11月(yue)7日19時12分,經國家核安(an)全局確認,海南核電(dian)(dian)(dian)1號(hao)機組(zu)設(she)備各(ge)項參數(shu)正常穩定、狀態控(kong)制良好,具備發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能力。至此,中核集(ji)團海南核電(dian)(dian)(dian)有(you)限公司正式對(dui)外宣(xuan)布:1號(hao)機組(zu)首次并網成(cheng)功。該(gai)機組(zu)由中國能建廣東(dong)火電(dian)(dian)(dian)承建,海南核電(dian)(dian)(dian)商運后,將開啟國際(ji)旅游島綠(lv)色核電(dian)(dian)(dian)時代,為民(min)族核電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)發(fa)(fa)展續寫新的(de)篇章。
為(wei)(wei)此,海(hai)南(nan)省政府發(fa)來賀信,表(biao)示昌(chang)江核電(dian)是(shi)(shi)海(hai)南(nan)迄(qi)今投(tou)資最大、技術先(xian)進、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝環保的一號能(neng)(neng)源工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),一期工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)雙機組(zu)投(tou)入運行后將徹底緩解海(hai)南(nan)經濟增長面臨(lin)的電(dian)力(li)供應緊缺,并極大改善(shan)海(hai)南(nan)能(neng)(neng)源結(jie)構(gou)、優化電(dian)源布局,為(wei)(wei)建設(she)海(hai)南(nan)清潔能(neng)(neng)源島奠(dian)定重(zhong)要基礎,不愧為(wei)(wei)造福(fu)900多萬海(hai)南(nan)人民的民心(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),也是(shi)(shi)海(hai)南(nan)綠色發(fa)展、低碳發(fa)展的重(zhong)要支(zhi)撐。
海南(nan)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工程是以我國自(zi)行設(she)計(ji)和建造的第一(yi)個標準(zhun)化(hua)商用核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)——秦(qin)山核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)二(er)期工程為參考電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),采用部分滿(man)足(zu)“三代(dai)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)計(ji)標準(zhun)”的“二(er)代(dai)改進型”壓(ya)水堆(dui)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術,即中(zhong)(zhong)核(he)(he)(he)(he)集團(tuan)自(zi)主研(yan)發的具(ju)有(you)(you)我國自(zi)主知識產(chan)權(quan)的CNP650壓(ya)水堆(dui)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術。海南(nan)核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)綜合國產(chan)化(hua)率達到82%以上,對中(zhong)(zhong)核(he)(he)(he)(he)集團(tuan)面向全(quan)球展示中(zhong)(zhong)國裝備制造能力,全(quan)方位實現核(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)“走出(chu)去”戰略(lve)有(you)(you)重要意義。
海南昌江核(he)電(dian)項目位于海南省昌江黎族(zu)自治(zhi)縣海尾鎮塘(tang)興村,廠址規劃建設4臺大(da)型核(he)電(dian)機組(zu)(zu),一期(qi)工程建設兩臺65萬千瓦(wa)級(ji)核(he)電(dian)機組(zu)(zu),雙機組(zu)(zu)分別于2010年(nian)4月和(he)11月開工,1號機組(zu)(zu)并網發電(dian)后,2號機組(zu)(zu)也將于2016年(nian)投(tou)入商(shang)業運行。
截至2015年10月,海南(nan)全社會裝機(ji)600萬千瓦,電(dian)(dian)(dian)源結構以煤(mei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)為主,占比58.6%,以水電(dian)(dian)(dian)、氣(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、生物(wu)質、光伏和余熱發電(dian)(dian)(dian)為補充,分(fen)別占比14.2%、12.4%、5.2%、4.8%、3.2%和1.5%。海南(nan)核電(dian)(dian)(dian)并網(wang)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)后將(jiang)徹底打破海南(nan)原有的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源格局,形成核電(dian)(dian)(dian)、煤(mei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、水電(dian)(dian)(dian)、氣(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、光伏等多(duo)(duo)能源齊頭并進、多(duo)(duo)元互補的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源新格局。海南(nan)核電(dian)(dian)(dian)雙機(ji)組并網(wang)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)后,可年生產90億~100億度電(dian)(dian)(dian),將(jiang)占海南(nan)省電(dian)(dian)(dian)力供應的(de)三分(fen)之一左右,屆時海南(nan)將(jiang)成為我國核電(dian)(dian)(dian)比重最(zui)高的(de)省份。
