9月25日(ri),中國(guo)能建江蘇電(dian)建三公司承建的泰州電(dian)廠二期(qi)2×1000MW工程三號機組(zu)圓滿完成168小時滿負(fu)荷(he)試運行(xing)移交(jiao)生產,標志著世界上單(dan)機容量最大、綜合(he)參數最好的火力發電(dian)機組(zu)正式投入商業運行(xing)。
泰州工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)三(san)(san)號機組是世界第(di)一臺百(bai)萬千(qian)瓦超(chao)超(chao)臨界二次(ci)再熱燃煤發(fa)電機組。自2013年6月開工(gong)(gong)(gong)以來,江蘇電建(jian)三(san)(san)公司始終(zhong)堅持(chi)打(da)造“創(chuang)新型、效益型”示范工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、國優金(jin)獎(jiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)為目標,在(zai)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中全面實施工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)精(jing)細化管理(li),安全文明施工(gong)(gong)(gong)管理(li)水平(ping)達(da)到(dao)了全國基建(jian)項目新的(de)(de)高(gao)度,成為全國在(zai)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)典范項目。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)至今,土建(jian)、安裝項目驗收合格率均為100%,實現人身(shen)、設(she)(she)備事故為零的(de)(de)目標,機組168小時滿負(fu)荷(he)試運(yun)期(qi)間(jian),連續平(ping)均負(fu)荷(he)率≥98%,汽水品質(zhi)分(fen)階(jie)段100%合格,重要(yao)保護投入(ru)率、自動投入(ru)率、儀表投入(ru)率均為100%,機組各(ge)項技術指標均達(da)到(dao)優良標準(zhun)。
泰州電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)坐落于(yu)江(jiang)蘇泰州市,處于(yu)江(jiang)蘇電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)負(fu)荷(he)中(zhong)心和(he)北(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)南送的(de)樞紐地帶。二期工程建(jian)設兩(liang)臺百萬千瓦(wa)超(chao)(chao)超(chao)(chao)臨界(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)二次再熱燃(ran)(ran)煤(mei)(mei)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu),同(tong)(tong)步安裝(zhuang)煙氣脫硫、脫硝裝(zhuang)置。該項(xiang)目(mu)是我國百萬千瓦(wa)超(chao)(chao)超(chao)(chao)臨界(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)二次再熱燃(ran)(ran)煤(mei)(mei)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)示范(fan)項(xiang)目(mu),同(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)也是國家(jia)科技部確定的(de)“十二五”節能減排國家(jia)科技支撐計劃項(xiang)目(mu)。機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)采用集成創新(xin)綜合提(ti)效(xiao)(xiao)技術,建(jian)成后將成為全世(shi)界(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)最(zui)優(you)、指標最(zui)好的(de)示范(fan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)。其中(zhong),機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)(xiao)率高(gao)于(yu)47.9%,比(bi)當今(jin)世(shi)界(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)最(zui)好的(de)二次再熱發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)效(xiao)(xiao)率高(gao)0.9%以上,比(bi)國內常(chang)規(gui)超(chao)(chao)超(chao)(chao)臨界(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)一次再熱機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)平均效(xiao)(xiao)率高(gao)2.1%。機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)設計發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)煤(mei)(mei)耗256.2克/千瓦(wa)時(shi)(shi),比(bi)當今(jin)世(shi)界(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)最(zui)好水平低(di)6克/千瓦(wa)時(shi)(shi),較常(chang)規(gui)百萬機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)降低(di)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)煤(mei)(mei)耗約(yue)14克/千瓦(wa)時(shi)(shi),兩(liang)臺機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)年可節約(yue)標煤(mei)(mei)15.18萬噸(dun)。與常(chang)規(gui)百萬超(chao)(chao)超(chao)(chao)臨界(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)相(xiang)比(bi),CO2、SO2、NOX和(he)粉(fen)塵(chen)排放量減少5%以上,環(huan)(huan)保(bao)指標堪比(bi)燃(ran)(ran)氣機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu),成為世(shi)界(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)上最(zui)綠色環(huan)(huan)保(bao)的(de)火力發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)。
