國網中國電科院實現計量裝置在線智能診斷

中國電科院計量裝置在線智能診斷及采集系統運行可(ke)靠性關鍵(jian)技術研究(jiu)項目于(yu)近期通過驗收。

國(guo)家電(dian)網公(gong)司于(yu)2009年提出(chu)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)建(jian)設(she)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)信息(xi)(xi)采集(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)規劃,要(yao)求以省電(dian)力公(gong)司為單位實現所有客戶的(de)(de)全(quan)(quan)覆蓋、全(quan)(quan)采集(ji)(ji)、全(quan)(quan)費控。隨著用(yong)(yong)電(dian)信息(xi)(xi)采集(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)建(jian)設(she),系(xi)(xi)統中涉(she)及(ji)的(de)(de)計量(liang)(liang)和采集(ji)(ji)設(she)備(bei)數(shu)量(liang)(liang)增多,保障這些設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)運行(xing)穩定(ding)性(xing)是(shi)公(gong)司及(ji)各省電(dian)力公(gong)司密切關注(zhu)的(de)(de)問題(ti)。本項(xiang)目(mu)旨(zhi)在滿(man)足新形勢下公(gong)司智能(neng)電(dian)能(neng)表推廣應用(yong)(yong)及(ji)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)信息(xi)(xi)采集(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)統建(jian)設(she)中出(chu)現的(de)(de)新需求,突破技術瓶頸,通過技術手段解決服務需求問題(ti),進一步適(shi)應“大營銷”體(ti)系(xi)(xi)建(jian)設(she)。

中國電(dian)(dian)科院積(ji)極開展(zhan)計(ji)量裝置在線智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)診斷(duan)及采集(ji)系(xi)統(tong)運行(xing)可(ke)靠性(xing)等方(fang)面研究,將(jiang)衛星共視(shi)技(ji)術(shu)應用(yong)(yong)到用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)采集(ji)系(xi)統(tong)中,提(ti)出一種(zhong)基于網絡(luo)不(bu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)稱(cheng)系(xi)數最(zui)優(you)估算技(ji)術(shu)的(de)延時測(ce)(ce)量模(mo)型,建立了公司系(xi)統(tong)最(zui)高(gao)時鐘標準(zhun)(zhun)和(he)(he)時間(jian)頻率(lv)量值溯源體系(xi)。為(wei)提(ti)高(gao)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)成(cheng)熟度和(he)(he)可(ke)靠性(xing),該項(xiang)目制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)了智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)可(ke)靠性(xing)代碼級(ji)測(ce)(ce)試方(fang)法,并(bing)研制(zhi)(zhi)了智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)試云服務(wu)系(xi)統(tong);引(yin)入基于非對(dui)(dui)(dui)稱(cheng)密(mi)碼技(ji)術(shu)的(de)數字證書認證機制(zhi)(zhi),制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)采集(ji)系(xi)統(tong)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)安全防護優(you)化策略,設(she)計(ji)基于面向對(dui)(dui)(dui)象方(fang)法的(de)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)采集(ji)系(xi)統(tong)數據傳輸通(tong)信(xin)(xin)協議,降低采集(ji)終端大規模(mo)升級(ji)的(de)頻度,提(ti)高(gao)采集(ji)終端軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)穩定(ding)性(xing)和(he)(he)采集(ji)系(xi)統(tong)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)效率(lv),并(bing)形(xing)成(cheng)了《時間(jian)頻率(lv)計(ji)量標準(zhun)(zhun)校準(zhun)(zhun)規范》《智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)表檢測(ce)(ce)裝置軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)設(she)計(ji)技(ji)術(shu)規范》《基于對(dui)(dui)(dui)象模(mo)型的(de)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)采集(ji)系(xi)統(tong)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)協議》等技(ji)術(shu)標準(zhun)(zhun)和(he)(he)相(xiang)關(guan)知識產(chan)權。

目(mu)前,該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)成果已在(zai)公(gong)司(si)系(xi)統內27個(ge)(ge)省(sheng)電(dian)力公(gong)司(si)廣泛應用,發(fa)現(xian)并處理現(xian)場(chang)運行(xing)(xing)問(wen)題7類(lei)29種共(gong)計200余萬(wan)(wan)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。以安(an)徽(hui)省(sheng)為(wei)例,該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)通(tong)過監(jian)(jian)測(ce)安(an)徽(hui)省(sheng)15個(ge)(ge)廠站(zhan)、12萬(wan)(wan)個(ge)(ge)專變、18萬(wan)(wan)個(ge)(ge)臺區共(gong)2300萬(wan)(wan)戶客(ke)戶,發(fa)現(xian)并處理計量異常(chang)23862項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、用電(dian)異常(chang)22972項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)解決了(le)(le)(le)(le)無(wu)線(xian)公(gong)網通(tong)信網絡延時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)不對稱問(wen)題,提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)(le)采(cai)集(ji)系(xi)統對時(shi)(shi)準確度,減少了(le)(le)(le)(le)智能(neng)(neng)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)表現(xian)場(chang)運行(xing)(xing)批(pi)量故(gu)障,減小(xiao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)現(xian)場(chang)運行(xing)(xing)終端的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)冗余度,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)(le)計量裝置(zhi)及采(cai)集(ji)設備運行(xing)(xing)狀態的(de)(de)(de)在(zai)線(xian)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)和智能(neng)(neng)診(zhen)斷,大幅提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)(le)用電(dian)信息(xi)采(cai)集(ji)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)可靠性,保障實(shi)時(shi)(shi)獲取用電(dian)大數據,有效支撐分時(shi)(shi)電(dian)價和階梯電(dian)價的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)施,并指導客(ke)戶科學合理用電(dian),實(shi)現(xian)削峰填谷(gu)。
