2015年11月2日(ri),C919大型客機首架機在中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)商飛公司新建成的總裝制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)中(zhong)心浦東基地(di)總裝下線。中(zhong)共中(zhong)央總書記、國(guo)(guo)(guo)家主席、中(zhong)央軍委主席習近平對C919大型客機首架機總裝下線作(zuo)出(chu)重要指示,向廣(guang)大參研單位和人員表示熱烈的祝賀(he)。希望(wang)大家繼續弘揚航(hang)空報國(guo)(guo)(guo)精(jing)神,堅(jian)持(chi)安全(quan)第一、質量第一,腳踏實地(di)、精(jing)益求(qiu)精(jing),扎(zha)實做(zuo)好首飛前的準備(bei)工作(zuo),為進(jin)一步(bu)提(ti)升我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)裝備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)能力、使自己(ji)的大飛機早日(ri)翱(ao)翔藍天再作(zuo)新貢(gong)(gong)獻。中(zhong)共中(zhong)央政(zheng)治局(ju)常委、國(guo)(guo)(guo)務院總理李克強作(zuo)出(chu)批示,希望(wang)繼續發揚拼搏進(jin)取精(jing)神,攻堅(jian)克難(nan),砥礪前行,集全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)之智,聚萬眾創(chuang)新,不斷提(ti)升我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)大型飛機自主研制(zhi)(zhi)生產能力,完善現代民用飛機產業(ye)體(ti)系,為增(zeng)強高端(duan)裝備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)實力、建設制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)強國(guo)(guo)(guo)作(zuo)出(chu)新貢(gong)(gong)獻。
11月2日上午(wu),嶄新的(de)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)總裝車(che)間(jian)廠房內,隨著(zhu)兩扇帷幕緩緩拉開,一架帶有“商飛(fei)(fei)藍”和“商飛(fei)(fei)綠”涂裝的(de)新型商用飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)完整地展現(xian)在(zai)世人面前(qian),這(zhe)正是我國自(zi)主研制的(de)C919大型客(ke)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。至(zhi)此,經過7年的(de)設(she)計(ji)研發,C919大型客(ke)機(ji)(ji)(ji)首架機(ji)(ji)(ji)正式下(xia)線。這(zhe)不僅標志(zhi)著(zhu)C919首架機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體大部段(duan)對接和機(ji)(ji)(ji)載(zai)系(xi)統安裝工作正式完成,已經達到(dao)可(ke)進行地面試驗的(de)狀態,更(geng)標志(zhi)著(zhu)C919大型客(ke)機(ji)(ji)(ji)項目(mu)工程(cheng)發展階段(duan)研制取得(de)了階段(duan)性成果,為下(xia)一步首飛(fei)(fei)奠(dian)定(ding)了堅實基礎。
C919大(da)型(xing)(xing)(xing)客機(ji)(ji)是我國首款按照最新(xin)國際適航(hang)(hang)標準研(yan)制(zhi)的(de)干線(xian)民(min)用飛機(ji)(ji),于2008年開始(shi)研(yan)制(zhi),基(ji)本型(xing)(xing)(xing)混合(he)級布局(ju)158座(zuo)(zuo),全經濟艙(cang)布局(ju)168座(zuo)(zuo),高密(mi)度布局(ju)174座(zuo)(zuo),標準航(hang)(hang)程(cheng)4075公(gong)里(li),增(zeng)大(da)航(hang)(hang)程(cheng)5555公(gong)里(li)。C919具有(you)“更(geng)安全、更(geng)經濟、更(geng)舒適、更(geng)環保(bao)”等特性,客艙(cang)空間與同(tong)類競(jing)爭機(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)相(xiang)比有(you)較大(da)優(you)勢(shi),可(ke)為航(hang)(hang)空公(gong)司提(ti)供(gong)更(geng)多布局(ju)選擇,為乘客提(ti)供(gong)更(geng)高的(de)乘坐品質(zhi)。后續還可(ke)在基(ji)本型(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)基(ji)礎上,研(yan)制(zhi)出加長型(xing)(xing)(xing)、縮短型(xing)(xing)(xing)、增(zeng)程(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)、貨運型(xing)(xing)(xing)和公(gong)務型(xing)(xing)(xing)等系列(lie)化產品。目前,C919大(da)型(xing)(xing)(xing)客機(ji)(ji)國內外用戶數量為21家,總訂單數達(da)到了(le)517架。
C919大(da)型客機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是建(jian)設(she)(she)創新型國家的標(biao)志性(xing)工程,具(ju)有完全自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)知識(shi)產(chan)權。針對(dui)先進(jin)(jin)的氣動(dong)(dong)(dong)布局、結(jie)構(gou)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)和(he)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)載系(xi)統(tong),研制(zhi)人(ren)員共規劃了102項關(guan)(guan)鍵技術攻關(guan)(guan),包括飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)一(yi)體化(hua)(hua)設(she)(she)計(ji)、電傳飛(fei)控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)控(kong)制(zhi)律(lv)設(she)(she)計(ji)、主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)技術等。先進(jin)(jin)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)首(shou)次在國產(chan)民(min)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)大(da)規模(mo)應用,第三(san)代鋁鋰合金材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)、先進(jin)(jin)復合材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)在C919機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)體結(jie)構(gou)用量(liang)(liang)分別達(da)到8.8%和(he)12%。