我國大型水陸兩棲飛機AG600機身對接下線

7月17日(ri),在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)航工業通飛(fei)珠海(hai)基(ji)地,我(wo)國(guo)(guo)自主研(yan)制(zhi)的“三(san)個大(da)(da)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)”之(zhi)一的大(da)(da)型(xing)滅(mie)(mie)火/水(shui)上救(jiu)(jiu)援水(shui)陸(lu)兩棲飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(以下簡稱AG600)機(ji)(ji)身段完成對接(jie),全(quan)面(mian)進入(ru)總裝階段,這是(shi)(shi)AG600研(yan)制(zhi)進程中(zhong)的又(you)一個重(zhong)要里程碑,標(biao)志著該機(ji)(ji)向2015年(nian)底前在(zai)(zai)珠海(hai)完成總裝邁出了(le)關鍵一步。AG600是(shi)(shi)當今世(shi)界(jie)上在(zai)(zai)研(yan)的最大(da)(da)一款水(shui)陸(lu)兩棲飛(fei)機(ji)(ji),是(shi)(shi)為(wei)滿足森林滅(mie)(mie)火和水(shui)上救(jiu)(jiu)援的迫切需(xu)要,我(wo)國(guo)(guo)首次研(yan)制(zhi)的大(da)(da)型(xing)特種用(yong)途民用(yong)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji),是(shi)(shi)國(guo)(guo)家應急(ji)救(jiu)(jiu)援體(ti)系建(jian)設急(ji)需(xu)的重(zhong)大(da)(da)航空裝備,對我(wo)國(guo)(guo)經(jing)濟發(fa)展和轉型(xing)升級(ji)具有重(zhong)大(da)(da)意義。

AG600是國家立項(xiang)(xiang)的(de)大(da)(da)型民用飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),按照“主承(cheng)(cheng)制(zhi)商-供(gong)應商”的(de)“大(da)(da)協作(zuo)”模式,充分(fen)(fen)調(diao)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)航工業(ye)(ye)集(ji)團公(gong)司乃至(zhi)全國資源(yuan)參與型號(hao)研(yan)制(zhi),聚(ju)集(ji)行業(ye)(ye)力量,開展項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)研(yan)制(zhi)工作(zuo)。AG600作(zuo)為大(da)(da)型特種(zhong)飛機(ji)(ji)(ji),對我國民機(ji)(ji)(ji)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)發展具有(you)里(li)程(cheng)(cheng)碑的(de)意義,通過項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)研(yan)制(zhi)將有(you)力促進(jin)通用航空(kong)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)“大(da)(da)跨越”;同時,促進(jin)中(zhong)(zhong)航工業(ye)(ye)通飛有(you)效融入區域(yu)發展經濟圈,實(shi)現中(zhong)(zhong)航工業(ye)(ye)與廣東省及珠海市政府的(de)“大(da)(da)融合”。從型號(hao)研(yan)制(zhi)啟動(dong)(dong)至(zhi)今(jin),相繼完成了初(chu)步設(she)計(ji)評(ping)審(shen)和詳(xiang)細設(she)計(ji)評(ping)審(shen),實(shi)現了氣水動(dong)(dong)布局、起落(luo)架(jia)(jia)布局等(deng)關鍵技(ji)術和眾多(duo)技(ji)術難點(dian)突破,2014年上半年進(jin)入工程(cheng)(cheng)制(zhi)造階(jie)段。2014年12月(yue)29日(ri)(ri),AG600首個大(da)(da)部(bu)件(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)航飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)西安分(fen)(fen)公(gong)司成功下(xia)架(jia)(jia);2015年3月(yue)12日(ri)(ri),AG600中(zhong)(zhong)央翼段大(da)(da)部(bu)件(jian)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)航飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)西安分(fen)(fen)公(gong)司下(xia)架(jia)(jia);3月(yue)13日(ri)(ri),由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)航工業(ye)(ye)成飛民機(ji)(ji)(ji)及成飛承(cheng)(cheng)擔的(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)頭大(da)(da)部(bu)件(jian)在(zai)(zai)成都順利(li)完成總(zong)裝(zhuang)下(xia)架(jia)(jia);4月(yue)27日(ri)(ri),AG600中(zhong)(zhong)后(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)、后(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)航飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)漢中(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)(fen)公(gong)司下(xia)架(jia)(jia);7月(yue)5日(ri)(ri),AG600發動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)短艙及支架(jia)(jia)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)航通飛華北公(gong)司下(xia)架(jia)(jia)交付。

隨著AG600中(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)、機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭、中(zhong)(zhong)后機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)、后機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)等大部件陸續運抵珠海,中(zhong)(zhong)航工業通(tong)飛(fei)作為(wei)責任(ren)主體全(quan)面進(jin)入(ru)研制攻堅狀態。5月(yue)14日(ri),隨著機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭緩(huan)緩(huan)吊起、上架、柔性支撐(cheng)定位(wei)(wei)(wei)器入(ru)點,成(cheng)(cheng)功完成(cheng)(cheng)AG600飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭吊裝入(ru)位(wei)(wei)(wei),順利打(da)響了(le)(le)AG600飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)總裝研制第一(yi)槍。5月(yue)18日(ri),開始AG600后機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)吊裝入(ru)位(wei)(wei)(wei)工作,并進(jin)行了(le)(le)后機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)與(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)的(de)預對(dui)接,基本實現(xian)對(dui)合到位(wei)(wei)(wei)。5月(yue)22日(ri)上午,AG600中(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)與(yu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭、中(zhong)(zhong)后機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)成(cheng)(cheng)功對(dui)接到理論位(wei)(wei)(wei)置,為(wei)全(quan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)對(dui)接打(da)下(xia)了(le)(le)良好的(de)基礎(chu)。5月(yue)29日(ri)下(xia)午,AG600全(quan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)對(dui)接開鉚正式進(jin)行,經(jing)過裝配(pei)生產一(yi)線員工一(yi)周(zhou)的(de)努力,于6月(yue)5日(ri)晚完成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭與(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)船底對(dui)接鉚接。

