潔(jie)能源研究院(yuan)在三亞進(jin)行了(le)熔(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)系統蒸汽(qi)發生測(ce)試,完成了(le)包括(kuo)熔(rong)(rong)鹽熔(rong)(rong)化、系統預熱(re)(re)(re)、熔(rong)(rong)鹽換熱(re)(re)(re)及熔(rong)(rong)鹽吹(chui)掃等在內的(de)全流程測(ce)試,并進(jin)行了(le)連(lian)續(xu)5天的(de)熔(rong)(rong)鹽與水(shui)的(de)換熱(re)(re)(re)測(ce)試。經測(ce)試,該(gai)系統可產出(chu)穩定參數的(de)蒸汽(qi),達(da)到系統設(she)計目標,標志著清能院(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽儲(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)技術(shu)達(da)到國內領(ling)先水(shui)平。
儲(chu)熱系統(tong)(tong)是太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)熱發(fa)電(dian)電(dian)站(zhan)的(de)重(zhong)要組成部分,通過存(cun)儲(chu)高(gao)溫(wen)介質,在(zai)需要時通過換熱器產生(sheng)高(gao)溫(wen)高(gao)壓(ya)蒸汽(qi)進入汽(qi)輪機發(fa)電(dian),消除太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)資(zi)源自身(shen)的(de)不穩定性(xing),實(shi)現(xian)對太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)的(de)可(ke)調度利用(yong)(yong)。配置適合容量的(de)儲(chu)熱系統(tong)(tong),可(ke)以(yi)提(ti)高(gao)機組的(de)利用(yong)(yong)小時數,進一(yi)步降低太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)熱發(fa)電(dian)的(de)度電(dian)成本。儲(chu)熱系統(tong)(tong)還可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)(yong)于風(feng)電(dian)清(qing)潔供(gong)暖,將部分時間的(de)棄電(dian)用(yong)(yong)于全天供(gong)熱。
清能(neng)院三(san)亞熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)采用25噸三(san)元硝酸鹽(yan)(yan)作為儲熱(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)(zhi),儲熱(re)(re)(re)容量(liang)達到1.5兆瓦時。系(xi)(xi)統(tong)包括(kuo)高溫(wen)、低溫(wen)兩個(ge)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲罐,以及(ji)由預熱(re)(re)(re)器、蒸發器及(ji)過熱(re)(re)(re)器組(zu)成的(de)(de)(de)蒸汽發生系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)介質(zhi)(zhi)凝固點(dian)高,對換熱(re)(re)(re)器及(ji)管道的(de)(de)(de)設計、伴熱(re)(re)(re)保溫(wen)措施的(de)(de)(de)可靠(kao)性(xing)有很(hen)高的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。目前(qian)國內(nei)(nei)僅(jin)有一兩套兆瓦級熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲熱(re)(re)(re)裝置投(tou)入運(yun)行(xing),該熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)直接用熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)與給(gei)水(shui)換熱(re)(re)(re)產生過熱(re)(re)(re)蒸汽,在(zai)國內(nei)(nei)處于(yu)領先水(shui)平。清能(neng)院將利用該儲熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)持續測試,驗證系(xi)(xi)統(tong)長期運(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)可靠(kao)性(xing),并基(ji)于(yu)該平臺開展熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)為介質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)線性(xing)菲涅爾技術的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)發。