C919大(da)型客機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)研制(zhi)實現(xian)(xian)了數字化(hua)(hua)設(she)(she)計(ji)、試驗、制(zhi)造(zao)和(he)管理,數百(bai)萬零部件和(he)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)載系(xi)統(tong)研制(zhi)流程高度(du)并行(xing),由全球優勢企(qi)業協同制(zhi)造(zao)生(sheng)產(chan)。對(dui)標(biao)國際民(min)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)先進(jin)(jin)制(zhi)造(zao)水平,作為國產(chan)大(da)型客機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)未來的批(pi)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國商飛(fei)公司總(zong)裝(zhuang)制(zhi)造(zao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)浦東基地(di)已(yi)經建(jian)成全機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)對(dui)接裝(zhuang)配(pei)、水平尾翼裝(zhuang)配(pei)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央翼裝(zhuang)配(pei)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身裝(zhuang)配(pei)和(he)總(zong)裝(zhuang)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)5條先進(jin)(jin)生(sheng)產(chan)線,采用了自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)制(zhi)孔(kong)、鉆鉚設(she)(she)備、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)調姿對(dui)接系(xi)統(tong)等設(she)(she)備,可實現(xian)(xian)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)裝(zhuang)配(pei)、集成化(hua)(hua)測(ce)試、信息化(hua)(hua)集成和(he)精益化(hua)(hua)管理。
C919大型客機(ji)所采用(yong)的新(xin)技術、新(xin)材料、新(xin)工藝對我(wo)國經濟和(he)科(ke)技發展(zhan)(zhan)、基(ji)礎(chu)學科(ke)進(jin)步(bu)及航空工業(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)有重要(yao)的帶(dai)動輻射作(zuo)用(yong)。作(zuo)為統(tong)籌我(wo)國干線飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)和(he)支線飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)發展(zhan)(zhan)的中(zhong)(zhong)國商飛(fei)(fei)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)堅持“主(zhu)制造商-供應商”發展(zhan)(zhan)模式,舉全(quan)(quan)國之力,聚全(quan)(quan)球(qiu)之智,打造民(min)機(ji)產(chan)業(ye)“生(sheng)命共同體(ti)”,基(ji)本建成了(le)“以中(zhong)(zhong)國商飛(fei)(fei)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)為核心,聯合中(zhong)(zhong)航工業(ye),輻射全(quan)(quan)國,面(mian)向全(quan)(quan)球(qiu)”的中(zhong)(zhong)國民(min)機(ji)產(chan)業(ye)體(ti)系(xi)。按照“中(zhong)(zhong)國設計(ji)、系(xi)統(tong)集(ji)成、全(quan)(quan)球(qiu)招標(biao),逐步(bu)提升(sheng)國產(chan)化(hua)”的思路,形成了(le)較強的系(xi)統(tong)集(ji)成能力,實現主(zhu)要(yao)機(ji)載系(xi)統(tong)在(zai)國內的產(chan)業(ye)聚集(ji),逐步(bu)建立滿足(zu)適航要(yao)求的國產(chan)材料、標(biao)準件(jian)體(ti)系(xi)。
據(ju)統(tong)(tong)計,國內有(you)22個省市、200多家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)企(qi)業(ye)、36所高校、數十(shi)萬(wan)產(chan)業(ye)人員參與(yu)了C919大(da)型(xing)客(ke)(ke)機(ji)(ji)研制(zhi),包(bao)括寶鋼在(zai)(zai)內的16家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)材料制(zhi)造(zao)商(shang)和54家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)準件制(zhi)造(zao)商(shang)成(cheng)為大(da)型(xing)客(ke)(ke)機(ji)(ji)項目的供(gong)(gong)應(ying)商(shang)或潛在(zai)(zai)供(gong)(gong)應(ying)商(shang)。在(zai)(zai)擇(ze)優選擇(ze)16家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)跨國公(gong)司(si)作為大(da)型(xing)客(ke)(ke)機(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)載系統(tong)(tong)供(gong)(gong)應(ying)商(shang)的同時,推動(dong)國際(ji)供(gong)(gong)應(ying)商(shang)與(yu)國內企(qi)業(ye)開(kai)展合作,組建了航電、飛控、電源、燃油(you)和起落架等機(ji)(ji)載系統(tong)(tong)的16家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)合資企(qi)業(ye),通過技術(shu)轉移、擴散(san)、溢(yi)出(chu)提升(sheng)我(wo)國民(min)機(ji)(ji)產(chan)業(ye)研發與(yu)制(zhi)造(zao)的整(zheng)體水平,提升(sheng)國內民(min)機(ji)(ji)產(chan)業(ye)配套能級。
中國商飛公司董事長、黨(dang)委書(shu)記金壯龍表示,根(gen)據(ju)工程發展(zhan)(zhan)階段計劃(hua)安排(pai),C919大型客機(ji)(ji)(ji)項目后續還將開展(zhan)(zhan)航電、飛控、液壓等各系(xi)統試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、機(ji)(ji)(ji)載系(xi)統集成(cheng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)和全機(ji)(ji)(ji)靜力試(shi)(shi)驗(yan);首架機(ji)(ji)(ji)作為試(shi)(shi)飛飛機(ji)(ji)(ji),首飛前(qian)需要完(wan)成(cheng)系(xi)統調試(shi)(shi)、試(shi)(shi)飛試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)設備和儀器安裝等工作,計劃(hua)于2016年首飛。
