中(zhong)國電(dian)科(ke)院計量裝置在線(xian)智(zhi)能(neng)診斷(duan)及采集(ji)系統運(yun)行可靠性關(guan)鍵技術研(yan)究(jiu)項(xiang)目于近期通(tong)過驗收。
國(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網公司(si)于(yu)2009年提出全(quan)(quan)面(mian)建設(she)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)信息(xi)采(cai)集(ji)系統(tong)的規劃,要求(qiu)以省(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)力公司(si)為(wei)單位(wei)實(shi)現所有(you)客戶的全(quan)(quan)覆蓋、全(quan)(quan)采(cai)集(ji)、全(quan)(quan)費(fei)控。隨(sui)著(zhu)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)信息(xi)采(cai)集(ji)系統(tong)的全(quan)(quan)面(mian)建設(she),系統(tong)中(zhong)涉(she)及(ji)的計量和采(cai)集(ji)設(she)備數量增多,保障(zhang)這些設(she)備的運行穩(wen)定性是公司(si)及(ji)各省(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)力公司(si)密切關注的問題。本項目旨在滿足(zu)新(xin)形勢下公司(si)智能電(dian)(dian)能表推(tui)廣應用(yong)(yong)及(ji)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)信息(xi)采(cai)集(ji)系統(tong)建設(she)中(zhong)出現的新(xin)需求(qiu),突破技術瓶頸,通過技術手段解決服務需求(qiu)問題,進一步適應“大營銷”體系建設(she)。
中國(guo)電(dian)科院積極開(kai)展計量裝(zhuang)置(zhi)在線智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)診斷(duan)及采(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)運行可靠(kao)性等方(fang)面研究,將衛星共視技(ji)術(shu)應用(yong)到用(yong)電(dian)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)息采(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中,提(ti)(ti)出一種基(ji)于(yu)網絡不對稱系(xi)(xi)(xi)數(shu)(shu)最優估算技(ji)術(shu)的延時測量模(mo)型,建立了(le)公司系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)最高(gao)時鐘標(biao)準和(he)時間頻(pin)率(lv)量值(zhi)溯源體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)。為(wei)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)表軟(ruan)件的成(cheng)熟度和(he)可靠(kao)性,該項目制(zhi)定(ding)了(le)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)表軟(ruan)件可靠(kao)性代碼級(ji)測試(shi)方(fang)法,并研制(zhi)了(le)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)表軟(ruan)件測試(shi)云(yun)服(fu)務系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong);引入(ru)基(ji)于(yu)非對稱密碼技(ji)術(shu)的數(shu)(shu)字證書認證機制(zhi),制(zhi)定(ding)用(yong)電(dian)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)息采(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)息安全(quan)防護(hu)優化策略,設(she)計基(ji)于(yu)面向對象(xiang)方(fang)法的用(yong)電(dian)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)息采(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)數(shu)(shu)據傳輸通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)協議,降低采(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)終端(duan)大規(gui)模(mo)升級(ji)的頻(pin)度,提(ti)(ti)高(gao)采(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)終端(duan)軟(ruan)件的穩定(ding)性和(he)采(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)效率(lv),并形成(cheng)了(le)《時間頻(pin)率(lv)計量標(biao)準校準規(gui)范(fan)》《智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)表檢測裝(zhuang)置(zhi)軟(ruan)件設(she)計技(ji)術(shu)規(gui)范(fan)》《基(ji)于(yu)對象(xiang)模(mo)型的用(yong)電(dian)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)息采(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)協議》等技(ji)術(shu)標(biao)準和(he)相關(guan)知識產權。
目(mu)(mu)前,該(gai)項目(mu)(mu)成果已(yi)在公(gong)司系(xi)統內27個(ge)省電(dian)力公(gong)司廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong),發(fa)現并(bing)處理(li)(li)現場運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)問(wen)題(ti)7類29種共計(ji)200余萬項。以(yi)安(an)(an)徽(hui)省為例,該(gai)項目(mu)(mu)通過監測安(an)(an)徽(hui)省15個(ge)廠(chang)站、12萬個(ge)專變、18萬個(ge)臺(tai)區共2300萬戶(hu)(hu)客戶(hu)(hu),發(fa)現并(bing)處理(li)(li)計(ji)量(liang)異(yi)常(chang)23862項、用(yong)電(dian)異(yi)常(chang)22972項。該(gai)項目(mu)(mu)解(jie)決(jue)了(le)(le)(le)(le)無(wu)線公(gong)網通信網絡延時(shi)的不對稱問(wen)題(ti),提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)(le)采集系(xi)統對時(shi)準確度,減少(shao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)智能(neng)電(dian)能(neng)表現場運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)批量(liang)故障,減小了(le)(le)(le)(le)現場運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)終端的功能(neng)冗余度,實(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)(le)計(ji)量(liang)裝置及(ji)采集設(she)備運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)狀態的在線監測和(he)智能(neng)診(zhen)斷,大(da)幅提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)(le)用(yong)電(dian)信息采集系(xi)統的可(ke)靠性,保(bao)障實(shi)時(shi)獲取(qu)用(yong)電(dian)大(da)數(shu)據,有效支撐分時(shi)電(dian)價和(he)階(jie)梯電(dian)價的實(shi)施,并(bing)指導客戶(hu)(hu)科學合理(li)(li)用(yong)電(dian),實(shi)現削峰填(tian)谷。