自AG600飛機(ji)(ji)001架中(zhong)機(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)吊裝(zhuang)上(shang)架以來,中(zhong)航工(gong)業通飛群策群力,與(yu)各參(can)研參(can)制單位密(mi)切協作,經過歷時兩個多(duo)月的奮戰,克服了(le)一系列(lie)的困難,先后攻克了(le)機(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)三段(duan)調(diao)姿(zi)(zi)、中(zhong)央翼(yi)對接(jie)調(diao)姿(zi)(zi)、翼(yi)身(shen)(shen)接(jie)頭(tou)孔精加工(gong)等難關,實現了(le)AG600研制預期的階(jie)段(duan)目標,完成了(le)機(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)三段(duan)調(diao)姿(zi)(zi)對接(jie)、起落架安裝(zhuang)、中(zhong)央翼(yi)鉸孔安裝(zhuang)等工(gong)作,奠定了(le)全面進入總裝(zhuang)的重要基(ji)礎(chu)。

自此(ci),機體總長達39.3米(mi)的AG600機身(shen)正式(shi)對接(jie)完(wan)成(cheng)。這標志著項(xiang)目研制(zhi)取得了(le)重要的階(jie)段性(xing)成(cheng)果,為下一(yi)階(jie)段的全面總裝(zhuang)工作奠定了(le)堅實的基礎(chu)。根據計劃,2015年底前AG600飛機將完(wan)成(cheng)總裝(zhuang),2016年上半年實現首飛。

AG600飛機按照“水(shui)陸兩棲、一(yi)機多(duo)型、系列發展”的設計思(si)路,采用(yong)單(dan)船身、懸臂上(shang)(shang)單(dan)翼布局及前三點可(ke)(ke)收放式起(qi)落架(jia),選裝4臺(tai)渦槳(jiang)發動(dong)機,最大(da)起(qi)飛重量53.5噸,20秒內可(ke)(ke)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)汲(ji)水(shui)12噸。具有執(zhi)行森林滅(mie)火(huo)、水(shui)上(shang)(shang)救援等多(duo)項(xiang)特(te)種任(ren)務能(neng)力,可(ke)(ke)根據用(yong)戶的需要加改裝必(bi)要的設備,滿(man)足執(zhi)行海(hai)洋環境監測(ce)、資源探測(ce)、客(ke)貨(huo)運(yun)輸(shu)等任(ren)務的需要。這(zhe)款飛機的最大(da)特(te)點是既能(neng)在(zai)陸地(di)上(shang)(shang)起(qi)降,又能(neng)在(zai)水(shui)面上(shang)(shang)起(qi)降,可(ke)(ke)在(zai)水(shui)源與火(huo)場(chang)之間多(duo)次(ci)(ci)往返投水(shui)滅(mie)火(huo),除水(shui)面低空搜索外,還可(ke)(ke)在(zai)水(shui)面停泊實(shi)施救援行動(dong),水(shui)上(shang)(shang)應急救援一(yi)次(ci)(ci)可(ke)(ke)救護50名遇險人(ren)員。

在AG600研制(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)各單(dan)位(wei)(wei)通(tong)力合(he)作(zuo),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)通(tong)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)作(zuo)為責任(ren)主(zhu)體,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)特飛(fei)(fei)(fei)所(suo)/中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)通(tong)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)研究院作(zuo)為總(zong)設計師單(dan)位(wei)(wei),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)通(tong)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)華南(nan)公司作(zuo)為飛(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)主(zhu)承(cheng)(cheng)制(zhi)(zhi)單(dan)位(wei)(wei),統(tong)籌行業(ye)(ye)力量,開(kai)展(zhan)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)研制(zhi)(zhi)。其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)成飛(fei)(fei)(fei)民機(ji)(ji)(ji)承(cheng)(cheng)擔機(ji)(ji)(ji)頭的制(zhi)(zhi)造,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)西安分公司承(cheng)(cheng)擔中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)和(he)機(ji)(ji)(ji)翼的制(zhi)(zhi)造,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)漢中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分公司承(cheng)(cheng)擔后機(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)和(he)尾翼的制(zhi)(zhi)造,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)通(tong)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)華北(bei)公司承(cheng)(cheng)擔發動機(ji)(ji)(ji)短艙的制(zhi)(zhi)造,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)復材中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心承(cheng)(cheng)擔碳纖維(wei)復合(he)材料(liao)部件(jian)的制(zhi)(zhi)造,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)南(nan)方承(cheng)(cheng)擔發動機(ji)(ji)(ji)的研制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo),其(qi)(qi)余(yu)主(zhu)要部件(jian)和(he)系統(tong)也由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)所(suo)屬相關單(dan)位(wei)(wei)研制(zhi)(zhi)。

2014年11月,在第十屆(jie)中國(guo)國(guo)際航空航天博覽(lan)會上(shang),AG600獲得兩架(jia)意向訂單,目(mu)前AG600已取得了(le)17架(jia)意向訂單,展現了(le)良好的(de)市場前景。主要(yao)是林(lin)(lin)業(ye)部門用(yong)于森林(lin)(lin)滅火,海(hai)洋局用(yong)于海(hai)洋監(jian)測、海(hai)上(shang)救援,海(hai)警用(yong)于海(hai)上(shang)維(wei)權執法,以(yi)及(ji)海(hai)洋測繪(hui)、遠(yuan)海(hai)島礁人員和(he)貨物(wu)運(yun)輸等。
